2025 Fantasy Football Sleepers (July 3):
This is a list of my favorite 2025 fantasy football sleepers – underrated players who are going way later than they should (ADP 100 overall or lower.) The Average Draft Position (ADP) is found on DraftKings.
Our sleepers list in 2024 was a tremendous success. Our top sleeper was Brian Thomas, whose ADP of 10.09 was ridiculously low. Chase Brown, Tank Bigsby, Jordan Mason, and Chuba Hubbard were also on our Fantasy Football Sleepers list.

It seems insane to me that Isaac Guerendo is being drafted in the 13th round. Christian McCaffrey played in just four games last year and has an extensive injury history. He’s also in the latter stages of his career. There’s a very good chance Guerendo will see ample playing time, as he no longer has to compete with Jordan Mason or Elijah Mitchell.

Tyler Allgeier will produce monster numbers in Atlanta’s offense if Bijan Robinson suffers an injury. However, Allgeier will even play if Robinson isn’t sidelined. There were multiple games last year when Allgeier was used on the goal line instead of Robinson, so he’s someone you can roster regardless of the injury situation.

Will Shipley has impressed in training camp last season and looked great in limited action during the course of the year. The problem was that he was stuck behind both Saquon Barkley and Kenneth Gainwell, but that’s no longer the case because Gainwell is gone. If Barkley, who had a heavy workload last season, goes down, then Shipley will be a huge producer in Philadelphia’s offense. Keep in mind that Shipley could get some work in Philadelphia’s blowout victories this season.

I don’t think Dont’e Thornton will be going undrafted for very long. A fourth-round rookie, Thornton is a big and ultra-athletic receiver. He’s already practicing with the first-team offense, so there’s a good chance he’ll emerge as a starter across from Jakobi Meyers.

De’Von Achane is brittle, and Raheem Mostert is gone, so Jaylen Wright could see decent action this year. I have concerns with Miami’s offensive line, but if the team’s 2024 second-round pick pans out, then the team will at least have a strong tandem of guards to help Wright’s production.

James Cook is not happy with his contract situation. In fact, he sold his Buffalo home. Perhaps he’s just moving elsewhere in the city, but if there’s any sort of holdout, or holdout-related injury, Ray Davis will stand to benefit. Davis will be capable of producing RB2 numbers in Buffalo’s offense.

This is far too late for Braelon Allen, who is a Breece Hall injury away from posting solid RB2 production. The Jets even improved their offensive line this offseason by drafting Armand Membou with their first-round pick.

Pat Bryant is an impressive third-round rookie who has drawn praise from Sean Payton in the summer thus far. Bryant has the size that Payton covets at receiver, and there’s a clear path for him to become the No. 2 receiver in Denver’s offense.

Cedric Tillman was highly productive last year when Jameis Winston supplanted Deshaun Watson. We’ll have to see who Cleveland’s quarterback will be, but Joe Flacco is the favorite to start. Flacco isn’t nearly what he once was, but he’s aggressive and will take shots to Tillman, who will surely pay off his 14th-round price tag.

Shout out to Ben Wasley of FFDFantasyFootball.com for putting me on to Breshard Smith. The Chiefs rookie has a legitimate chance to be a starter at some point this year if Isiah Pacheco isn’t recovered from his injury. Pacheco could easily bounce back, but if he doesn’t, Smith could see playing time. Remember that Andy Reid has a long history of playing late-round running backs.

Sean McVay said that Jarquez Hunter was the one player he wanted on the third day of the draft. Given Kyren Williams’ injury history, it’s reasonable to expect the dynamic Hunter to receive some significant playing time this season.

I don’t understand why Tyler Higbee isn’t getting any love. Didn’t people see how dominant he was in the two playoff games? Matthew Stafford loves throwing to him, and Cooper Kupp is gone, so Higbee will be the safety valve over the middle of the field.
