2025 Fantasy Football Playoff Schedule Analysis:

This is an analysis of the 2025 fantasy football playoff schedule. I’ll discuss which teams have a very easy schedule and those with a difficult trio of opponents at the end of the season.

2025 Fantasy Football Playoffs: Easy Schedule

Baltimore Ravens Baltimore Ravens: CIN, NE, GB

Any team that battles the Bengals in the playoffs gets a big bump in projected offensive production. Baltimore’s other opponents, the Patriots and Packers, aren’t difficult opponents either. New England’s defense will be better this year, but it’s still a work in progress.

Houston Texans Houston Texans: ARZ, LV, LAC

The Cardinals and Chargers have what are expected to be bottom-10 defenses. The Raiders will be better if their defensive linemen remain healthy, but Texans players are among those you’ll want to target.

Kansas City Chiefs Kansas City Chiefs: LAC, TEN, DEN

The Broncos are difficult in Week 17, but the Chiefs get two of the easiest matchups possible in Weeks 15 and 16. I wouldn’t be too scared of a divisional matchup anyway with Patrick Mahomes.

New Orleans Saints New Orleans Saints: CAR, NYJ, TEN

The Saints have two very easy matchups in the playoffs, as the Panthers and Titans have two of the worst defenses in the NFL. It sucks to see the Jets in between, but New York’s run defense is poor, so Alvin Kamara looks great.

San Francisco 49ers San Francisco 49ers: TEN, IND, CHI

The 49ers have the easiest overall schedule I’ve ever seen, so it’s not a surprise that they made this list. The Titans are a very easy opponent in Week 15, and neither the Colts nor the Bears will offer a much tougher challenge after that.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Tampa Bay Buccaneers: ATL, CAR, MIA

The Buccaneers get to battle two divisional opponents, so they make this list. The Falcons have improved their defense, but Carolina is still an easy foe. Miami’s defense projects to be horrendous as well.

2025 Fantasy Football Playoffs: Difficult Schedule

Buffalo Bills Baltimore Ravens: NE, CLE, PHI

This won’t make me avoid Josh Allen, but it’s not ideal that Buffalo has to battle the Browns and Eagles to close out the year. This is more a negative for James Cook and Khalil Shakir.

Green Bay Packers Green Bay Packers: DEN, CHI, BAL

I love Josh Jacobs as a player, but seeing the Broncos and Ravens in the playoffs makes him much less appealing.

Jacksonville Jaguars Jacksonville Jaguars: NYJ, DEN, IND

The Jets and Broncos will make it tough for Jacksonville skill players to reach the championship of your league. Brian Thomas Jr. is an amazing player, but he’ll have to endure Sauce Gardner and Patrick Surtain II in the playoffs.

Las Vegas Raiders Las Vegas Raiders: PHI, HOU, NYG

People drafting Ashton Jeanty in the opening round of their fantasy leagues probably don’t realize that their rookie running back could hit a wall late in the year when he takes on two defensive powerhouses in the Eagles and Texans. The Giants aren’t too shabby on that side of the ball either.

New England Patriots New England Patriots: BUF, BAL, NYJ

Things get progressively more difficult for the Patriots throughout each round of the playoffs. Trey’Veon Henderson should be OK in Weeks 15 and 17, but Drake Maye and his receivers will have trouble with some of those opponents.
