Below are my fantasy TE rankings and a set of links for my positional Weekly NFL Fantasy Football Rankings. Keep in mind that this list is for this week only; not the entire rest of the season.

The rankings are based on a HALFPPR scoring system. Each player has Walterfootball.com’s projected stats and standard scoring points.

  1. Trey McBride, TE, Cardinals (at Buccaneers)- 13 Points
    8 Catches, 90 Receiving Yards.
    Trey McBride will continue to be heavily targeted. He’s been a touchdown machine with Jacoby Brissett.

  2. Mark Andrews, TE, Ravens (vs. Bengals)- 13 Points
    4 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    The Bengals are horrible against tight ends.

  3. Brock Bowers, TE, Raiders (at Chargers)- 11 Points
    6 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards.
    The Chargers’ defense is ranked highly, but Brock Bowers doesn’t have an impossible matchup.

  4. Hunter Henry, TE, Patriots (vs. Giants)- 10 Points
    3 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
    The Giants can’t defend tight ends.

  5. Oronde Gadsen, TE, Chargers (vs. Raiders)- 7 Points
    4 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.
    Las Vegas can’t stop tight ends at all.

  6. Travis Kelce, TE, Chiefs (at Cowboys)- 7 Points
    4 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.
    Travis Kelce won’t see as many targets with Rashee Rice back.

  7. Tyler Warren, TE, Colts (vs. Texans)- 7 Points
    4 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.
    Tyler Warren should continue to have a big year. This is a middling matchup.

  8. Kyle Pitts, TE, Falcons (at Jets)- 7 Points
    4 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.
    The Jets struggle against tight ends.

  9. Brenton Strange, TE, Jaguars (at Titans)- 7 Points
    4 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.
    Brenton Strange is back as Trevor Lawrence’s favorite weapon.

  10. George Kittle, TE, 49ers (at Browns)- 6 Points
    3 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.
    The Browns aren’t dominant against tight ends.

  11. Mike Gesicki, TE, Bengals (at Ravens)- 6 Points
    3 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.


  12. Jake Ferguson, TE, Cowboys (vs. Chiefs)- 6 Points
    4 Catches, 40 Receiving Yards.
    Jake Ferguson has regressed because of CeeDee Lamb’s return.

  13. Dallas Goedert, TE, Eagles (vs. Bears)- 6 Points
    4 Catches, 40 Receiving Yards.
    The Bears aren’t very good against tight ends.

  14. Theo Johnson, TE, Giants (at Patriots)- 6 Points
    4 Catches, 40 Receiving Yards.
    Theo Johnson will continue be more involved with Malik Nabers sidelined.

  15. Taysom Hill, TE, Saints (at Dolphins)- 6 Points
    10 Rushing Yards, 1 TD.
    Taysom Hill’s return hurts Alvin Kamara.

  16. Mason Taylor, TE, Jets (vs. Falcons)- 5 Points
    3 Catches, 40 Receiving Yards.
    This is one area in which the Jets might have some success.

  17. Dalton Schultz, TE, Texans (at Colts)- 5 Points
    3 Catches, 40 Receiving Yards.
    Dalton Schultz has an easier matchup this week.

  18. Chig Okonkwo, TE, Titans (vs. Jaguars)- 5 Points
    3 Catches, 40 Receiving Yards.


  19. Colston Loveland, TE, Bears (at Eagles)- 4 Points
    2 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards.
    Not a good matchup for Colston Loveland.

  20. Noah Fant, TE, Bengals (at Ravens)- 4 Points
    3 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards.


  21. Evan Engram, TE, Broncos (at Redskins)- 4 Points
    3 Catches, 30 Receiving Yards.
    The Redskins can’t defend the middle of the field.

    David Njoku has an easier matchup.

    Harold Fanin will look good if David Njoku is out again.
