  1. San Francisco 49ers: Chris Lindstrom, G, Boston College
The 49ers must add multiple upgrades to the interior of their offensive line, which really struggled to protect Jimmy Garoppolo when he was healthy.

Chris Lindstrom is solid in all aspects and has more athleticism than meets the eye.

Pick change; previously Beau Benzschawel, G

  2. Arizona Cardinals: Kendall Sheffield, CB, Ohio State
The Cardinals have needed a strong No. 2 cornerback across from Patrick Peterson for several years. Perhaps they’ll finally find one this upcoming offseason.

Kendall Sheffield is a talented cornerback, but needs to add more weight to his frame (5-11. 187).

Pick change; previously Joe Jackson, DE

  3. Atlanta Falcons: Beau Benzschawel, G, Wisconsin
The Falcons have a weakness up front at left guard because Andy Levitre was lost for the year with a torn tricep. Levitre should be healthy heading into 2019, but he’ll be a 33-year-old free agent this March.

Beau Benzschawel was told to return to school by draft advisory committee, but he has a chance to sneak into second round with a strong senior campaign.

Pick change; previously Chris Lindstrom, G

  4. Oakland Raiders: Carl Granderson, DE, Wyoming
The Raiders would be foolish to walk away from the 2019 offseason without adding multiple upgrades on the edge.

Carl Granderson has impressed scouts, and they believe he has great potential because of his frame.

Pick change; previously Jaylon Ferguson, DE

  5. Indianapolis Colts: Jachai Polite, DE, Florida
The Colts can continue to bolster their defensive line, as they don’t really have a consistent edge rush.

Jachai Polite has a ton of upside. He didn’t do much in 2016, but he has a couple of sacks through half the season. He’s been having a strong 2018 campaign, including the LSU victory where he drew lots of double teams.

  6. Philadelphia Eagles: Devin Bush, LB, Michigan
The Eagles lost Mychal Kendricks this offseason, so they happen to be pretty thin at linebacker, especially given Jordan Hicks’ injury history.

Pick change; previously T.J. Edwards, LB

  7. New York Jets: Brian Burns, DE/OLB, Florida State
The Jets are another team that must add multiple edge rushers, as it’s a huge weakness for their defense.

Brian Burns needs to bulk up quite a bit, as he played at 220 pounds as a freshman, but he has a long frame, so he has the potential to fill out. He had 9.5 sacks as a freshman.

  8. Seattle Seahawks: Gerald Willis, DT, Miami
The Seahawks need offensive line help, but they also must address their defensive front after they lost so many players this past offseason.

Gerald Willis is having a great senior season. He’s had off-the-field issues, so hopefully those are behind him. He’s the younger brother of Landon Collins.

Pick change; previously Derwin Gray, G/OT

  9. Buffalo Bills: L.J. Scott, RB, Michigan State
There’s no telling what’ll happen with LeSean McCoy legally. McCoy’s age is also becoming a factor, as he’ll turn 31 in July.

L.J. Scott is a power back with underrated speed.

  10. New England Patriots: Lil’Jordan Humphrey, WR, Texas
The Patriots are sorely lacking offensive play-makers, even in the wake of the Josh Gordon trade. They’ll need to fix that next offseason.

Lil’Jordan Humphrey is a big, fast receiver who would be slotted higher in this mock draft if he didn’t have multiple off-the-field issues.

Pick change; previously Cameron Smith, LB

  11. Denver Broncos: Bobby Evans, OT, Oklahoma
The Broncos don’t block well on the edge, so they’ll need to consider adding an offensive lineman early in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Bobby Evans has the athleticism and quickness to play left tackle in the NFL.

Pick change; previously Devin Bush, LB

  12. Dallas Cowboys: Taylor Rapp, S, Washington
The Cowboys were in discussions for acquiring Earl Thomas. Perhaps they’ll be able to sign him, but if not, here’s a potential upgrade at safety.

Taylor Rapp was part of Washington’s terrific secondary last year, recording four interceptions as a mere freshman.

  13. Houston Texans: Oshane Ximines, DE/OLB, Old Dominion
We saw last year that the Texans have very little depth at edge rusher, so this is something they’ll need to address.

Oshane Ximines has been a very productive edge rusher for Old Dominion. Level of competition is an issue, but he can dispel that with a strong showing in the pre-draft all-star games.

Pick change; previously Carl Granderson, DE

  14. Cleveland Browns: Marcus Norman, OT, South Florida
It’s a shame Joe Thomas retired just as soon as the Browns found a franchise quarterback. They’ll need a better blind-side protector to shield Baker Mayfield.

Marcus Norman is having a great 2018 season, as scouts have been impressed with his length and athleticism.

  15. Pittsburgh Steelers: Justice Hill, RB, Oklahoma State
Le’Veon Bell’s days in Pittsburgh are numbered. James Conner has been solid, but the Steelers may want to add another runner to pair with him.

Scouts like Justice Hill’s speed and acceleration to the second level.

  16. Green Bay Packers: Derwin Gray, G/OT, Maryland
The Packers could stand to improve their interior protection in an attempt to keep Aaron Rodgers healthy for once.

Derwin Gray has played left tackle at Maryland, but NFL scouts believe he’ll have to move to guard.

Pick change; previously Dru Samia, G/OT

  17. Minnesota Vikings: Jaylon Ferguson, DE, Louisiana Tech
Everson Griffen is unfortunately mentally ill, and his football future is very uncertain at the moment. The Vikings may want to add another edge rusher as insurance.

Pick change; previously Corbin Kaufusi, DE

  18. Jacksonville Jaguars: Juwan Johnson, WR, Penn State
Keelan Cole, Dede Westbrook and Marqise Lee are all nice receivers, but none are No. 1 options. The Jaguars could be searching for one soon, and they had success with another Penn State wideout recently.

  19. Miami Dolphins: Bennie Snell Jr., RB, Kentucky
The Dolphins don’t seem to trust Kenyan Drake, so they may want to spend an early pick on a running back.

Bennie Snell Jr. averaged nearly six yards per carry in 2016, and now he’s the feature back with Boom Williams gone. He’s a tough runner who could sneak into the first round.

  20. Washington Redskins: Erik McCoy, C, Texas A&M
The Redskins have great tackles, but they need to upgrade the interior, including center.

Erik McCoy needs to get stronger, but he’s athletic and should fit in well into a zone-blocking scheme.

Pick change; previously Oshane Ximines, DE/OLB

  21. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Parris Campbell, WR, Ohio State
Another receiver seems like he last thing the Buccaneers need, but DeSean Jackson won’t be around much longer, so he’ll need to be replaced.

Parris Campbell has big-play ability, but didn’t live up to it statistically in the past because of some poor passing.

Pick change; previously Bobby Evans, OT

  22. Tennessee Titans: Marvell Tell, S, USC
Johnathan Cyprien hasn’t been able to stay healthy, while Kenny Vaccaro is just a short-term rental. Here’s a new safety for the Titans.

  23. Cleveland Browns: Bryan Edwards, WR, South Carolina
I imagine the Browns will want to add another receiver after parting ways with Josh Gordon and Corey Coleman this season.

Bryan Edwards caught 44 balls for 590 yards as a freshman at South Carolina. He has a nice frame (6-3, 212) and could be chosen in the opening round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

  24. Los Angeles Chargers: Anfernee Jennings, LB, Alabama
The Chargers must improve their linebacking corps, as they’ve gotten killed by tight ends and pass-catching running backs this year.

Anfernee Jennings is having a disappointing season, leaving scouts wondering if he’s playing through an injury.

Pick change; previously Erik McCoy, C

  25. Baltimore Ravens: David Sills, WR, West Virginia
The Ravens improved their receiving corps this year, but Michael Crabtree is just a temporary solution.

David Sills has great size at 6-4, 203, and his hands are a positive attribute as well.

Pick change; previously Lil’ Jordan Humphrey, WR

  26. Chicago Bears: Kaleb McGary, OT, Washington
This is Chicago’s first pick of the 2019 NFL Draft, so they better make it count! Right tackle Bobby Massie is heading for free agency next March, so a replacement will be needed.

Kaleb McGary’s run blocking is ahead of his pass protection.

  27. Carolina Panthers: Devin Studstill, S, Notre Dame
Here’s more secondary help for the Panthers. They signed Eric Reid, but he may just be a temporary solution.

Devin Studstill was productive as freshman for Notre Dame, recording 38 tackles.

  28. New York Jets: David Montgomery, RB, Iowa State
Isaiah Crowell and Bilal Powell aren’t the long-term answers at running back, so the Jets may want to give Sam Darnold another weapon in the backfield.

  29. Cincinnati Bengals: T.J. Edwards, LB, Wisconsin
The Bengals have had issues defending the middle of the field whenever Vontaze Burfict has been missing. They may want to add another linebacker.

Pick change; previously T.J. Edwards, LB

  30. Los Angeles Rams: Germaine Pratt, LB, N.C. State
The Rams are weak at linebacker, so this is an area they’ll have to target next offseason.

Germaine Pratt has good vision for a linebacker and can defend the run well, but he needs to improve his coverage skills.

Pick change; previously T.J. Edwards, LB

  31. Kansas City Chiefs: Lukas Denis, S, Boston College
The Chiefs tried to trade for Earl Thomas, but couldn’t get the deal done before he got hurt. Here’s a new safety if they can’t sign Thomas next offseason.

Lukas Denis is talented, but needs to gain weight and get stronger.

Pick change; previously Cameron Smith, LB
