  1. Arizona Cardinals: Devin Singletary, RB, Florida Atlantic
There’s been chatter about the Cardinals trading David Johnson, who is coming off a down year. If so, they might be looking to draft a running back on Day 2.

Devin Singletary doesn’t have great long speed, but he possesses terrific patience and can break through plenty of tackles.

  2. Pittsburgh Steelers: Darnell Savage, S, Maryland
The Steelers need a long-term safety to take over for Sean Davis, so a pick in the first three rounds could be used on the position.

Darnell Savage is small (5-11, 200), but has good speed and instincts.

Pick change; previously Nasir Adderly, S

  3. San Francisco 49ers: N’Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State
There was talk that the 49ers would attempt to trade for Antonio Brown, but the other Bay Area team obtained the former Steeler diva instead. The 49ers are expected to use an early pick on a receiver.

A 6-3 wide receiver with good speed, N’Keal Harry has the potential to become a first-round prospect, especially after a strong combine.

  4. New York Jets: Julian Love, CB, Notre Dame
The Jets made some nice additions to their roster this offseason, but they still have a huge hole at cornerback that they need to address.

Julian Love is only 5-10, but he has great instincts and ball skills.

Pick change; previously Tytus Howard, OT

  5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Nasir Adderley, S, Delaware
Jacksonville had a great defense in 2017, but the unit took a step back last year, thanks in part to declining safety play. Here’s some help at the position.

Charlie Campbell highlighted Nasir Adderley in a recent draft stock report. It seems as though Adderley could be chosen in the second round.

Pick change; previously Jace Sternberger, TE

  6. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Oshane Ximines, DE/OLB, Old Dominion
The Buccaneers could stand to add multiple players to their pass rush in the first three rounds, given their poor sack rate from a year ago.

Oshane Ximines was a very productive edge rusher for Old Dominion.

Pick change; previously Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, S

  7. Denver Broncos: Jarrett Stidham, QB, Auburn
If the Broncos pass on Drew Lock and the other quarterbacks at No. 10 overall, they could find their signal-caller of the future with this selection.

Jarrett Stidham struggled early in his first year at Auburn, but improved as the season progressed. He eventually knocked off Alabama and Georgia. Stidham, however, struggled in 2018.

Pick change; previously Terrill Hanks, LB

  8. Cincinnati Bengals: Mack Wilson, LB, Alabama
The Bengals have to spend multiple selections on linebackers. That position was a weak point even before Vontaze Burfict was released.

Mack Wilson has good coverage skills, so he’ll generate interest from teams on Day 2.

  9. New England Patriots: Josh Oliver, TE, San Jose State
Rob Gronkowski just announced his retirement, so the Patriots should spend an early pick on a tight end.

Pick change; previously Clayton Thorson, QB

  10. Buffalo Bills: Justice Hill, RB, Oklahoma State
LeSean McCoy won’t be on Buffalo’s roster for very much longer. In fact, there’s a good chance 2019 will be his final year with the Bills.

Scouts like Justice Hill’s speed and acceleration to the second level.

Pick change; previously Miles Sanders, RB

  11. Green Bay Packers: Ben Banogu, DE/OLB, TCU
The Packers acquired two high-paid edge rushers in Za’Darius Smith and Preston Smith, but I don’t think that’ll preclude them from selecting another one in the early rounds. The Packers could put one of the Smiths on the defensive line, which would give them so many talented players who can rush the passer successfully. The Packers have owned a horrendous defense for years, and adding Sweat would help transform their stop unit into a dominant one.

Ben Banogu is quick off the edge, but needs to improve his technique. Banogu, a captain at TCU, has high character traits, so he could be chosen earlier than most expect.

Pick change; previously Mecole Hardman, WR

  12. Washington Redskins: Connor McGovern, G/C, Penn State
The Redskins have one of the worst centers in the NFL, so that’s a position they’ll sorely need to upgrade. They also need help at guard, so why not draft a player who can play all three interior offensive line positions?

  13. Carolina Panthers: Andy Isabella, WR, UMass
The Panthers lost Devin Funchess in free agency, so I imagine that they’ll be interested in signing a receiver to complement D.J. Moore.

Pick change; previously Lonnie Johnson, CB

  14. Miami Dolphins: Christian Miller, DE/OLB, Alabama
The Dolphins lost all of their edge rushers this offseason, so they’ll need to find some new players who can put consistent pressure on opposing quarterbacks.

Pick change; previously Benny Snell, RB

  15. Atlanta Falcons: Chase Winovich, DE/OLB, Michigan
Here’s more help for Atlanta’s defensive front. Takk McKinley has gotten into trouble, while Vic Beasley has been a huge disappointment recently, so if he doesn’t improve, there might be consideration to replace him.

Chase Winovich has incredible speed off the edge and never quits. He dominated Notre Dame in the 2018 opener.

Pick change; previously Austin Bryant, DE

  16. Cleveland Browns: Saivion Smith, CB, Alabama
The Browns hit a home run with Denzel Ward last year. They’ll need to find a solid starter to play across from him.

Pick change; previously Darnell Savage, S

  17. Minnesota Vikings: Dru Samia, G, Oklahoma
Here’s more offensive line help for the Vikings, as they need to make sure they really address their horrendous blocking unit.

Pick change; previously L.J. Collier, DE

  18. Tennessee Titans: Zach Allen, DE/DT, Boston College
The Titans need to bolster their front seven, as they don’t put enough pressure on opposing quarterbacks. They need a defensive lineman to go along with their new edge rusher.

Zach Allen needs to develop more pass-rushing moves, but he has a nice combination of size and strength, and he happens to be a stout run defender and a quality pass-rusher.

  19. Pittsburgh Steelers: Miles Boykin, WR, Notre Dame
Antonio Brown is long gone. The Steelers will need a new receiver to complement JuJu Smith-Schuster and James Washington.

Miles Boykin is a big receiver who will be able to be a mismatch weapon in the NFL.

Pick change; previously Kaden Smith, TE

  20. Seattle Seahawks: Isaiah Johnson, CB, Houston
The Legion of Boom is no more. The Seahawks need another cornerback to create a new version of it.

Isaiah Johnson had a tremendous combine performance, running a 4.40 and posting an 11-1 broad jump at 6-2, 208.

  21. Baltimore Ravens: Amani Oruwariye, CB, Penn State
It doesn’t seem like Jimmy Smith and Brandon Carr will be around much longer, so the Ravens will have to add a younger cornerback to their roster.

Amani Oruwariye is a big cornerback (6-1, 203) who possesses some quickness. Long speed is a question mark.

Pick change; previously Chase Winovich, DE/OLB

  22. Houston Texans: Kahale Warring, TE, San Diego State
The Texans haven’t possessed a dominant tight end presence since Owen Daniels. Perhaps that’ll change with this pick.

Pick change; previously Yodny Cajuste, OT

  23. Chicago Bears: Dexter Williams, RB, Notre Dame
The Bears traded Jordan Howard to the Eagles, so here’s a replacement.

Dexter Williams had a nice performance at the combine, outside of the receiving drills.

Pick change; previously Oshane Ximines, DE/OLB

  24. Detroit Lions: J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, WR, Stanford
Detroit’s offense suffered a sharp decline after Golden Tate was traded. Here’s a long-term replacement in the receiving corps.

J.J. Arcega-Whiteside has speed concerns, but he’s a mismatch receiver with great size (6-3, 225).

  25. Indianapolis Colts: Jahlani Tavai, LB, Hawaii
Darius Butler had an amazing rookie season, but the Colts still need a bit of help in their linebacking corps.

Pick change; previously Tre Lamar, LB

  26. Dallas Cowboys: Trysten Hill, NT, Central Florida
The Cowboys need help in the interior of the defensive line after losing David Irving this offseason.

Trysten Hill is a massive nose tackle who can clog running lanes. He was stellar at the combine.

  27. Los Angeles Chargers: Khalen Saunders, DT, Western Illinois
The Patriots ran over the Chargers in the divisional round of the playoffs. The Chargers need to get stronger in the defensive interior.

Pick change; previously Saivion Smith, CB

  28. Kansas City Chiefs: Myles Gaskin, RB, Washington
Damien Williams played well to close out the year, but the Chiefs will still be in the market for another running back not named Carlos Hyde to share the workload.

  29. New York Jets: Yodny Cajuste, OT, West Virginia
The Jets’ offensive line last year was just 18th in adjusted sack rate, while their run blocking was the league’s worst.

Pick change; previously Miles Boykin, WR

  30. Los Angeles Rams: Trayveon Williams, RB, Texas A&M
The Rams will need a viable backup behind Todd Gurley if C.J. Anderson leaves, especially in the wake of the news about Gurley’s knees.

Trayveon Williams needs to continue to build strength, but he has explosive ability. He can also catch passes fairly well.

Pick change; previously David Montgomery, RB

  31. New York Giants: Riley Ridley, WR, Georgia
It would be surprising if the Giants didn’t escape the first two days of the draft without a new receiver to replace Odell Beckham Jr.

Riley Ridley possesses a tremendous amount of potential, but is a raw product who should’ve returned to school.

  32. Washington Redskins: Dawson Knox, TE, Ole Miss
Jordan Reed has proven to be unreliable, so the Redskins will need to find a new tight end.

Pick change; previously C.J. Conrad, TE

  33. New England Patriots: Maxx Crosby, DE, Eastern Michigan
The Patriots lost Trey Flowers this offseason, so they’ll need to find someone new to make sure they can still apply consistent pressure on opposing quarterbacks.

Pick change; previously Amani Hooker, S

  34. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jace Sternberger, TE, Texas A&M
The Jaguars need to give Nick Foles a No. 1 receiver to throw to, as they currently don’t have any potent downfield threats. They also lack a viable tight end in the wake of the Austin Seferian-Jenkins bust signing.

Pick change; previously Mike Weber, RB

  35. Los Angeles Rams: Joejuan Williams, CB, Vanderbilt
The Rams didn’t have very good cornerback play last year for the most part, as Marcus Peters was hardly the same player he once was.

  36. Carolina Panthers: Amani Hooker, S/LB/CB, Iowa
The Panthers re-signed Eric Reid, but they could use another safety to help their poor secondary.

Amani Hooker is extremely versatile. In addition to safety, he can be used at cornerback and linebacker as well.

Pick change; previously Marvell Tell, S

  37. New England Patriots: Will Harris, S, Boston College
Here’s a potential replacement for one of the McCourty brothers, as New England needs some young defensive backs.

Pick change; previously David Long, CB

  38. Baltimore Ravens: Deionte Thompson, S, Alabama
The Ravens could go after a young safety despite signing Earl Thomas.

Deionte Thompson has a great blend of size (6-2, 196), speed and athleticism. However, he struggled mightily in the second half of the 2018 season, causing his stock to drop.
