  1. Arizona Cardinals: Drew Sample, TE, Washington
The Cardinals signed Charles Clay, but he won’t cure their tight end woes. They’ll need to spend a pick on an upgrade.

Pick change; previously Blake Cashman, LB

  2. Oakland Raiders: Charles Omenihu, DE/DT, Texas
Here’s more defensive line help for the Raiders, who need as much help in that area as possible.

Charles Omenihu didn’t perform up to his ability at Texas, but he has loads of potential.

Pick change; previously Gerald Willis, DT

  3. Pittsburgh Steelers: Diontae Johnson, WR, Toledo
It’s going to take multiple players to replace Antonio Brown’s production, especially if James Washington doesn’t live up to expectations.

Pick change; previously Alex Bars, G/OT

  4. New York Giants: David Long, LB, West Virginia
The Giants have had issues at linebacker for years. Perhaps they’ll finally do something about it this offseason.

David Long is a tough player with a great motor. He may not be very athletic, but he’ll be a solid player on a team. At the very least, he’ll be a quality special-teamer.

Pick change; previously Jamal Davis, LB

  5. New York Giants: Marvell Tell, S, USC
The Giants acquired Jabrill Peppers to replace Landon Collins, but they needed safety help even before Collins’ departure.

  6. Cleveland Browns: Penny Hart, WR, Georgia State
The Browns are top-heavy at receiver with Odell Beckham Jr., Jarvis Landry and Antonio Callaway on the roster, but they could use some depth at the position.

Pick change; previously Demarcus Christmas, DT

  7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jordan Brown, CB, South Dakota State
The Buccaneers need to double up on corners, given the problems they have at the position.

Pick change; previously Blace Brown, CB

  8. Detroit Lions: Foster Moreau, TE, UCLA
The Lions didn’t get the most out of Eric Ebron, but perhaps their next tight end will live up to expectations.

Pick change; previously Will Harris, S

  9. Buffalo Bills: DaMarkus Lodge, WR, Ole Miss
As mentioned earlier, the Bills added some receivers this offseason, but they could still stand to add another player at the position.

DaMarkus Lodge has good run-after-catch skills.

Pick change; previously Ben Burr-Kirven, LB

  10. Denver Broncos: David Sills, WR, West Virginia
It doesn’t sound like Emmanuel Sanders is going to be on Denver’s roster much longer, so the Broncos could be looking for help at receiver.

David Sills has great size at 6-4, 203, and his hands are a positive attribute as well.

Pick change; previously Ryan Bates, G

  11. Cincinnati Bengals: Beau Benzschawel, G, Wisconsin
The Bengals should find a couple of upgrades to their offensive line, which needs to continue to be revamped.

Beau Benzschawel was told to return to school by draft advisory committee a year ago, but he has a chance to sneak into Day 2.

  12. Green Bay Packers: Emanuel Hall, WR, Missouri
The Packers lost Randall Cobb this offseason, so they’ll need to find a replacement for him.

Emanuel Hall is a 6-1 receiver with tremendous speed. His hands and motivation are an issue, but he has first-round talent.

Pick change; previously Kendall Blanton, TE

  13. Miami Dolphins: Terry McLaurin, WR, Ohio State
One of the billion needs the Dolphins have is at receiver, especially if Albert Wilson isn’t fully healed. This will have to be addressed ahead of Tua Tagovailoa’s arrival.

Terry McLaurin had a terrific Senior Bowl and combine, and may have moved into fourth-, or even third-round consideration.

Pick change; previously Ross Pierschbacher, C/G

  14. Atlanta Falcons: Jamal Davis, LB, Akron
The Falcons could stand to add some linebacker depth after what transpired last season.

Pick change; previously Mark Fields, CB

  15. Washington Redskins: Terry Godwin, WR, Georgia
The Redskins lost Jamison Crowder in free agency, so I could see them using multiple picks on receivers.

Terry Godwin is an explosive, precise route-runner who can get separation easily.

  16. Carolina Panthers: David Long, CB, Michigan
As mentioned earlier, the Panthers are live to select multiple cornerbacks, given their dire need at the position.

David Long was one of the top performers in the drills at the combine. He also tested very well.

Pick change; previously Dexter Williams, RB

  17. Cleveland Browns: Stephen Denmark, CB, Valdosta State
The Browns are another team that could double up on cornerbacks, as they need to add some depth in addition to finding a starter across from Denzel Ward.

Pick change; previously Drue Tranquill, LB

  18. Denver Broncos: Ross Pierschbacher, C/G, Alabama
The Broncos need multiple interior offensive line upgrades to make sure that Joe Flacco has enough time in the pocket to find his receivers.

Pick change; previously Mike Bell, S

  19. Tennessee Titans: Gary Jennings, WR, West Virginia
The Titans signed Adam Humphries, but they could use one more talented receiver in their group to help Marcus Mariota.

Pick change; previously Jimmy Moreland, CB

  20. Buffalo Bills: Kendall Sheffield, CB, Ohio State
The Bills have yet to address their secondary, which is something every team likes to do at some point during the draft. You can never have enough talented cornerbacks.

Pick change; previously Montre Hartage, CB

  21. Seattle Seahawks: Michael Jordan, G/C, Ohio State
The Seahawks have yet to address their offensive line. I’m sure they’ll trade down from No. 21 and acquire more selections, which will be used to shield the new most-expensive player in football.

Michael Jordan can play both center and guard, so his versatility will make him appealing on Draft Day.

Pick change; previously Ryan Connelly, LB

  22. Baltimore Ravens: Drew Forbes, G, SE Missouri State
The Ravens have some holes up front that they may want to plug in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Alex Barnes, RB

  23. Houston Texans: Kris Boyd, CB, Texas
Aside from the offensive line, cornerback is the weak spot on Houston’s roster. This area could be addressed much earlier.

Pick change; previously Zach Gentry, TE

  24. Chicago Bears: Mike Weber, RB, Ohio State
The Bears have put so much effort into scouting running backs this offseason, I could see them doubling up on the position.

Pick change; previously Josh Oliver, TE

  25. Philadelphia Eagles: Mark Fields, CB, Clemson
The Eagles re-signed Ronald Darby, but that was for only one year. Thus, they could use a mid-round pick on the position.

Pick change; previously Keelan Doss, WR

  26. Indianapolis Colts: Kevin Givens, DT, Penn State
The Colts need to find multiple pieces in an attempt to improve their lackluster pass rush.

  27. Dallas Cowboys: Dax Raymond, TE, Utah State
The Cowboys are getting Jason Witten back for one more year – go here for the Jason Witten Mock Draft, by the way – but they’ll have to use a mid-round pick on a tight end for the future.

Dax Raymond isn’t very athletic, but he’s a reliable pass-catching tight end.

  28. Los Angeles Chargers: Iman Marshall, CB, USC
Jason Verrett couldn’t stay healthy, so here’s some needed cornerback depth.

  29. Kansas City Chiefs: Damon Arnette, CB, Ohio State
The Chiefs need help at cornerback, as they’re weak at the position outside of Kendall Fuller and Bashaud Breeland, if he can stay healthy.

Damon Arnette struggled early in 2017, but improved as the season progressed. He has nice size (6-0) and speed, but once again struggled in 2018.

  30. New Orleans Saints: Edwin Alexander, NT, LSU
Sheldon Rankins tore his Achilles in January, so he may not be able to play in 2019. The Saints may pursue a defensive tackle in the middle rounds as a result.

Edwin Alexander is a monstrous run-stuffing nose tackle. He missed some time with a knee in 2018.

  31. Los Angeles Rams: Te’von Coney, LB, Notre Dame
The Rams need some help at linebacker, as a new starter next to Cory Littleton should be obtained.

Pick change; previously Tre Watson, LB

  32. Cleveland Browns: Ty Summers, LB, TCU
The Browns will need multiple linebackers in the wake of Jamie Collins’ release.

Pick change; previously Tre Watson, LB

  33. New York Giants: Tre Watson, LB, Maryland
Linebacker has been such a big need for the Giants for so long that perhaps they’ll double up on the position.

Tre Watson seems like he’ll be a strong two-down run defender in the NFL.

Pick change; previously Charles Omenihu, DE

  34. Atlanta Falcons: Michael Dogbe, DE/DT, Temple
The Falcons continue to add talent to their poor defensive line. I expect three picks to be used to bolster that group.

Pick change; previously Brett Rypien, QB

  35. Washington Redskins: Sutton Smith, DE/OLB, Northern Illinois
The Redskins could stand to obtain another edge rusher, as they don’t have much depth there, especially in the wake of Preston Smith’s departure.
