NFL Team Logo for Browns Cleveland Browns: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado Image for CU

Nearly two decades ago, the Browns passed on Brady Quinn to much criticism, but then traded up into the end of the opening round to select the Notre Dame prospect. Perhaps history will repeat itself 18 years later, with Cleveland going after a quarterback with its second pick after passing on one with its initial selection.

Shedeur Sanders has a high football IQ and great leadership skills. He doesn’t have a stellar arm, but it’s good enough for him to be a first-round pick.

Also, if you haven’t visited the site in a while, you may have noticed the new look. Yes, after nearly two decades, we’ve finally re-designed our site to be more modern. This was not done on a whim, but rather out of necessity because of what occurred during the 2023 NFL Draft. Our site crashed during the entire first day of the draft, which was disastrous for our revenue stream because we make more money during the draft than any other time. The site crashed because a line of code conflicted with the old format of the site, so we had to transition to this new look.

Because we lost so much money during the draft, I want to point out that you can really help support the site by paying for the ad-free version of it. It’s $7.99 per month, but you’ll get a super-fast site with no ads. My developer will be adding new features to paid subscribers as well, so look for that in the near future. If you don’t want to pay, please spread the word about the site through word of mouth. That would also be a big help!

NFL Team Logo for Giants New York Giants: Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama Image for ALA

The Giants get their quarterback of the future, or perhaps just their quarterback of 2025 and 2026 before they get Arch Manning in the 2027 NFL Draft.

Jalen Milroe is a dangerous runner who has a solid arm. He needs to improve his ability to read coverages.

Pick change; previously Shedeur Sanders, QB

NFL Team Logo for Titans Tennessee Titans: Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri Image for Mizz

The Titans need to add weapons for their new quarterback to pair with Calvin Ridley.

Luther Burden is a shifty receiver who can be used as a ball-carrier.

NFL Team Logo for Jaguars Jacksonville Jaguars: Will Johnson, CB, Michigan Image for MICH

Nearly a decade ago, the Jaguars stopped an injured player’s free fall in the second round when they landed Myles Jack. History repeats itself here, as Jacksonville fills a need at cornerback.

Will Johnson, who had a tremendous showing during the championship run, has a plus skill set and upside.

Pick change; previously Alfred Collins, DT

NFL Team Logo for Raiders Las Vegas Raiders: TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State Image for OSU

The Raiders have no running game. Chip Kelly could go after one of his Ohio State running backs.

Treveyon Henderson has been an impressive runner and receiver out of the backfield.

NFL Team Logo for Patriots New England Patriots: Ozzy Trapilo, OT, Boston College Image for BC

The Patriots must protect Drake Maye at all cost. They need at least three offensive line upgrades in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Ozzy Trapilo was a reliable blocker for Boston College. He’s a very tall right tackle prospect.

Pick change; previously Donovan Jackson, G

NFL Team Logo for Bears Chicago Bears: Kaleb Johnson, RB, Iowa Image for Iowa

Ben Johnson will be looking for a running back to pair with D’Andre Swift. Perhaps he’ll obtain his namesake in the second round.

Kaleb Johnson has a nice blend of size, speed, and power. He has natural running instincts.

NFL Team Logo for Saints New Orleans Saints: Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss Image for Omiss

Derek Carr may miss all of 2025, and there’s a chance he never plays for the Saints again. Spencer “The Silver Snake” Rattler is on the team, but Kellen Moore may want his own quarterback.

Jaxson Dart is instinctive and tough, but has some shaky pocket presence.

NFL Team Logo for Bears Chicago Bears: Darius Alexander, DT, Toledo Image for

The Bears may be tired of Tyrique Stevenson’s antics, so here’s a potential replacement.

Darius Alexander was a solid player for Toledo who put decent pressure on opposing quarterbacks.

Pick change; previously Maxwell Hairston, CB

NFL Team Logo for Jets New York Jets: Aiereontae Ersery, OT, Minnesota Image for MINN

The Jets have a huge hole at right tackle that must be addressed early in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Aiereontae Ersery is an explosive lineman, and he is a very physical blocker at the point of attack.

Pick change; previously Jalen Milroe, QB

NFL Team Logo for 49ers San Francisco 49ers: J.T. Tuimoloau, DE, Ohio State Image for OSU

The 49ers must find an edge rusher in the first few rounds, as they need help on the other side of Nick Bosa.

J.T. Tuimoloau has flashed some great pass-rushing potential, but must be more consistent.

Pick change; previously Omar Norman-Lott, DT

NFL Team Logo for Cowboys Dallas Cowboys: Quinshon Judkins, RB, Ohio State Image for OSU

Dallas has nothing at running back. If Jerry Jones misses out on Ashton Jeanty, he could trade up for one of the next running backs in the second round.

Quinshon Judkins is a tough runner who was productive for Ole Miss before transferring to Ohio State.

NFL Team Logo for Colts Indianapolis Colts: Alfred Collins, DE/DT, Texas Image for Tex

The Colts will want a deeper rotation on the defensive line to help put some heat on C.J. Stroud and Trevor Lawrence.

Alfred Collins is a tough run defender who gets some pressure on quarterbacks.

Pick change; previously Trey Amos, CB

NFL Team Logo for Falcons Atlanta Falcons: Trey Amos, CB, Ole Miss Image for Omiss

The Falcons need a better cornerback across from A.J. Terrell, so they could target the position on Day 2.

Trey Amos is a tall cornerback with plus speed and athleticism.

Pick change; previously Jordan Burch, DE/DT

NFL Team Logo for Cardinals Arizona Cardinals: Azareye'h Thomas, CB, Florida State Image for Florida State

The Cardinals have had a weak cornerback group ever since Patrick Peterson departed.

Azareye’h Thomas is a very tall cornerback who provided tight coverage on receivers all year.

Pick change; previously Jack Sawyer, DE

NFL Team Logo for Dolphins Miami Dolphins: Kevin Winston Jr., S, Penn State Image for PSU

The Dolphins stick with the secondary, as the safety position is a disaster as well.

Kevin Winston is a big hitter with speed who plays the run well.

Pick change; previously Benjamin Morrison, CB

NFL Team Logo for Bengals Cincinnati Bengals: Mike Green, DE, Marshall Image for

Even if Trey Hendrickson isn’t traded, the Bengals will need to find some edge-rushing help in the first three rounds.

Mike Green has been a terror from the edge. He is very explosive and fast.

Pick change; previously James Pearce, DE/OLB

NFL Team Logo for Seahawks Seattle Seahawks: Elijah Arroyo, TE, Miami Image for MIA

The Seahawks lost DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett, and didn’t get a viable replacement unless you want to count a decrepit Cooper Kupp. A tight end is an option.

Elijah Arroyo recovered well off a torn ACL. He has great size, quickness and athleticism, and he’s a terrific route runner.

Pick change; previously Mike Green, DE

NFL Team Logo for Broncos Denver Broncos: Jayden Higgins, WR, Iowa State Image for ISU

The Broncos have a huge hole at the No. 2 wide receiver spot, and we know that Sean Payton loves his big wideouts.

Jayden Higgins is a massive receiver and a potential matchup nightmare in the NFL.

Pick change; previously Tyleik Williams, DT

NFL Team Logo for Seahawks Seattle Seahawks: Jared Wilson, C, Georgia Image for UGA

As mentioned in the first round, the Seahawks had one of the weakest interior offensive lines in the NFL last year. Things got worse when Connor Williams retired.

Jared Wilson’s run blocking is ahead of his pass protection.

Pick change; previously Tyleik Williams, DT

NFL Team Logo for Buccaneers Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jordan Burch, DE/DT, Oregon Image for ORE

The Buccaneers have to address their pass rush, which has weakened substantially since their Super Bowl run.

Jordan Burch has immense potential as an athletic player with a big frame, but hasn’t been consistent.

Pick change; previously Nic Scourton, DE/DT

NFL Team Logo for Packers Green Bay Packers: Landon Jackson, DE, Arkansas Image for Ark

The Packers need to improve their pass rush, so they’re expected to address the front seven early in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Landon Jackson has high upside and can play end in the 4-3 and five-tech in the 3-4.

NFL Team Logo for Chargers Los Angeles Chargers: Carson Schwesinger, LB, UCLA Image for UCLA

The Chargers had major issues stopping the run when Denzel Perryman was sidelined last year. They can’t keep relying on him.

Carson Schwesinger was a one-year wonder at UCLA, but was very productive thanks to his great instincts.

Pick change; previously Cam Skattebo, RB

NFL Team Logo for Bills Buffalo Bills: Tyleik Williams, DT, Ohio State Image for OSU

The Bills are weaker to the run than the pass, so they could stand to add a defensive tackle.

Tyleik Williams played well against Joe Alt in their ’23 matchup.

Pick change; previously Savion Williams, WR

NFL Team Logo for Panthers Carolina Panthers: Xavier Watts, S, Notre Dame Image for ND

The Panthers had severe issues stopping deep passes last year, so they need to improve in the secondary.

Xavier Watts is a dangerous ballhawk who made lots of plays for Notre Dame.

Pick change; previously Jordan Burch, DE/DT

NFL Team Logo for Texans Houston Texans: Donovan Jackson, G, Ohio State Image for OSU

If the Texans pass on a tackle at No. 25, they almost have to draft an offensive lineman with this pick, given the loss of three blockers this offseason.

Donovan Jackson is a tough blocker with upside.

Pick change; previously Aiereontae Ersery, OT

NFL Team Logo for Ravens Baltimore Ravens: Mason Taylor, TE, LSU Image for LSU

There’s chatter that Mark Andrews could be traded, so here’s a potential replacement.

Mason Taylor is an athletic receiving tight end.

Pick change; previously Ollie Gordon, RB

NFL Team Logo for Lions Detroit Lions: Jack Sawyer, DE, Ohio State Image for OSU

This pick has “Dan Campbell” written all over it, as the Lions need to fix their ailing pass rush.

Jack Sawyer was extremely productive to conclude his college football career.

Pick change; previously Caleb Rogers, G

NFL Team Logo for Redskins Washington Redskins: Wyatt Milum, OT, West Virginia Image for WVU

The Redskins added Laremy Tunsil, but they still need to find some more help on the offensive line.

Wyatt Milum has the size and ability to be considered at tackle or guard, though the arm length is a concern.

Pick change; previously Xavier Watts, S

NFL Team Logo for Bills Buffalo Bills: Jalen Royals, WR, Utah State Image for

The Bills signed Joshua Palmer, but they still need one more receiver to add to the group.

Jalen Royals produced well at Utah State, but level of competition is a worry.

Pick change; previously Shemar Turner, DT

NFL Team Logo for Chiefs Kansas City Chiefs: Tate Ratledge, G, Georgia Image for UGA

The Chiefs signed Jaylon Moore to potentially be their new left tackle, but they could also address the interior.

Tate Ratledge’s run blocking is ahead of his pass protection right now.

Pick change; previously Anthony Belton, OT

NFL Team Logo for Eagles Philadelphia Eagles: Nic Scourton, DE, Texas A&M Image for TA&M

The Eagles will be looking for an edge player to replace Josh Sweat and Brandon Graham.

Nic Scourton had a breakout ’23 season with 10 sacks. He has a huge frame and possesses massive upside as a 4-3 defensive end.

Pick change; previously Xavier Watts, S
