Fantasy Football Week 3 Rankings – Wide Receivers HALFPPR

To differentiate between all the “Start ‘Ems” on my Fantasy Football Start Em, Sit Em page, you can check out the Weekly Fantasy Football Rankings, so you can figure out whom to start between Player X and Player Y.

Below are my fantasy WR rankings and a set of links for my positional Weekly NFL Fantasy Football Rankings. Keep in mind that this list is for this week only; not the entire rest of the season.

The rankings are based on a HALFPPR scoring system. Each player has Walterfootball.com’s projected stats and standard scoring points.

Updated 9/16/2025 5:12:59 AM – Follow @walterfootball for updates.
  1. CeeDee Lamb, WR, Cowboys (at Bears)- 18 Points
    7 Catches, 90 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
CeeDee Lamb should keep the momentum he built last week.

  2. Malik Nabers, WR, Giants (vs. Chiefs)- 18 Points
    6 Catches, 90 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Malik Nabers has a higher ceiling because of Russell Wilson’s moon balls.

  3. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Seahawks (vs. Saints)- 17 Points
    6 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba should be able to pick up where Jauan Jennings left off last week.

  4. Nico Collins, WR, Texans (at Jaguars)- 17 Points
    6 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Nico Collins could pick up where Ja’Marr Chase left off versus Jacksonville.

  5. Ja'Marr Chase, WR, Bengals (at Vikings)- 15 Points
    5 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Ja’Marr Chase obviously must be downgraded at least a little bit because of the Joe Burrow injury.

  6. Courtland Sutton, WR, Broncos (at Chargers)- 15 Points
    6 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Courtland Sutton has another great matchup to begin the year.

  7. Drake London, WR, Falcons (at Panthers)- 15 Points
    5 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Drake London will see an insane target share this year, but is coming off a down game.

  8. Justin Jefferson, WR, Vikings (vs. Bengals)- 15 Points
    5 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Justin Jefferson seems to have overcome his hamstring issues, but he needs to overcome J.J. McCarthy’s incompetence.

  9. Marvin Harrison Jr., WR, Cardinals (at 49ers)- 14 Points
    4 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Marvin Harrison Jr. has an average matchup, so maybe he’ll rebound off a bad week.

  10. Brian Thomas Jr., WR, Jaguars (vs. Texans)- 14 Points
    4 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Brian Thomas Jr. has a difficult matchup, and he hasn’t produced in easy ones.

  11. Terry McLaurin, WR, Redskins (vs. Raiders)- 14 Points
    4 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Terry McLaurin should bounce back from a disappointing performance.

  12. Deebo Samuel, WR, Redskins (vs. Raiders)- 13 Points
30 Rushing Yards, 5 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards.
Deebo Samuel has a great matchup versus a poor secondary.

  13. Rome Odunze, WR, Bears (vs. Cowboys)- 12 Points
    6 Catches, 90 Receiving Yards.
Rome Odunze is more talented than D.J. Moore and could end up being the WR1 on the Bears.

  14. Emeka Egbuka, WR, Bucs (vs. Jets)- 12 Points
    6 Catches, 90 Receiving Yards.
Emeka Egbuka should see more targets than usual with Mike Evans dealing with Sauce Gardner.

  15. Mike Evans, WR, Bucs (vs. Jets)- 12 Points
    3 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards, 1 TD.
Mike Evans will have to deal with Sauce Gardner this week.

  16. Puka Nacua, WR, Rams (at Eagles)- 12 Points
    7 Catches, 90 Receiving Yards.
Puka Nacua likely won’t have a ceiling game unless he gets there in garbage time.

  17. Zay Flowers, WR, Ravens (vs. Lions)- 12 Points
    6 Catches, 90 Receiving Yards.
Zay Flowers has been very productive through two weeks, and that should continue.

  18. DK Metcalf, WR, Steelers (at Patriots)- 12 Points
    6 Catches, 90 Receiving Yards.
DK Metcalf has looked great thus far, and Christian Gonzalez is banged up.

  19. Ricky Pearsall, WR, 49ers (vs. Cardinals)- 11 Points
    5 Catches, 90 Receiving Yards.
Ricky Pearsall should continue to dominate, especially with George Kittle out.

  20. Ladd McConkey, WR, Chargers (vs. Broncos)- 11 Points
    6 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards.
Ladd McConkey has lost some of his target share this year, but should still produce at a high level.

  21. Marquise Brown, WR, Chiefs (at Giants)- 11 Points
    6 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards.
Marquise Brown will be a factor as long as Rashee Rice and Xavier Worthy are out.

  22. Michael Pittman, WR, Colts (at Titans)- 11 Points
    6 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards.
Michael Pittman Jr. won’t have to deal with Patrick Surtain this week.

  23. Amon-Ra St. Brown, WR, Lions (at Ravens)- 11 Points
    7 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards.
The Bears looked clueless to stop Amon-Ra St. Brown. The Ravens will have a better plan against him.

  24. DeVonta Smith, WR, Eagles (vs. Rams)- 10 Points
    4 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards.
DeVonta Smith may emerge as the No. 1 receiver this year with A.J. Brown disappointing.

  25. Jakobi Meyers, WR, Raiders (at Redskins)- 10 Points
    6 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.

  26. Davante Adams, WR, Rams (at Eagles)- 10 Points
    5 Catches, 80 Receiving Yards.
Davante Adams should do well with the Eagles having an issue across from Quinyon Mitchell.

  27. D.J. Moore, WR, Bears (vs. Cowboys)- 9 Points
    5 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
D.J. Moore himself said he’ll take a step backward this season.

  28. Keon Coleman, WR, Bills (vs. Dolphins)- 9 Points
    5 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
One great game, followed by a dud. Keon Coleman has a much easier matchup this week.

  29. Troy Franklin, WR, Broncos (at Chargers)- 9 Points
    4 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
Troy Franklin has established himself as the WR2 on the Broncos.

  30. George Pickens, WR, Cowboys (at Bears)- 9 Points
    4 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
George Pickens didn’t get nearly as many targets as CeeDee Lamb last week.

  31. Tyreek Hill, WR, Dolphins (at Bills)- 9 Points
    4 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
Tyreek Hill is coming off a solid game, but will have to deal with Christian Benford this week.

  32. Garrett Wilson, WR, Jets (at Buccaneers)- 9 Points
    5 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
Garrett Wilson should still be fine regardless of this quarterback situation.

  33. Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Panthers (vs. Falcons)- 9 Points
    5 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
Tetairoa McMillan has a favorable matchup, but we’ll see if he gives it his all.

  34. Kayshon Boutte, WR, Patriots (vs. Steelers)- 9 Points
    4 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
Is Kayshon Boutte for real? He has a great matchup this week.

  35. Chris Olave, WR, Saints (at Seahawks)- 9 Points
    5 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
Chris Olave will continue to be targeted heavily by an inexperienced quarterback.

  36. Calvin Ridley, WR, Titans (vs. Colts)- 9 Points
    4 Catches, 70 Receiving Yards.
The Colts have taken away No. 1 receivers through two games.

  37. Jauan Jennings, WR, 49ers (vs. Cardinals)- 8 Points
    4 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards.
Jauan Jennings has finally shown signs of life.

  38. Tee Higgins, WR, Bengals (at Vikings)- 8 Points
    4 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards.
Tee Higgins takes a bit hit from the Joe Burrow injury.

  39. Khalil Shakir, WR, Bills (vs. Dolphins)- 8 Points
    5 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards.
Khalil Shakir looked healthy off his high-ankle sprain.

  40. Jerry Jeudy, WR, Browns (vs. Packers)- 8 Points
    4 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards.
Jerry Jeudy could get some garbage time stats.

  41. Quentin Johnson, WR, Chargers (vs. Broncos)- 8 Points
    4 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards.
There will be some regression with Quentin Johnston.

  42. A.J. Brown, WR, Eagles (vs. Rams)- 8 Points
    5 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards.
    What’s wrong with A.J. Brown?

  43. Travis Hunter, WR, Jaguars (vs. Texans)- 8 Points
10 Rushing Yards, 4 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.
Travis Hunter may not play as much defense this week.

  44. Romeo Doubs, WR, Packers (at Browns)- 8 Points
    4 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards.
Romeo Doubs has appeal with the injuries with the Green Bay receiver corps.

  45. Stefon Diggs, WR, Patriots (vs. Steelers)- 8 Points
    5 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards.
It’s hard to trust Stefon Diggs all year, but this is a great matchup.

  46. Elic Ayomanor, WR, Titans (vs. Colts)- 8 Points
    4 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards.
Elic Ayomanor should have a middling outing.

  47. Keenan Allen, WR, Chargers (vs. Broncos)- 7 Points
    4 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.
Keenan Allen may see Patrick Surtain II this week.

  48. Jaylen Waddle, WR, Dolphins (at Bills)- 7 Points
    4 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.
I agree with Butters that Jaylen Waddle is a pyramid scheme.

  49. Wan'Dale Robinson, WR, Giants (vs. Chiefs)- 7 Points
    5 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.
Regression will likely be coming, though this is a good matchup.

  50. Jameson Williams, WR, Lions (at Ravens)- 7 Points
    3 Catches, 60 Receiving Yards.
Detroit’s diminished offensive line will hurt Jameson Williams.

  51. Demario Douglas, WR, Patriots (vs. Steelers)- 7 Points
    4 Catches, 50 Receiving Yards.

  52. Rashid Shaheed, WR, Saints (at Seahawks)- 7 Points
