These are my 2026 NFL Betting Futures. I've done well with futures over the past decade. My dollar count for win totals since 2014 is +$21,225. Here's what I'm planning on betting this year (results will be added to the regular-season winnings/losses on the NFL Picks page after the Super Bowl is over):

2026 NFL Betting Futures: Win Totals (+3.35 Units in 2025)
Buffalo Bills Over 11.5 & 12.5 Wins The Bills frequently go over their win total, and it's easy to see why. As long as Josh Allen is healthy, they'll be in a position to win 13-plus games.
BetMGM has a 10-percent general boost (4x).
Betting 1 Unit on Over 11.5 +165 to win 1.65 at BetMGM (locked in as of 7/15/26)

Cincinnati Bengals Over 11.5 Wins The Bengals are one of the most underrated teams in the NFL. Everyone knows about Joe Burrow and his receivers, and they're all healthy for once. However, the thing everyone is missing is that the defense should be much better this year. They added a lot of talent in the offseason, and while I don't expect the defense to be great, it's certainly not going to be a bottom-five unit in the NFL.
Given that the defense should improve, I think there's a really good chance the Bengals win the division, especially considering how soft their schedule is. Barring injury, they should easily win 12 or more games. So, I like the over 11.5.
You can bet over 11.5 at +200 on DraftKings, which is fine, but if you boost it by 20 percent on BetMGM, up to $200, you can get +240.

Detroit Lions Over 11.5 Wins One of our top bets last year was fading the Lions. With numerous coaching changes and departing offensive linemen, I thought they'd struggle. They also had a very difficult schedule.
That is much different this year. In fact, they have the easiest schedule in the NFL. They've also bolstered their offensive line. I expect that they will bounce back, and given how easy their schedule is, they should be able to win 12 games rather easily.
The best line for over 11.5 is +175 at DraftKings, which is fine, but BetMGM has a 20-percent boost, so you can get +186 there.

Green Bay Packers Under 7.5 & 8.5 Wins The Packers didn't win a single game without Micah Parsons last year. He'll be out for the first 4-6 weeks, and Rashan Gary is gone, too. The Packers also lost some offensive pieces and members of their coaching staff. I like them under.
BetMGM has a 10-percent general boost (4x).
FanDuel has a 50-percent boost on win totals, up to $25. We're going to use that on the Packers under 8.5.
