  1. Arizona Cardinals: Lil’Jordan Humphrey, WR, Texas
Larry Fitzgerald won’t be around much longer, so the Cardinals should add another receiver.

Lil’Jordan Humphrey is a big receiver who would be slotted higher in this mock draft if he didn’t have multiple off-the-field issues. He also ran slowly at the combine.

  2. Pittsburgh Steelers: Travis Homer, RB, Miami
With Le’Veon Bell officially gone, the Steelers could stand to add some depth at running back.

Travis Homer projects as a change-of-pace back with some plus receiving ability.

Pick change; previously Te’von Coney, LB

  3. San Francisco 49ers: Jaquan Johnson, S, Miami
In addition to adding a couple of new cornerbacks, the 49ers need to secure a new safety as well to fix their horrendous secondary.

Pick change; previously Lukas Denis, S

  4. New Orleans Saints: Sam Mustipher, C, Notre Dame
The Saints lost Max Unger to a surprise retirement, so they’ll need to add a new center.

Pick change; previously Wes Hills, RB

  5. Jacksonville Jaguars: T.J. Edwards, LB, Wisconsin
The Jaguars missed Paul Posluszny last year. They could go after a new linebacker this offseason.

  6. Arizona Cardinals: Derrek Thomas, CB, Baylor
The Cardinals need another cornerback to join Patrick Peterson. They could address the position much earlier than this, but better late than never.

Pick change; previously Foster Moreau, TE

  7. New York Giants: Trevon Tate, G, Memphis
Considering all of the problems the Giants have had on their offensive line in recent years, I can’t imagine they’d exit the 2019 NFL Draft without some depth help.

Pick change; previously B.J. Autry, G

  8. Buffalo Bills: David Edwards, OT, Wisconsin
Here’s more offensive line help for the Bills, who could use a new right tackle.

  9. Denver Broncos: C.J. Conrad, TE, Kentucky
Jake Butt has potential, but has been hurt too often, so the Broncos will likely draft a tight end.

C.J. Conrad is a nice route runner with good hands.

Pick change; previously Keenen Brown, TE

  10. Cincinnati Bengals: Isaac Nauta, TE, Georgia
The Bengals are bringing back Tyler Eifert, but they need a better Plan B for the long haul.

Pick change; previously Gary Jennings, WR

  11. Detroit Lions: Montre Hartage, CB, Northwestern
The Lions need as much help in the secondary as possible.

There are concerns about Montre Hartage’s speed and athleticism, so he may have to move to safety.

Pick change; previously Hamp Cheevers, CB

  12. Green Bay Packers: Isaiah Prince, OT, Ohio State
The Packers could spend multiple picks on interior lineman, as they’ll need to do everything in their power to protect Aaron Rodgers.

Pick change; previously Ben Powers, G

  13. Atlanta Falcons: Wes Hills, RB, Slippery Rock
Here’s some running back depth for the Falcons, who lost Tevin Coleman this offseason.

Wes Hills has a nice combination of size (6-2, 218) and speed. Level of competition is a concern, however.

Pick change; previously Bryce Love, RB

  14. Carolina Panthers: Andre James, OT, UCLA
The Panthers re-signed Daryl Williams, but for only one year. Here’s a potential successor.

  15. Tennessee Titans: Jesse Burkett, C, Stanford
The Titans need to continue to add to their interior offensive line to make sure Marcus Mariota isn’t sacked 11 times in a game again.

  16. Cleveland Browns: Cole Tracy, K, LSU
The Browns have several picks in the fifth round, so perhaps they’ll use one of them to solve their kicking woes. This works as well.

Pick change; previously David Long, LB

  17. Minnesota Vikings: Ryan Connelly, LB, Wisconsin
The Vikings have some great defensive players, but they have a major weakness, which is their inability to cover in space. Their linebacking corps needs an injection of talent.

Pick change; previously James Williams, RB

  18. Baltimore Ravens: James Williams, RB, Washington State
The Ravens signed Mark Ingram to be their new workhorse running back, but they’re still expected to add depth behind him in the 2019 NFL Draft.

James Williams is a tremendous receiver out of the backfield. He did great in the drills at the combine.

Pick change; previously Javon Patterson, G

  19. Pittsburgh Steelers: Alize Mack, TE, Notre Dame
The Steelers lost Jesse James in free agency, so they’re expected to use a draft choice on a replacement.

Pick change; previously Terry Beckner, DE/DT

  20. Baltimore Ravens: Antoine Wesley, WR, Texas Tech
The Ravens will need multiple new receivers, given their free agency situation.

Antoine Wesley was very productive at Texas Tech and has great size (6-5, 200), but his route running isn’t very good.

Pick change; previously Jamal Custis, WR

  21. Green Bay Packers: Ryan Bates, G, Penn State
This is a third selection used on an offensive lineman, but the Packers must protect Aaron Rodgers at all cost.

Pick change; previously Michael Jackson, CB

  22. Houston Texans: Hamp Cheevers, CB, Boston College
As mentioned earlier, the Texans have a dire need at cornerback. They’re expected to use multiple picks on the position.

Hamp Cheevers is a small cornerback (5-10, 180) with only one year of starting experience.

Pick change; previously Khari Willis, S

  23. New York Jets: Elijah Holyfield, RB, Georgia
The Jets solved their running back woes by signing Le’Veon Bell, but they could add a solid backup.

  24. Philadelphia Eagles: Demarcus Christmas, DT, Florida State
The Eagles signed Malik Jackson, but they could use an insurance policy in case he doesn’t rebound from his poor 2018 campaign.

Demarcus Christmas has good quickness at the point of attack and plus length.

Pick change; previously Greg Gaines, DT

  25. Cincinnati Bengals: Daylon Mack, DT, Texas A&M
Geno Atkins turns 31 this offseason, so the Bengals could use someone to potentially take over in a couple of years.

Daylon Mack dominated the East-West Shrine Game. He has a ton of talent, but also possesses some off-the-field and motivational issues.

  26. Indianapolis Colts: Logan Parker, TE, Southern Utah
Both Eric Ebron and Jack Doyle are impending free agents next offseason, so they may draft a tight end.

  27. Los Angeles Chargers: Lamont Gaillard, C, Georgia
The Chargers need a viable successor for Mike Pouncey, who doesn’t have the best injury history.

Pick change; previously Sam Mustipher, C

  28. Kansas City Chiefs: Shareef Miller, DE, Penn State
The Chiefs need a new edge rusher with Justin Houston gone, so up to three picks could be used on edge rushers.

  29. New Orleans Saints: Jalin Moore, RB, Appalachian State
The Saints lost Mark Ingram this offseason, so I imagine they’ll want to address their running back depth at some point.

Pick change; previously Drew Sample, TE

  30. Los Angeles Rams: Ben Powers, G, Oklahoma
Here’s more offensive line help for the Rams, who need to replace multiple starters.

Pick change; previously Darius West, S

  31. Detroit Lions: Easton Stick, QB, North Dakota State
The Lions should begin looking into grooming a potential successor for Matthew Stafford.

Pick change; previously Jacob Dolegala, QB

  32. New England Patriots: Hunter Renfrow, WR, Clemson
I think the NFL bylaws say that the Patriots must take a small white receiver at some point during the draft.

Pick change; previously Tyrel Dodson, LB

  33. Washington Redskins: Chase Claypool, WR, Notre Dame
The Redskins will have to obtain as many receivers as possible to help them fix their great need at the position.

Chase Claypool appears to have tremendous potential, as he has a great mix of size (6-4, 228) and speed.

  34. Pittsburgh Steelers: Oli Udoh, OT/G, Elon
The Steelers lost Marcus Gilbert in free agency, so they’ll have to look into obtaining another tackle.

Oisaemeka Udoh is a massive (6-5, 336), strong blocker whose heavy hands will make it difficult for defensive linemen to shed blocks. He must improve his pass protection.

Pick change; previously Jalin Moore, RB

  35. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Bobby Evans, OT, Oklahoma
The Buccaneers overpaid for Donovan Smith this offseason, but they could still take a tackle at some point during the draft for depth purposes.

Pick change; previously Hunter Renfrow, WR

  36. Minnesota Vikings: Nick Fitzgerald, QB, Mississippi State
The Vikings could use a late-round pick on a quarterback to develop behind Kirk Cousins.

Pick change; previously Bobby Evans, OT

  37. Cincinnati Bengals: Xavier Crawford, CB, Central Michigan
The Bengals could stand to use a third-day pick on a cornerback for depth purposes.

  38. Cincinnati Bengals: Andrew Van Ginkel, DE/OLB, Wisconsin
The Bengals are looking for edge-rushing help. They could take a pass-rusher as early as No. 11 overall.

  39. San Francisco 49ers: Darius West, S, Kentucky
Here’s another safety to help San Francisco’s secondary. Multiple new corners and safeties are needed.

Pick change; previously Chuma Edoga, OT

  40. Cincinnati Bengals: Zedrick Woods, S, Ole Miss
Here’s some special teams help and defensive back depth.

  41. Kansas City Chiefs: Keaton Sutherland, G, Texas A&M
The Chiefs need to work on improving their offensive line after seeing Patrick Mahomes pressured heavily in the AFC Championship.
