  1. Cleveland Browns: DaeSean Hamilton, WR, Penn State
The Browns have gotten Josh Gordon back from his long suspension, but can they really trust him? They’ll likely have to use one of their many early picks on a receiver.

Pick change; previously Christian Kirk, WR

  2. New York Giants: Brandon Parker, OT, North Carolina A&T
The Giants obviously need to do something about their poor offensive line. They’ve suffered countless injuries this year, but they still wouldn’t be very competitve if everyone were healthy because of their poor blocking.

Pick change; previously Martinas Rankin, OT

  3. Indianapolis Colts: D.J. Moore, WR, Maryland
It’s unclear if Andrew Luck will be able to play in 2018. If so, he’ll have just one viable receiver to throw to in T.Y. Hilton. A second wideout is needed.

Pick change; previously Christian Campbell, WR

  4. Houston Texans: Duke Dawson, CB, Florida
The Texans lost several free agents, including some defensive backs, last offseason. They’ll need to rebuild their secondary.

Pick change; previously J.C. Jackson, CB

  5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jeff Holland, DE/OLB, Auburn
The Buccaneers need to add another edge rusher to the defense, as they accumulated just 22 sacks in 2017 (compared to their opponents’ 40.)

Pick change; previously Rashaad Penny, RB

  6. San Francisco 49ers: Jesse Bates, S, Wake Forest
Eric Reid is an impending free agent, so the 49ers may have to find a replacement early in the 2018 NFL Draft.

  7. Denver Broncos: Jamarco Jones, OT, Ohio State
The Broncos had one of the worst situations at right tackle this past season. That’s a situation that absolutely needs to be fixed.

Pick change; previously D.J. Moore, WR

  8. New York Jets: Jaire Alexander, CB, Louisville
The Jets spent multiple early picks last year on safeties. They could do the same thing with their corners this April.

Pick change; previously Da’Shawn Hand, DE/DT

  9. Miami Dolphins: Chase Litton, QB, Marshall
There’s some speculation that the Dolphins could take a quarterback if one falls to them at No. 11 overall. If they don’t, they should at least consider a signal-caller on Day 2 in case Ryan Tannehill struggles.

Pick change; previously Keke Coutee, WR

  10. San Francisco 49ers: Anthony Averett, CB, Alabama
I could see the 49ers using two selections on cornerbacks in the first couple of days of the draft, given how bad their situation is concerning that position.

Pick change; previously Anthony Averett, CB

  11. Oakland Raiders: Justin Jones, DT, N.C. State
Defensive tackle will need to be addressed at some point if Justin Ellis departs via free agency.

Pick change; previously Tim Settle, NT

  12. Green Bay Packers: Connor Williams, OT, Texas
There’s some talk that the Packers could cut Bryan Bulaga this offseason, as he’s coming off his second knee surgery in five years. If so, here’s a potential replacement.

Connor Williams has taken a dive in recent mock draft updates as a result of Charlie’s report in the NFL Hot Press that teams have a mid-round grade on the Texas tackle

Pick change; previously Equanimeous St. Brown, WR

  13. Cincinnati Bengals: Mason Rudolph, QB, Oklahoma State
Marvin Lewis said he wanted to start from scratch. Does that mean finding a new quarterback early in the 2018 NFL Draft?

Pick change; previously Desmond Harrison, OT

  14. Kansas City Chiefs: Dorance Armstrong, DE/OLB, Kansas
Tamba Hali is as good as gone, so the Chiefs need to find another potent edge rusher to start across from Justin Houston.

Pick change; previously Jerome Baker, LB

  15. Arizona Cardinals: Kyle Lauletta, QB, Richmond
Even if the Cardinals sign A.J. McCarron or Case Keenum, they’ll need to obtain a young signal-caller for the future in the 2018 NFL Draft. Kyle Lauletta was the MVP of the Senior Bowl and could be in third-round consideration.

Pick change; previously Jamarco Jones, OT

  16. Houston Texans: DeShon Elliott, S, Texas
It shouldn’t surprise anyone if the Texans double up on the secondary, given their issues against aerial attacks this past season.

  17. Dallas Cowboys: Antonio Callaway, WR, Florida
The Cowboys could use another threat in the receiving corps, and they’ve shown that they’re willing to take chances on troubled players. Antonio Callaway has some major off-the-field issues, but some team could give him a shot on Day 2.

  18. Detroit Lions: Da’Shawn Hand, DE/DT, Alabama
The Lions really need to focus on bolstering their pass rush, and they could use an interior presence to go along with A’Shawn Robinson.

Pick change; previously Jamarcus King, CB

  19. Baltimore Ravens: Kalen Ballage, RB, Arizona State
Alex Collins isn’t a bad running back, but he’s nothing special. The Ravens need a new lead back.

Pick change; previously Dalton Schultz, TE

  20. Los Angeles Chargers: Mike White, QB, Western Kentucky
The Chargers have to find a successor for Philip Rivers, who may not be around much longer.

Pick change; previously Kyle Lauletta, QB

  21. Carolina Panthers: Auden Tate, WR, Florida State
The Panthers could use another receiver to go along with Devin Funchess and Curtis Samuel, as Cam Newton’s downfield options are pretty limited.

  22. Kansas City Chiefs: Rasheem Green, DE/DT, USC
The Chiefs could stand to improve most areas of their defense. Here, they can continue to bolster the interior of their stop unit.

  23. Los Angeles Rams: Sean Welsh, G/C, Iowa
The Rams have a great offensive line, but their one weakness is at right guard, which is a position they can address at this juncture.

  24. Carolina Panthers: Justin Reid, S, Stanford
The Panthers just cut Kurt Coleman. While this wasn’t completely unexpected, it basically forces the Panthers to use a significant resource on a replacement.

Pick change; previously Brett Toth, OT

  25. Tennessee Titans: Akrum Wadley, RB, Iowa
DeMarco Murray likely won’t be on Tennessee’s roster this upcoming season, so the team will need to find a new pass-catching running back to pair with Derrick Henry.

Pick change; previously Frank Ragnow, C

  26. Atlanta Falcons: Trey Quinn, WR, SMU
Matt Ryan has limited downfield options outside of Julio Jones. Atlanta’s offense basically shuts down whenever Jones is injured, so adding another receiver would help.

  27. New Orleans Saints: Simmie Cobbs Jr., WR, Indiana
The Saints won’t have Ted Ginn Jr. around much longer, while Willie Snead was a huge disappointment this past season. Here’s another receiver to go with Michael Thomas.

  28. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jordan Whitehead, S, Pittsburgh
Excluding linebacker, in the wake of Ryan Shazier’s injury, safety is the top need for the Steelers, so that has to be addressed early.

Pick change; previously Akrum Wadley, RB

  29. Jacksonville Jaguars: Mike Gesicki, TE, Penn State
The Jaguars could use a new tight end, as they don’t have anything at the position in the wake of the Julius Thomas trade.

  30. Minnesota Vikings: Deontay Burnett, WR, USC
It sounds as though the Vikings are willing to give up on Laquon Treadwell, meaning they could be looking for another receiver in the middle of the 2018 NFL Draft.

  31. New England Patriots: Jerome Baker, LB, Ohio State
The Patriots desperately need help at linebacker, as the injury-prone Dont’a Hightower is their only viable starter at the position.

Pick change; previously Chase Litton, QB

  32. Buffalo Bills: Christian Campbell, CB, Penn State
Vontae Davis was a nice signing, but he’s just a temporary solution across from Tre’Davious White. Here’s someone for the long term.

Pick change; previously Mike White, QB

  33. Arizona Cardinals: Kameron Kelly, CB, San Diego State
The Cardinals have needed a strong No. 2 cornerback across from Patrick Peterson for the past several seasons, so here’s a potential solution.

Pick change; previously Korey Robertson, WR

  34. Houston Texans: Greg Senat, OT, Wagner
The Texans must upgrade their poor offensive line to keep Deshaun Watson from getting injured again.

  35. Denver Broncos: Keke Coutee, WR, Texas Tech
It appears as though the Broncos are going to keep Demaryius Thomas for one more season, but he doesn’t appear to have much time remaining in Denver.

Pick change; previously Mark Walton, RB

  36. Cincinnati Bengals: Jaylen Samuels, TE, N.C. State
The Bengals should give Andy Dalton more weapons, and they can’t count on Tyler Eifert ever playing extensive action again.
