2025 Fantasy Football Top Values

DK Metcalf

2025 Fantasy Football Values (May 18):

This is a list of my favorite 2025 fantasy football values – players who provide great value in Rounds 5-9. The Average Draft Position (ADP) is found on DraftKings.

If you’re looking for players who come with great value in the later rounds, check out our 2025 Fantasy Football Sleepers list.

Chuba Hubbard Chuba Hubbard, RB, Panthers. ADP: 5.05.

People refuse to acknowledge this for some reason, but the Panthers have some of the best blocking in the NFL. And unlike last year, Chuba Hubbard is the undisputed No. 1 running back. Jonathon Brooks is injured again, while Rico Dowdle was signed just for depth.

DK Metcalf DK Metcalf, WR, Steelers. ADP: 5.06.

DK Metcalf has falledn to the fifth round because of Pittsburgh’s quarterbacking situation. Metcalf has produced with pedestrian quarterbacks in the past, and there’s a chance Aaron Rodgers or Kirk Cousins will be throwing the ball to him anyway.

Kenneth Walker Kenneth Walker, RB, Seahawks. ADP: 5.09.

Kenneth Walker struggled in the second half of last season because he was dealing with an injury. Now healthy, Walker should be back to his usual, terrific self, and it helps that his front office used a first-round pick on an offensive lineman to help him. Walker is my 17th-ranked running back, so he should be going in the fourth round at the latest.

Jordan Addison Jordan Addison, WR, Vikings. ADP: 6.09.

Jordan Addison is in the top 20 of my receiver rankings, so seeing him at 6.09 was pretty shocking. I imagine Addison’s low ADP is a result of people being down on J.J. McCarthy, but those same people had the same sentiment about Sam Darnold prior to the 2024 season.

Chris Olave Chris Olave, WR, Saints. ADP: 6.12.

Chris Olave’s ADP should continue to drop in the wake of Derek Carr’s retirement. I hope that’s the case because I’d love to scoop him up late in the seventh round. The Saints have a shaky quarterback situation, but Olave is talented enough to produce well with poor quarterbacks. Besides, young quarterbacks tend to lock in on the top option, so Rashid Shaheed is hurt more than anyone with the Carr news.

Jauan Jennings Jauan Jennings, WR, 49ers. ADP: 7.03.

Jauan Jennings in the seventh round feels like the steal of the draft. Jennings posted monster numbers last year when the top two receivers were sidelined. Well, guess what? The 49ers’ top two receivers from last year won’t be available. Deebo Samuel is gone, while Brandon Aiyuk is coming off a torn ACL. Jennings should have a huge season.

Aaron Jones Aaron Jones, RB, Vikings. ADP: 7.06.

The case can be made that the Vikings have the best offensive line in the NFL. Thanks to three great additions this offseason, Minnesota’s run blocking is going to be so much better in 2025 than it was the prior year. Aaron Jones will obviously stand to benefit from this.

D'Andre Swift D’Andre Swift, RB, Bears. ADP: 8.02.

I’m generally not a huge D’Andre Swift fan, but you have to love the opportunity he has this year. Swift, who has operated in Ben Johnson’s offense in the past, will stand to benefit from the coaching change and the fact that the front office didn’t use a pick prior to the seventh round on a running back. Johnson loves to utilize his running backs creatively, so Swift could have a huge year behind a much-improved Chicago offensive line.

Ricky Pearsall Ricky Pearsall, WR, 49ers. ADP: 8.04.

I love both San Francisco receivers. Ricky Pearsall was my top sleeper last year until he got shot. He missed a portion of the season, but then returned and did well at the end of the year. He’ll be the No. 2 receiver in 2025, as Brandon Aiyuk nurses his torn ACL. He should have a huge season.

Isiah Pacheco Isiah Pacheco, RB, Chiefs. ADP: 8.10.

It seems as though everyone remembers the decrepit Isiah Pacheco from a year ago. Pacheco, of course, suffered an injury early in the season and then returned late in the year. Pacheco looked terrible, but he was not healthy. With a full offseason to recover, Pacheco will be back to 100 percent. He’ll most likely return to his former self, which means he should be drafted in the fourth or fifth round; not the eighth round!
