Arizona Cardinals: Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State
The Cardinals must add to their pass protection. Josh Rosen was horrible last year, but he also had no help from his anemic offensive line.

Andre Dillard is a love-hate prospect. Some teams think he’s a Round 3-4 prospect, but others believe he could go late in the first frame.

Indianapolis Colts: Julian Love, CB, Notre Dame
The Colts have a great run defense, but they struggled to stop the pass in 2018. They need an upgrade at cornerback.

Julian Love is only 5-10, but he has great instincts and ball skills.

Pick change; previously Jamel Dean, CB
Oakland Raiders: Damien Harris, RB, Alabama
The Raiders don’t have much of a running game, so I imagine that they’ll want to change that with one of their first four picks.

Damien Harris is a well-rounded running back. One source Charlie Campbell spoke to said Harris reminds him of Doug Martin.

San Francisco 49ers: Jamel Dean, CB, Auburn
The 49ers have an atrocious secondary that they desperately need to address, given that they have to go up against Russell Wilson and Jared Goff twice per year.

Jamel Dean has great size (6-2, 208) and tremendous potential.

Pick change; previously Amani Oruwaryie, CB
New York Jets: Parris Campbell, WR, Ohio State
This is actually the Giants’ pick, but the Jets acquired it via the trade I proposed in the first round.

The Jets can continue to build around Sam Darnold. The only viable starting receiver they have is Robby Anderson, so that must change.

Parris Campbell has big-play ability, but didn’t live up to it statistically in the past because of some poor passing. That has changed recently, as Campbell dominated Michigan in the regular-season finale. There’s a decent chance he’s the first receiver drafted.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Irv Smith Jr., TE, Alabama
The Jaguars need to give their new franchise quarterback a No. 1 receiver to throw to, as they currently don’t have any potent downfield threats. They also lack a viable tight end in the wake of the Austin Seferian-Jenkins bust signing.

Irv Smith Jr. is a dangerous threat after the catch, and he has good route-running skills and nice hands.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, S, Florida
Buccaneer fans really wanted Derwin James in the 2018 NFL Draft. It turns out that they knew more about the draft than the team’s own general manager, which is sad. Perhaps Tampa can finally find an upgrade at safety at this juncture.

Chauncey Garnder-Johnson played nickel for the Gators last year, but has taken on a larger role. He’s a great athlete and possesses terrific upside as a dynamic safety.

Buffalo Bills: Marquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma
Kelvin Benjamin is finally gone, so the Bills need to focus on finding a No. 1 receiver for Josh Allen.

Marquise Brown is a small receiver (5-11, 162), but he can bolt for the end zone any time he gets his hands on the ball.
Denver Broncos: Chris Lindstrom, G, Boston College
The Broncos must strengthen the interior of their offensive line, which was a major weakness last year when Ronald Leary got hurt again.

Chris Lindstrom is solid in all aspects and has more athleticism than most think.

Pick change; previously Parris Campbell, WR

Cincinnati Bengals: Noah Fant, TE, Iowa
The Bengals need a new tight end, as Tyler Eifert can’t be counted on to remain healty.

Noah Fant is an athletic marvel, notching a 41-inch vertical in spring testing. He needs to improve his blocking, but his receiving ability should allow him to be a first- or second-round pick.
Detroit Lions: Amani Oruwariye, CB, Penn State
The Lions have just one viable starting cornerback in Darius Slay. This is a major problem, given that they have to go up against Aaron Rodgers and now Kirk Cousins twice per year.

Amani Oruwariye is a big cornerback (6-1, 203) who possesses some quickness. Long speed is a question mark, but if he shows well at the combine, he could be a first-round pick.

Pick change; previously Brian Burns, DE/OLB

Green Bay Packers: Michael Jordan, G/C, Ohio State
The Packers need to protect Aaron Rodgers, and the interior of their offensive line is a weakness that must be addressed this offseason.

Michael Jordan can play both center and guard, so his versatility will make him appealing on Draft Day.
Atlanta Falcons: Elgton Jenkins, C/G, Mississippi State
The Falcons desperately need offensive line help. They’re hurting the most at guard, and they’ll need a center for the future after Alex Mack moves on. Here’s a prospect who can play both positions.

Excellent as both a run blocker and a pass protector, Elgton Jenkins has the athleticism and talent to be chosen on Day 2.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Benny Snell Jr., RB, Kentucky
This is actually the Redskins’ pick, but the Buccaneers acquired it via the trade I proposed in the first round.

The Buccaneers didn’t have any sort of running game last year. They’ll need to change that in order for Jameis Winston to avoid throwing lots of interceptions.

Benny Snell Jr. is a tough runner who could sneak into the first round, but will probably be chosen in the 35-50 range.
Carolina Panthers: Erik McCoy, C/G, Texas A&M
Ryan Kalil said he’s going to retire after this season, so here’s a replacement for him.

Erik McCoy is an athletic center who is having a great year. He should be selected at some point on Day 2.

Miami Dolphins: Devin Singletary, RB, Florida Atlantic
The Dolphins have a new regime in place, so it’s likely that they’ll want to select their own running back rather than staying with Kenyan Drake, Frank Gore and Kalen Ballage.

Devin Singletary doesn’t have great long speed, but he possesses terrific patience and can break through plenty of tackles.
Cleveland Browns: N’Keal Harry, WR, Arizona State
It was apparent in the loss to the Chargers that Baker Mayfield has no wide receivers to throw to besides Jarvis Landry. That must change starting this offseason.

A 6-3 wide receiver with good speed, N’Keal Harry has the potential to become a first-round prospect. However, there are questions about his explosiveness, as sources Charlie Campbell spoke to compared him to Laquon Treadwell or Devin Funchess.
Minnesota Vikings: Germaine Pratt, LB, N.C. State
The Vikings have some great defensive players, but they have a major weakness, which is their inability to cover in space. Their linebacking corps needs an injection of talent.

Germaine Pratt has good vision for a linebacker and can defend the run well. He’s a former safety.
Tennessee Titans: Brian Burns, DE/OLB, Florida State
Derrick Morgan and Brian Orakpo are 33- and 32-year-old free agents, respectively. Even if the Titans retain one of them, they’ll still need some young blood at edge rusher to join Harold Landry.

Brian Burns needs to bulk up quite a bit, as he played at 220 pounds as a freshman, but he has a long frame, so he has the potential to fill out. Some mock drafts had Burns as a top-10 pick, but sources Charlie Campbell has spoken to believe Burns is a second-round prospect. Read more in the NFL Hot Press.

Pittsburgh Steelers: D’Andre Walker, LB, Georgia
The Steelers didn’t replace Ryan Shazier last offseason. I have to imagine that they’ll finally do so this spring.

D’Andre Walker is a good run defender who is decent in coverage. He was all over the place in the SEC Championship.
Philadelphia Eagles: Justice Hill, RB, Oklahoma State
The Eagles were going to consider Sony Michel last April before the Patriots took him one pick earlier. With Jay Ajayi hitting free agency, Philadelphia will likely target a running back on Day 2.

Scouts like Justice Hill’s speed and acceleration to the second level.

Houston Texans: Dalton Risner, OT/C, Kansas State
The Texans would be crazy if they passed on an opportunity to upgrade their atrocious offensive line. They’ve gotten Deshaun Watson so banged up that he wasn’t able to fly on an airplane at one stage in 2018.

Dalton Risner had problems with speed rushers on the edge, but improved his play in 2018. Some have seventh-round grades on him, while others believe he’ll be selected on Day 2.
Houston Texans: Chase Winovich, DE/OLB, Michigan
Whitney Mercilus struggled last year, while Jadeveon Clowney could leave via free agency next spring. The Texans may want to add another edge rusher.

Chase Winovich has incredible speed off the edge and never quits. He dominated Notre Dame in the 2018 opener.
New England Patriots: Jeffery Simmons, DE/DT, Mississippi State
Jeffery Simmons has been slotted in the top 15 of my mock drafts, but he tore his ACL in a pre-draft workout this week. With this injury, as well as his off-the-field problems, Simmons could now fall into the second round. I’m sure Bill Belichick would recognize the great value with Simmons at this juncture.

Philadelphia Eagles: Kelvin Harmon, WR, N.C. State
The Eagles traded for Golden Tate, but he didn’t mesh well with Carson Wentz, so they could let him go to recoup a compensatory pick of sorts. If so, here’s a new receiver for Wentz to work with next year.

Kelvin Harmon is a good route-runner who has made some clutch catches. He could be a No. 2 possession receiver in the pros.
Dallas Cowboys: Juan Thornhill, S, Virginia
The Cowboys have a great defense, but their secondary is a weakness outside of Byron Jones. They’ve been trying to trade for Earl Thomas, so if they can’t get a deal done, here’s the safety upgrade they need.

Juan Thornhill is a sound tackler and covers very well.
Indianapolis Colts: Deebo Samuel, WR, South Carolina
The Colts had 19 drops in a span of three games when T.Y. Hilton was out of the lineup. They really need a second option at receiver.
Los Angeles Chargers: Ryan Finley, QB, N.C. State
There was talk last April that the Chargers would use a second-round pick on a quarterback to ultimately succeed Philip Rivers. Perhaps those reports were off by a year.

Ryan Finley had a solid performance at the Senior Bowl. He projects as an Alex Smith-type quarterback with slightly less mobility.
Kansas City Chiefs: Nasir Adderley, S, Delaware
The Chiefs tried to trade for Earl Thomas, but couldn’t get the deal done before he got hurt. Here’s a new safety if they can’t sign Thomas next offseason. Charlie Campbell highlighted Nasir Adderley in a recent draft stock report. It seems as though Adderley could be chosen in the second round.

New Orleans Saints: Riley Ridley, WR, Georgia
The Saints signed Dez Bryant and Brandon Marshall, hoping to find an upgrade across from Michael Thomas. Here’s a possible solution.

Riley Ridley possesses a tremendous amount of potential, but is a raw product who should’ve returned to school.
Kansas City Chiefs: Vosean Joseph, LB, Florida
The Chiefs need to fix the middle of their defense, as they have one of the worst linebacking corps in the NFL.

Vosean Joseph is a very instinctive and fast linebacker.
New England Patriots: Clayton Thorson, QB, Northwestern
The Patriots have traded all of their potential successors for Tom Brady, so they’ll need to find a new one.

Clayton Thorson is an underrated prospect because of his dreadful supporting cast. He has plus mechanics, and he can make any pass, fitting throws into tight windows. He has a nice arm, and he’s also smart and athletic. He could be a second-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
