  1. Arizona Cardinals: Trayveon Williams, RB, Texas A&M
There’s been some talk that the Cardinals could trade David Johnson. If so, they’ll target a replacement in Rounds 2-4.

Trayveon Williams needs to continue to build strength, but he has explosive ability. He can also catch passes fairly well.

  2. San Francisco 49ers: Sean Bunting, CB, Central Michigan
Here’s another potential upgrade for San Francisco’s secondary, which was a huge liability in 2018. Sean Bunting is a lengthy cornerback (6-1, 181) with good ball skills, but he doesn’t have great athleticism.

Pick change; previously Blace Brown, CB

  3. New York Jets: Darryl Williams, C, Mississippi State
Sam Darnold needs tons of offensive help, which includes bolstering the blocking unit with multiple upgrades. They should take an interior blocker in the middle rounds.

  4. Oakland Raiders: Emanuel Hall, WR, Missouri
The Raiders could spent multiple picks on receivers in the opening half of the 2019 NFL Draft, as they sorely need talent at the position.

Emanuel Hall is a 6-1 receiver with tremendous speed. His hands and motivation are an issue, but he has first-round talent.

  5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jarrett Stidham, QB, Auburn
The Buccaneers are another team that will have to think about a new quarterback, as they’ll have to replace their crotch-grabbing interception machine soon.

Jarrett Stidham struggled early in his first year at Auburn, but improved as the season progressed. He eventually knocked off Alabama and Georgia. Stidham, however, struggled in 2018.

  6. New York Giants: DaMarkus Lodge, WR, Ole Miss
Sterling Shepard has been a disappointment, while Odell Beckham could be traded. The Giants will need to find a new receiver.

DaMarkus Lodge has good run-after-catch skills.

  7. Jacksonville Jaguars: Mike Weber, RB, Ohio State
There’s some tension between the front office and Leonard Fournette, so it’ll be interesting if anything transpires as a result of this.

Mike Weber split the workload at Ohio State, but he could still be a second-day pick. Weber is a power runner with some quickness.

  8. Cincinnati Bengals: Isaiah Prince, OT, Ohio State
The Bengals made some nice upgrades to their offensive line last offseason, but they’ll need to continue to add to their blocking.

Isaiah Prince has done well at right tackle thus far. He’s dealt with injuries, but could be a second-day pick.

  9. Detroit Lions: C.J. Conrad, TE, Kentucky
The Lions didn’t get the most out of Eric Ebron, but perhaps their next tight end will live up to expectations.

C.J. Conrad is a nice route runner with good hands.

  10. Buffalo Bills: Caleb Wilson, TE, UCLA
Josh Allen needs all the help he can get. Buffalo must find two new receivers and a better tight end.

Serving as Josh Rosen’s favorite target, Caleb Wilson is a talented route-runner who was very productive last season. He needs to improve his blocking.

  11. Baltimore Ravens: Gary Jennings, WR, West Virginia
Given how weak Baltimore’s receiving corps will be if the veterans leave via free agency, the front office may spend multiple picks on the position.

Pick change; previously Terry Beckner, DE/DT

  12. Green Bay Packers: Devin Studstill, S, Notre Dame
The Packers should go after a safety after trading away Ha Ha Clinton-Dix.

  13. Carolina Panthers: Kendall Sheffield, CB, Ohio State
The Panthers must continue to address their secondary, which was far and away the weakness of their defense. Kendall Sheffield is a talented cornerback, but needs to add more weight to his frame (5-11. 187).

  14. Miami Dolphins: Gerald Willis, DT, Miami
The Dolphins really missed Ndamukong Suh last year. They’ll have to obtain some help on the defensive interior.

Gerald Willis had a great senior season. He’s had off-the-field issues, so hopefully those are behind him. He’s the younger brother of Landon Collins.

Pick change; previously Miles Boykin, WR

  15. Atlanta Falcons: Anthony Nelson, DE/DT, Iowa
As discussed earlier, Adrian Clayborn was never replaced. Takk McKinley has mental health issues. Vic Beasley has regressed. The Falcons have major defensive line issues.

  16. Green Bay Packers: T.J. Edwards, LB, Wisconsin
The Packers should continue to add to their anemic defense. They could use some depth at linebacker.

  17. Cleveland Browns: Tytus Howard, OT, Alabama State
Greg Robinson played well at left tackle for the Browns at the end of the year, but they’ll need to bring in someone to challenge him, given his dubious history.

  18. Minnesota Vikings: David Long, CB, Michigan
The Vikings could stand to add some cornerback depth in the middle or late rounds of the 2019 NFL Draft.

  19. Tennessee Titans: Beau Benzschawel, G, Wisconsin
The Titans need to protect Marcus Mariota, who took 11 sacks in one game.

Beau Benzschawel was told to return to school by draft advisory committee a year ago, but he has a chance to sneak into Day 2.

  20. Pittsburgh Steelers: B.J. Autry, G, Jacksonville State
Ramon Foster will be a 33-year-old free agent this spring, so the Steelers will have to think about finding a replacement.

  21. Baltimore Ravens: Ryan Connelly, LB, Wisconsin
The Ravens could use some linebacker depth, especially if they can’t re-sign C.J. Mosley for the long term.

  22. Seattle Seahawks: Charles Omenihu, DE, Texas
The Seahawks had the Legion of Boom a few years ago, but they also possessed a talented defensive front capable of putting pressure on opposing quarterbacks. They need to improve their average pass rush.

Charles Omenihu didn’t perform up to his ability at Texas, but he has loads of potential.

  23. Denver Broncos: Antoine Wesley, WR, Texas Tech
Emmanuel Sanders may not be ready for the 2019 season, and it doesn’t sound like he’ll be in Denver much longer. The Broncos will need another receiver to go along with Courtland Sutton and DaeSean Hamilton.

Antoine Wesley was very productive at Texas Tech and has great size (6-5, 200), but his route running isn’t very good.

Pick change; previously Zach Gentry, TE

  24. Chicago Bears: Josh Oliver, TE, San Jose State
Trey Burton has been a big disappointment, so the Bears might bring in a cheaper option to challenge him.

  25. Philadelphia Eagles: Demarcus Christmas, DT, Florida State
Doug Pederson loves bolstering the trenches, so I could see the Eagles targeting a defensive tackle in the first half of the 2019 NFL Draft.

Demarcus Christmas has good quickness at the point of attack and plus length.

  26. Dallas Cowboys: Dennis Daley, OT, South Carolina
The Cowboys’ decline to the offensive line has hurt their offense over the past couple of years. They need to improve their blocking.

  27. Indianapolis Colts: Wes Hills, RB, Slippery Rock
Marlon Mack played very well to close out the year, but the Colts could still consider using a mid-round pick on a running back.

Wes Hills has a nice combination of size (6-2, 218) and speed. Level of competition is a concern, however.

  28. Los Angeles Chargers: Nate Davis, OT, Charlotte
The Chargers could stand to add some competition at right tackle.

  29. Buffalo Bills: Max Scharping, G/OT, Northern Illinois
Here’s another offensive line upgrade for the Bills, as they really need to improve their blocking.

Max Scharping has played right tackle at Northern Illinois, but NFL teams are projecting him inside to guard.

  30. New York Giants: Jaquan Johnson, S, Miami
Landon Collins is an impending free agent. Even if he’s re-signed to a long-term deal, the Giants may want to bring in another safety.

  31. Los Angeles Rams: Corey Ballentine, CB, Washburn
The Rams need to add some young blood to their cornerback group, as Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters won’t be around for very long.

Scouts are intrigued by Corey Ballentine, who has obvious competition issues. He also needs to add some weight to his frame.

  32. New England Patriots: Terry McLaurin, WR, Ohio State
I could see the Patriots doubling up on receivers, given their dire need at the position.

Terry McLaurin had a terrific Senior Bowl and may have moved into fourth-, or even third-round consideration.

  33. Indianapolis Colts: Will Harris, S, Boston College
There is speculation that the Colts will go after Landon Collins this offseason. If they don’t get him, they could pursue a safety like this.

  34. Dallas Cowboys: Miles Boykin, WR, Notre Dame
Despite trading for Amari Cooper, the Cowboys could still use another receiver.

Miles Boykin is a big receiver who will be able to be a mismatch weapon in the NFL.

  35. Atlanta Falcons: Oli Udoh, OT/G, Elon
The Falcons will need to add at least two offensive line upgrades this offseason, as their blocking took a hit last year.

Oisaemeka Udoh is a massive (6-5, 336), strong blocker whose heavy hands will make it difficult for defensive linemen to shed blocks. He must improve his pass protection.

  36. Philadelphia Eagles: Alex Bars, G/OT, Notre Dame
The Eagles could use some help on the offensive line, especially in the wake of Brandon Brooks’ injury.

Alex Bars has experience at both guard and tackle. NFL scouts believe he’ll have to play guard.
