  1. Cleveland Browns: Marcell Frazier, DE, Missouri
A team can never have too many edge rushers, and considering that the Browns have tons of picks, they’re likely to take one if the value calls for it.

Pick change; previously Anthony Miller, WR

  2. New York Giants: Uchenna Nwosu, DE/OLB, USC
It doesn’t seem as though Olivier Vernon will be with the Giants for much longer. Here’s a potential starter for 2019 and beyond.

Pick change; previously Will Clapp, C/G

  3. Houston Texans: Dalton Schultz, TE, Stanford
The Texans have been searching for a consistent threat at tight end since Owen Daniels departed. Perhaps this is the solution.

Pick change; previously Jeff Holland, DE/OLB

  4. Indianapolis Colts: Royce Freeman, RB, Oregon
Jim Irsay hinted that his team would use an early-round selection on a running back. Saquon Barkley would be ideal at No. 3 overall, but he’s not available in this version of my mock draft.

Pick change; previously Connor Williams, OT

  5. Chicago Bears: Korey Robertson, WR, Southern Miss
Chicago’s receiving situation is pretty dire, so multiple upgrades can be used on this area.

Pick change; previously Skyler Phillips, G

  6. Denver Broncos: Jamarcus King, CB, South Carolina
Aqib Talib turns 32 this offseason and could be released, as Charlie Campbell first reported, so the Broncos could be interested in adding a cornerback in the early rounds.

Pick change; previously Tarvarus McFadden, CB

  7. New York Jets: Hercules Mata’afa, DE/OLB, Washington State
The Jets got a lot out of Kony Ealy, who was tremendous for them despite the Patriots cutting him during the preseason. However, Ealy is an impending free agent and may command a high price tag. If heads elsewhere, the Jets will need another new edge rusher.

Pick change; previously Ogbonnia Okoronkwo, DE/OLB

  8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Will Clapp, C/G, LSU
The Buccaneers would love to land Quenton Nelson at No. 7 overall, but he probably won’t be available. Here’s an alternative solution.

Pick change; previously Chad Thomas, DE

  9. Denver Broncos: Mark Walton, RB, Miami
It seems like everyone in Denver’s backfield has been a disappointment this season, so the Broncos may go after another running back.

Pick change; previously Chukwuma Okorafor, OT

  10. Oakland Raiders: Anthony Miller, WR, Memphis
There was some speculation that the Raiders would cut ties with Michael Crabtree. It doesn’t sound like that’ll happen now, but it could in the near future.

Pick change; previously D.J. Reed, CB

  11. Miami Dolphins: Malik Jefferson, LB, Texas
The Dolphins have one of the worst linebacking corps in the NFL, as they struggle to cover pass-catching running backs and tight ends. This is something they’ll have to address early, possibly even at No. 11 overall.

Pick change; previously Scott Quessenberry, G

  12. Cincinnati Bengals: Desmond Harrison, OT, West Georgia
Multiple upgrades on the offensive line are needed, as mentioned earlier. The situation is so bad at tackle that the Bengals could double up on the position early in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Austin Corbett, C

  13. Washington Redskins: Oren Burks, LB, Vanderbilt
Zach Brown has been a solid player for the Redskins, but he happens to be a free agent this offseason. He’ll need to be replaced if he departs.

  14. Green Bay Packers: Dane Cruikshank, CB, Arizona
It shouldn’t surprise anyone if the Packers use multiple selections on cornerbacks to finally fix their atrocious secondary.

Pick change; previously Lorenzo Carter, DE/OLB

  15. Chicago Bears: Danny Johnson, CB, Southern
I have the Bears selecting a cornerback in the first round, but they could double up on the position because it’s such a problem area for them.

Pick change; previously Deon Cain, WR

  16. Dallas Cowboys: Dante Pettis, WR, Washington
Another receiver makes sense for the Cowboys, who need to add multiple downfield play-makers for Dak Prescott.

  17. Detroit Lions: Ogbonnia Okoronkwo, DE/OLB, Oklahoma
Ziggy Ansah is Detroit’s best free agent. He’ll need to be replaced if he leaves via the open market. Another edge rusher wouldn’t hurt regardless.

Pick change; previously Hercules Mata’afa, DE/OLB

  18. Baltimore Ravens: Tony Brown, CB, Alabama
Unless Brandon Carr takes a big pay cut, I can’t see him being back next year. The Ravens could pursue another cornerback early in the draft if Carr leaves.

Pick change; previously Kalen Ballage, RB

  19. Los Angeles Chargers: Frank Ragnow, C, Arkansas
The Chargers need to make multiple upgrades on the offensive line, and one happens to be at center, where they had poor play in 2017.

Pick change; previously Jordan Whitehead, S

  20. Seattle Seahawks: Kevin Toliver, CB, LSU
It’s been pretty clear this season – even before the Richard Sherman injury – that the Seahawks need to find some help at cornerback.

  21. Buffalo Bills: Luke Falk, QB, Washington State
In this scenario, I have the Bills adding a quarterback in free agency (or via a trade for Nick Foles). If that happens, they’ll likely take a young signal-caller sometime on Day 2 or early on Day 3.

Pick change; previously Malik Jefferson, LB

  22. Kansas City Chiefs: Adam Breneman, TE, UMass
We saw what happened to Kansas City’s offense when Travis Kelce got hurt. Andy Reid loves running two-tight end sets, so it makes sense to obtain a second talented player at the position.

  23. Cleveland Browns: Deon Cain, WR, Clemson
Another receiver makes sense, as the Browns can’t trust Josh Gordon. Corey Coleman, meanwhile, hasn’t been able to stay healthy.

Pick change; previously Marcell Frazier, DE

  24. Kansas City Chiefs: Tarvarus McFadden, CB, Florida State
The Chiefs acquired this selection in the Marcus Peters trade, so they might as well use it to find Peters’ replacement.

Pick change; previously James Hearns, DE/OLB (LAR)

  25. Tennessee Titans: Derrick Nnadi, NT, Florida State
Sylvester Williams has turned out to be a poor addition for the Titans, so they could decide that they need to find a new nose tackle.

  26. Atlanta Falcons: Chad Thomas, DE, Miami
The Falcons could lose Adrian Clayborn to free agency this spring. If so, they’ll be looking for a replacement in free agency or the first half of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Taron Johnson, CB

  27. New Orleans Saints: Tyquan Lewis, DE, Ohio State
The Saints could stand to add another edge rusher across from Cameron Jordan, as Alex Okafor is a free agent coming off a torn Achilles.

Pick change; previously Armani Watts, S

  28. San Francisco 49ers: Jayln Holmes, DE, Ohio State
A team can never have too many edge rushers, especially when its first-round edge rusher struggled as a rookie.

Pick change; previously Tyquan Lewis, DE

  29. Jacksonville Jaguars: Taron Johnson, CB, Weber State
The Jaguars might be losing Aaron Colvin to free agency, so they’ll have to find a new third cornerback to go along with Jalen Ramsey and A.J. Bouye.

Pick change; previously Mason Rudolph, QB

  30. Miami Dolphins: Scott Quessenberry, G, UCLA
Miami’s offensive line is an absolute mess. Laremy Tunsil has never adjusted to left tackle. Center Mike Pouncey needs hip surgery. And yet, both players have been much better than either of the two starting guards.

Pick change; previously Royce Freeman, RB

  31. Philadelphia Eagles: Nyheim Hines, RB, N.C. State
Cris Collinsworth pointed out that the one thing the Eagles are missing offensively is a Darren Sproles-type back, so Philadelphia could spend a mid-round selection on that sort of player if Sproles retires.

  32. Philadelphia Eagles: Dallas Goedert, TE, South Dakota State
Trey Burton is a free agent and could command a big price tag because of his potential. Brent Celek, meanwhile, is considering retirement. Here’s their replacement if they leave.

Pick change; previously Tony Brown, CB

  33. Green Bay Packers: Blace Brown, CB, Troy
As mentioned earlier this round, the Packers could use multiple picks on cornerbacks, given their dreadful situation at the position.

Pick change; previously Dane Cruikshank, CB

  34. Arizona Cardinals: Martez Carter, RB, Grambling
A poor man’s Tarik Cohen, Martez Carter would be an interesting weapon to add behind David Johnson.

  35. New York Giants: Austin Corbett, C, Nevada
Weston Richburg is an impending free agent, and the Giants can do better at center anyway.

Pick change; previously Jayln Holmes, DE

  36. New England Patriots: Daniel Jones, QB, Duke
Jimmy Garoppolo and Jacoby Brissett are both gone, so the Patriots need a new young quarterback to eventually replace Tom Brady.

Pick change; previously Kamrin Moore, CB

  37. Dallas Cowboys: Trayvon Henderson, S, Hawaii
The Cowboys need better safety play, and they’re interested in signing New Orleans’ Kenny Vaccaro. If they can’t get him, using a Round 2-4 pick on an upgrade makes sense.

Pick change; previously Micah Kiser, LB
