Last update: Friday, April 25, 2025.
This is a 2025 NFL Mock Re-Draft of Rounds 2 and 3 for Friday evening’s NFL Draft coverage. With all of the trades that will go down, I don’t expect to get many of these right (I nailed eight in my Re-Draft Rounds 2-3 in 2018), but it’s still fun to speculate where the top prospects will go on Day 2 of the 2025 NFL Draft.

65.
Arizona Cardinals: Kage Casey, OT, Boise State
If the Cardinals don’t end up with Francis Mauigoa, they could select a tackle like this atop Round 3.
Kage Casey played left tackle at Boise State. He could be a swing tackle in the pros.

66.
Buffalo Bills: Darrell Jackson Jr., DT, Florida State
The Bills had one of the worst run defenses in the NFL last year.
Darrell Jackson Jr. is a large nose tackle who has a bit of pass-rushing talent.
67.
Las Vegas Raiders: Chris Bell, WR, Louisville
The Raiders have such issues at receiver that they could draft two players at the position in the first three rounds.
Chris Bell is a big and tough receiver with good speed, but has durability and makeup concerns.
68.
Philadelphia Eagles: Sam Roush, TE, Stanford
The Eagles just re-signed Dallas Goedert, but for only one year. The Eagles will be looking to obtain a tight end for the long haul.
Sam Roush was a productive player and has good size for the pros.
69.
Tennessee Titans: Jalen Farmer, G, Kentucky
The Titans need offensive line help, so the Titans should continue to aid Cam Ward.
Jalen Farmer is a fierce blocker with long arms, and he also tested well athletically.
70.
Cleveland Browns: Oscar Delp, TE, Georgia
David Njoku is gone, so the Browns will be looking to pair another tight end with Harold Fannin.
Oscar Delp showed promise playing second fiddle to Brock Bowers.
71.
Washington Redskins: Javon Kilgore, CB/S, South Carolina
Washington’s secondary has been a disaster for far too long. The front office must take care of this problem.
Javon Kilgore is tall and thickly built. He picked off five passes this past season.
72.
Cincinnati Bengals: Avieon Terrell, CB, Clemson
The Bengals need help all over their defense, including cornerback.
The younger brother of A.J. Terrell, Avieon Terrell is a very instinctive cornerback who plays bigger than his 5-foot-11 size.
73.
New Orleans Saints: Keith Abney, CB, Arizona State
The Saints could use some help at cornerback to deal with all of Tampa Bay’s receivers.
Keith Abney is a small cornerback but projects to play very well in the slot.
74.
Cleveland Browns: Billy Schrauth, G, Notre Dame
The Browns found their left tackle. Now, they have to obtain an upgrade at guard.
Billy Schrauth is great in pas protection, but he has an extensive injury history.
75.
Miami Dolphins: A.J. Haulcy, S/CB, LSU
The Dolphins needed a safety before trading Minkah Fitzpatrick, so here’s an upgrade at the position.
A.J. Haulcy is a stiff defensive back, but really excels in zone coverage. He can play cornerback and safety.
76.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Antonio Williams, WR, Clemson
The Steelers thought they were getting Makai Lemon. They can finally get their receiver with this pick.
Antonio Williams has excellent play-making ability and quality route-running skills.
77.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Max Klare, TE, Ohio State
The Buccaneers re-signed Cade Otton, but they could draft a tight end during the first two days so they can run two-tight end formations.
Max Klare is an athletic tight end who was highly productive in school.
78.
Indianapolis Colts: Zachariah Branch, WR, Georgia
Michael Pittman Jr. was traded, so the Colts need to replace him.
Zachariah Branch has explosive speed, but not much size.
79.
Atlanta Falcons: Deion Burks, WR, Oklahoma
The Falcons don’t have anything at receiver beyond Drake London. That finally needs to change.
Deion Burks is small, but has terrific play-making ability.
80.
Baltimore Ravens: Jonah Coleman, RB, Washington
The Ravens need a long-term replacement for Derrick Henry.
Jonah Coleman is a quick running back with a short, strong build.
81.
Jacksonville Jaguars: Kamari Ramsey, S, USC
The Jaguars could stand to add another defensive back to stop the top quarterbacks in the AFC.
Kamari Ramsey has excellent coverage skills.
82.
Minnesota Vikings: De’Zhaun Stribling, WR, Ole Miss
The Vikings lost receiver depth this offseason, so they need to replace that to provide better depth behind Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison.
De’Zhaun Stribling is a big-framed receiver who is capable of making huge plays down the field.
83.
Carolina Panthers: Brenen Thompson, WR, Mississippi State
Xavier Legette has been a bust thus far, so the Panthers could obtain a receiver early in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Brenen Thompson is an undersized slot receiver, but was a constant dangerous threat for Mississippi State.
84.
Green Bay Packers: Emmett Johnson, RB, Nebraska
The Packers currently don’t have a viable backup behind Josh Jacobs, so they may address that in Rounds 2-4.
Emmett Johnson is a very agile running back with great vision. Pass protection is a concern, however.
85.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Josiah Trotter, ILB, Missouri
The Steelers had shoddy play from their linebackers last year, so an upgrade is needed.
The son of Jeremiah Trotter, Josiah Trotter is strong in run support, but struggles to cover.
86.
Los Angeles Chargers: Fernando Carmona, OT, Arkansas
Rashawn Slater is coming off a nasty injury, so here’s a new right tackle if he can’t return to the field.
Fernando Carmona is a tough run blocker with some upside in pass protection.
87.
Miami Dolphins: Justin Joly, TE, N.C. State
The Dolphins need some new additions to help them protect Malik Willis.
Justin Joly is a great athlete with outstanding hands, but he’s undersized and doesn’t block well.
88.
Jacksonville Jaguars: L.T. Overton, DE, Alabama
The Jaguars could stand to add another pass rusher to help defeat the elite teams in the conference.
L.T. Overton projects as a five-technique. He’s a tough defender with good quickness and athleticism.
89.
Chicago Bears: DeMonte Capehart, DT, Clemson
The Bears need to continue to bolster their defensive line, which was the weak point of their team in 2025.
DeMonte Capehart is a massive defensive tackle with upside.
90.
San Francisco 49ers: Markell Bell, OT, Miami
The 49ers re-signed Trent Williams, but they need to find an eventual replacement for him.
Markell Bell is a big tackle with long arms. He’s made big improvements every year, particularly in pass protection. He’s a little slow, however, and could have issues with speed rushers.
91.
Houston Texans: Keionte Scott, CB, Miami
The Texans have two great cornerbacks, but not much depth behind them.
Keionte Scott is very instinctive, but missed a lot of tackles in school.
92.
Dallas Cowboys: Skyler Bell, WR, Connecticut
The Cowboys will be interested in a receiver early on because George Pickens isn’t signed for the long term.
Skyler Bell is a speedy receiver, but is weak and needs to bulk up for the NFL.
93.
Los Angeles Rams: Jake Golday, LB, Cincinnati
The Rams have had issues at linebacker for several years, so they could spend a second-day pick to fix that issue.
Jake Golday has good size for a linebacker, but doesn’t have great instincts.
94.
Miami Dolphins: Joshua Josephs, DE, Tennessee
The Dolphins lost Jaelan Phillips, and yet they needed edge-rushing help before he was dealt to the Eagles.
Joshua Josephs has the potential to be a designated pass rusher in the pros.
95.
New England Patriots: Zakee Wheatley, S, Penn State
Kevin Byard is an older player, so he could regress at any moment. I could see the Patriots going after two safeties in this draft.
Zakee Wheatley is considered a sleeper safety prospect. He was stout against the run for Penn State.
96.
Seattle Seahawks: Davison Igbinosun, CB, Ohio State
The Seahawks have met with lots of cornerbacks because of the Tariq Woolen departure.
Davison Igbinosun has plus size and physicality, but sometimes he’s too physical.
97.
Minnesota Vikings: Garrett Nussmeier, QB, LSU
The Vikings signed Kyler Murray and then re-signed Carson Wentz. If they move on from J.J. McCarthy, they’ll need a new young quarterback.
Garrett Nussmeier has great arm talent, but pocket awareness is a question mark.
98.
Philadelphia Eagles: Jaishawn Barham, OLB, Michigan
The Eagles are always up for improving their pass rush, so they could find someone who can get to the quarterback in the middle rounds.
Jaishawn Barham was productive, but has some pass coverage issues.
99.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Carson Beck, QB, Miami
The Steelers need to find their quarterback of the future.
Carson Beck quarterbacked Miami to the national championship, but it felt like the Hurricanes won in spite of him sometimes.
100.
Jacksonville Jaguars: Kaleb Proctor, DT, SE Louisiana
The Jaguars are expected to use multiple picks on defensive linemen.
Kaleb Proctor is an undersized defensive tackle, but he’s very quick and was highly productive in school.
