2025 Fantasy Football Rookie Rankings: Dynasty

  1. Ashton Jeanty, RB, Raiders
Ashton Jeanty is the consensus No. 1 rookie. It’ll be a huge upset if he’s not the Raiders’ RB1 to begin the year. He has no competition to deal with, so Jeanty will get every opportunity.

  2. Travis Hunter, WR, Jaguars
Travis Hunter will attempt to play both sides right away. It remains to be seen if he’ll be able to do that. If he focuses on one side, it sounds like it’ll be offense, and he should be a dynamic receiving threat for Trevor Lawrence. There’s always a chance Hunter moves primarily to defense.

  3. Omarion Hampton, RB, Chargers
Omarion Hampton has a chance to be the Chargers’ starting running back this year, but Najee Harris is the favorite to hold that role, at least at the beginning of the year.

  4. Quinshon Judkins, RB, Browns
Quinshon Judkins was the third running back chosen in the 2025 NFL Draft. Judkins doesn’t have much competition, so he should be able to start sooner rather than later.

  5. Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Panthers
Tetairoa McMillan is a great athlete, but will be playing on a bad team. There’s no guarantee that he even outgains Adam Thielen this year. McMillan’s long-term projection is more bullish.

  6. TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Patriots
TreVeyon Henderson is a dynamic runner and receiver, but will be stuck behind Rhamondre Stevenson to begin his career. Henderson could emerge as the starter eventually.

  7. Kaleb Johnson, RB, Steelers
The only player standing in front of Kaleb Johnson right now is Jaylen Warren, who gets injured often. Johnson is a talented running back who should have been picked in the second round.

  8. Cam Ward, QB, Titans
Cam Ward is not as good as other recent top quarterback picks, but he’s athletic and will be able to rush for enough yardage to be a solid fantasy option.

  9. Matthew Golden, WR, Packers
Matthew Golden is an electric speed threat. He’ll be better in a best ball-type format because he’s bound to be inconsistent as a deep receiver.

  10. Jayden Higgins, WR, Texans
Jayden Higgins is a big receiver who could be the starter across from Nico Collins. There are some separation issues, but Higgins has a good chance to contribute with C.J. Stroud.

  11. Emeka Egbuka, WR, Buccaneers
Emeka Egbuka will be Tampa Bay’s No. 4 receiver this year. He has much more upside for the future obviously.

  12. Luther Burden, WR, Bears
Luther Burden should be able to start in the slot, replacing Keenan Allen. There are so many weapons in Chicago, however, so Burden may have trouble producing right away.

  13. Tyler Warren, TE, Colts
Tyler Warren has more of a chance to be productive than Colston Loveland because his offense isn’t as crowded as Chicago’s. He is projected to be the top tight end this year.

  14. Colston Loveland, TE, Bears
Ben Johnson said he views Colston Loveland to be his next Sam LaPorta. The problem is that the Bears have such a crowded offense that it’s going to be difficult for Loveland to be a consistent producer.

  15. R.J. Harvey, RB, Broncos
Denver’s backfield is a mess, so R.J. Harvey could start right away. However, there are questions about his pass-protection ability, so he may not see much playing time until Sean Payton is comfortable with him.

  16. Bhayshul Tuten, RB, Jaguars
Travis Etienne continues to be a massive bust. Bhayshul Tuten should be able to have an opportunity to start at some point.

  17. Mason Taylor, TE, Jets
The Jets don’t have many weapons beyond Garrett Wilson, so Mason Taylor could be a decent contributor right away.

  18. Jaydon Blue, RB, Cowboys
Jaydon Blue is a speedy back who won’t face much competition in Dallas. He could end up starting this year despite being a fifth-round pick.

  19. Isaac TeSlaa, WR, Lions
The Lions traded up for the athletic Isaac TeSlaa in the third round, so they have big plans for him. In an explosive offense, TeSlaa could be productive this year.

  20. Tre Harris, WR, Chargers
Tre Harris is a talented outside receiver, but the Chargers don’t throw the ball very often, and when they do, the targets will often go to Ladd McConkey.

  21. Jack Bech, WR, Raiders
Jack Bech might be able to start at one of the receiver spots as a rookie. However, the Raiders will be a run-heavy offense, as Pete Carroll will be doing everything in his power to get his son, the team’s run-game coordinator, a better job.

  22. Pat Bryant, WR, Broncos
Pat Bryant was considered a reach in the draft, but he’ll have a chance to earn the No. 2 receiver spot across from Courtland Sutton.

  23. Kyle Williams, WR, Patriots
Kyle Williams will have a chance to contribute immediately because of how poor New England’s receiving corps is, but he’ll still be operating in a run-first offense.

  24. Dylan Sampson, RB, Browns
  25. Woody Marks, RB, Texans
  26. Jarquez Hunter, RB, Rams
  27. Devin Neal, RB, Saints
  28. Jordan James, RB, 49ers
  29. D.J. Giddens, RB, Colts
