  1. Miami Dolphins: Collin Johnson, WR, Texas
The Dolphins will give DeVante Parker one more chance this season. If he disappoints again – a likely scenario – Miami will have to find a new receiver.

Collin Johnson has great upside and athleticism for someone with his frame (6-6, 212).

  2. Chicago Bears: Curtis Weaver, DE/OLB, Boise State
The Bears need some edge-rushing depth, especially considering that Leonard Floyd will be entering free agency soon.

Curtis Weaver had a ridiculous 11 sacks as a freshman. He’ll have to be an edge player in a 3-4 defense.

  3. Cincinnati Bengals: Solomon Kindley, G, Stanford
The Bengals saw Clint Boling retire unexpectedly, so they’ll need to find someone to replace him.

Solomon Kindley has some impressive movement skills for a large interior lineman.

  4. Indianapolis Colts: Kenny Willekes, DE, Michigan State
The Colts used a second-round pick on Ben Banogu, but could stand to obtain another edge rusher.

  5. Arizona Cardinals: Trey Smith, OT, Tennessee
The Cardinals signed Marcus Gilbert, but they still have severe offensive line woes that they must address.

Trey Smith would’ve been the No. 2 pick in this 2020 NFL Mock Draft if it weren’t for some serious injury concerns. Smith has gotten blood clots in his lungs, so I don’t know what that means for his playing status going forward. It’s a huge shame, as Smith is ridiculously talented.

  6. Baltimore Ravens: Tyler Biadasz, C, Wisconsin
The Ravens spent just one pick on an offensive lineman in the 2019 NFL Draft, which seems like a big mistake.

  7. Detroit Lions: Tommy Kraemer, G, Notre Dame
It was surprising to see the Lions fail to address the offensive line in the 2019 NFL Draft. They’ll need to do that next spring.

Tommy Kraemer’s run blocking is ahead of his pass protection, so he needs to work on the latter. He’s a mean, physical blocker who could be a first-round pick in the future.

  8. New York Giants: Khaleke Hudson, S, Michigan
The Giants needed a safety before losing Landon Collins in free agency. They signed Jabrill Peppers, but should still be looking for someone to start next to him.

Khaleke Hudson is a tremendous blitzer who has the potential to be an elite coverage safety.

  9. Denver Broncos: Paddy Fisher, LB, Northwestern
The Broncos were hoping that Devin White would fall to them. That didn’t happen, so here’s a solution for their inside linebacker woes.

Paddy Fisher was unbelievably productive for Northwestern despite being a freshman. He’s become one of the top linebackers in the Big Ten.

  10. Tennessee Titans: Shyheim Carter, CB, Alabama
The Titans may lose Logan Ryan next offseason when he hits free agency. Here’s a potential replacement.

Shyheim Carter has tons of potential and could sneak into the first round with a strong 2019 season.

  11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: J.K. Dobbins, RB, Ohio State
Unless Ronald Jones stops disappointing, the Buccaneers won’t have any sort of running game in 2019.

J.K. Dobbins entered 2017 as a backup, but overtook Mike Weber and had a terrific freshman campaign, showing off his great, explosive running ability.

  12. Houston Texans: Mekhi Becton, OT, Louisville
The Texans traded for Laremy Tunsil, but they could use an upgrade at right tackle if Tytus Howard sticks at guard.

At 6-7, 340, Mekhi Becton is a massive human being. Despite his size, however, Becton is athletic and flexible.

  13. Minnesota Vikings: K.J. Costello, QB, Stanford
If Kirk Cousins disappoints again, the Vikings may begin to look into adding a potential replacement.

K.J. Costello has a nice arm and experience operating a pro-style offense. It’s possible that he could emerge as a first-round prospect.

  14. Dallas Cowboys: Kendrick Rogers, WR, Texas A&M
The Cowboys signed Randall Cobb to give them an explosive threat out of the slot, but he’ll probably disappoint. Here’s a viable replacement for Cole Beasley.

Kendrick Rogers has flashed some major upside, but he’ll need to show improved durability to be chosen in the first round.

  15. Seattle Seahawks: Prince Tega Wanogho, OT, Auburn
Will the Seahawks finally strengthen their offensive line and give Russell Wilson the protection he deserves? It could happen here, as the 2020 NFL Draft class seems packed with talented blockers.

Prince Tega Wanogho is an athletic tackle who could play on the blind side in the pros. He’s raw, so he’ll need to be coached up.

  16. Los Angeles Rams: Bryce Hall, CB, Virginia
Cornerback was the weakness of the Rams’ defense last year, so that’s a position they could target next offseason.

Bryce Hall is a tall (6-1, 200) and fast cornerback who will have a chance to sneak into the first round with a strong 2019 campaign.

  17. Indianapolis Colts: Jacob Eason, QB, Washington
The Colts could look into drafting a replacement for Andrew Luck early in the 2020 NFL Draft if Jacoby Brissett doesn’t pan out.

Jacob Eason exploded on the scene for Georgia, throwing 16 touchdowns compared to eight interceptions as a freshman in the SEC. Eason still needs to work on his accuracy, but he’s young enough to make vast improvements in the near future. Eason has since transferred to Washington, where he’ll have a chance to emerge as a top-five pick for the 2020 NFL Draft if he has a big 2019 campaign.

  18. Miami Dolphins: Marcus Norman, OT, South Florida
Once again, the Dolphins need everything. Laremy Tunsil was traded, so a new left tackle has to be acquired.

Marcus Norman had a great 2018 season, as scouts have been impressed with his length and athleticism.

  19. Buffalo Bills: Tristan Wirfs, OT, Iowa
The Bills signed some offensive linemen this offseason, but some of them are just short-term solutions. Here’s a right tackle for the long haul.

Tristan Wirfs, a 320-pound tackle, needs to improve his pass protection, but he’s a massive run blocker with first-round potential.

  20. Los Angeles Chargers: Henry Ruggs, WR, Alabama
Tyrell Williams’ departure means that Travis Benjamin will play more. Once the Chargers see what that’s like, they’ll be desperate for another receiver.

  21. Atlanta Falcons: Javon Kinlaw, DT, South Carolina
Here’s another player for Atlanta’s front seven, which needs all the help that it can get.

  22. New York Jets: Tarik Black, WR, Michigan
Wide receiver was another position the Jets were expected to address in the 2019 NFL Draft, yet they didn’t select a player to fill that need.

Tarik Black has great size (6-3, 215) and speed, but hasn’t been able to stay healthy.

  23. Cleveland Browns: Liam Eichenberg, OT, Notre Dame
The Browns will obviously have to look for a left tackle if Greg Robinson doesn’t play as well as he did toward the end of last season.

  24. Chicago Bears: Youhanna Ghaifan, DE/DT, Wyoming
Here’s another player for the Bears’ front seven. They could use another solid player in the defensive line rotation.

  25. Kansas City Chiefs: Travis Etienne, RB, Clemson
I’m not 100-percent sure that Damien Williams will pan out as Kansas City’s primary runner. Here’s a replacement for Kareem Hunt.

Travis Etienne is coming off a huge year. He should work to become a better receiver.

  26. Jacksonville Jaguars: Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU
Jalen Ramsey has been causing issues in the locker room. If this continues, the Jaguars may trade him and begin the search for a new No. 1 cornerback.

Kristian Fulton has first-round talent, but an extensive injury history could keep him out of the opening frame.

  27. New England Patriots: David Dowell, S, Michigan State
The Patriots could lose Devin McCourty to retirement in the near future, so here’s a potential replacement.

  28. Green Bay Packers: Trey Adams, OT, Washington
What is it with talented tackles named Trey being unable to stay healthy? Trey Adams would be a top-10 prospect if he didn’t have any injury problems. Adams was a fixture in my 2018 mock before tearing his ACL. He returned to Washington, only to miss the entire season with a back injury. Perhaps the Packers will take a chance on him at the end of the second frame.

  29. Carolina Panthers: CeeDee Lamb, WR, Oklahoma
The Panthers could stand to add another receiver to go along with D.J. Moore and Curtis Samuel.

CeeDee Lamb is a terrific route runner with great hands.

  30. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jared Pinkney, TE, Vanderbilt
The Steelers might want to add a young tight end to eventually replace Vance McDonald as the starter.

  31. Philadelphia Eagles: David Reese, LB, Florida
The Eagles don’t value linebacker very highly, but they’ll want to address the position after struggling to cover in space in 2019.

David Reese is an extremely tough run defender who was missed in the loss to Kentucky when Bennie Snell ran all over the Gators.

  32. Seattle Seahawks: Julian Okwara, DE/OLB, Notre Dame
The Seahawks needed edge-rushing help even before they traded away Frank Clark, so here’s someone else to help them get to the quarterback besides L.J. Collier.
