  1. Miami Dolphins: Collin Johnson, WR, Texas
The Dolphins will give DeVante Parker one more chance this season. If he disappoints again – a likely scenario – Miami will have to find a new receiver.

Collin Johnson has great upside and athleticism for someone with his frame (6-6, 212).

  2. Cincinnati Bengals: Khalid Kareem, DE, Notre Dame
The Bengals hosted and worked out defensive ends more than any other position ahead of the 2019 NFL Draft, yet didn’t select anyone at the position.

Khaleed Kareem has generated lots of pressure for the Irish in their strong start last season. He has a nice frame (6-4, 265) with great upside.

  3. New York Giants: Khaleke Hudson, S, Michigan
The Giants needed a safety before losing Landon Collins in free agency. They signed Jabrill Peppers, but should still be looking for someone to start next to him.

Khaleke Hudson is a tremendous blitzer who has the potential to be an elite coverage safety.

  4. Detroit Lions: Tommy Kraemer, G, Notre Dame
It was surprising to see the Lions fail to address the offensive line in the 2019 NFL Draft. They’ll need to do that next spring.

Tommy Kraemer’s run blocking is ahead of his pass protection, so he needs to work on the latter. He’s a mean, physical blocker who could be a first-round pick in the future.

  5. Chicago Bears: Curtis Weaver, DE/OLB, Boise State
The Bears need some edge-rushing depth, especially considering that Leonard Floyd will be entering free agency soon.

Curtis Weaver had a ridiculous 11 sacks as a freshman. He’ll have to be an edge player in a 3-4 defense.

  6. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Travis Etienne, RB, Clemson
Unless Ronald Jones stops disappointing, the Buccaneers won’t have any sort of running game in 2019.

Travis Etienne is coming off a huge year. He should work to become a better receiver.

  7. Baltimore Ravens: Tyler Biadasz, C, Wisconsin
The Ravens spent just one pick on an offensive lineman in the 2019 NFL Draft, which seems like a big mistake.

  8. Arizona Cardinals: Cam Akers, RB, Florida State
There’s been some chatter about David Johnson being traded. I don’t know if that’s true or not, but as one Hall of Fame running back once said, “If there’s smoke, there’s mirrors.”

Cam Akers has a good, all-around skill set, and he could sneak into the first round when he declares.

  9. Buffalo Bills: Marlon Davidson, DE, Auburn
The Bills showed lots of interest in the edge rushers leading up to the draft, but didn’t select one until the final round.

  10. Denver Broncos: Tarik Black, WR, Michigan
The Broncos will probably have to replace Emmanuel Sanders soon, so they may use an early-round pick on a receiver in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Tarik Black has great size (6-3, 215) and speed, but hasn’t been able to stay healthy.

  11. Kansas City Chiefs: Henry Ruggs, WR, Alabama
It’s going to take more than one second-round receiver to replace Tyreek Hill’s production.

  12. Carolina Panthers: Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU
It was shocking that the Panthers didn’t take a cornerback in the 2019 NFL Draft. Perhaps they’ll target another LSU corner here.

Kristian Fulton has first-round talent, but an extensive injury history could keep him out of the opening frame.

  13. Minnesota Vikings: K.J. Costello, QB, Stanford
If Kirk Cousins disappoints again, the Vikings may begin to look into adding a potential replacement.

K.J. Costello has a nice arm and experience operating a pro-style offense. It’s possible that he could emerge as a first-round prospect.

  14. Indianapolis Colts: Kenny Willekes, DE, Michigan State
The Colts used a second-round pick on Ben Banogu, but could stand to obtain another edge rusher.

  15. Jacksonville Jaguars: Marquez Callaway, WR, Tennessee
It was stunning to see the Jaguars avoid addressing their receiver situation during the 2019 NFL Draft. Nick Foles needs better downfield weapons.

Marquez Callaway, at 6-2, 200 pounds, was way more productive in 2018 than 2017, and he has plenty of potential.

  16. Houston Texans: Tristan Wirfs, OT, Iowa
The Texans reached for a tackle in the opening round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Perhaps they’ll take another edge blocker, but with better value this time.

Tristan Wirfs, a 320-pound tackle, needs to improve his pass protection, but he’s a massive run blocker with first-round potential.

  17. Tennessee Titans: Bryce Hall, CB, Virginia
The Titans may lose Logan Ryan next offseason when he hits free agency. Here’s a potential replacement.

Bryce Hall is a tall (6-1, 200) and fast cornerback who will have a chance to sneak into the first round with a strong 2019 campaign.

  18. Dallas Cowboys: Jalen Reagor, WR, TCU
The Cowboys signed Randall Cobb to give them an explosive threat out of the slot, but he’ll probably disappoint. Here’s a viable replacement for Cole Beasley.

Jalen Reagor is a blazing-fast receiver who can go the distance whenever he touches the ball.

  19. Pittsburgh Steelers: Marcus Norman, OT, South Florida
The Steelers will need to find a long-term replacement for Marcus Gilbert, who signed with the Cardinals this offseason.

Marcus Norman had a great 2018 season, as scouts have been impressed with his length and athleticism.

  20. New York Jets: CeeDee Lamb, WR, Oklahoma
Wide receiver was another position the Jets were expected to address in the 2019 NFL Draft, yet they didn’t select a player to fill that need.

  21. Los Angeles Rams: David Reese, LB, Florida
The Rams signed Clay Matthews to be a short-term solution at inside linebacker. They’ll need to find someone for the long haul.

David Reese is an extremely tough run defender who was missed in the loss to Kentucky when Bennie Snell ran all over the Gators.

  22. Chicago Bears: Youhanna Ghaifan, DE/DT, Wyoming
Here’s another player for the Bears’ front seven. They could use another solid player in the defensive line rotation.

  23. Los Angeles Chargers: Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson
Tyrell Williams’ departure means that Travis Benjamin will play more. Once the Chargers see what that’s like, they’ll be desperate for another receiver.

  24. Atlanta Falcons: Javon Kinlaw, DT, South Carolina
Here’s another player for Atlanta’s front seven, which needs all the help that it can get.

  25. Cleveland Browns: Liam Eichenberg, OT, Notre Dame
The Browns will obviously have to look for a left tackle if Greg Robinson doesn’t play as well as he did toward the end of last season.

  26. Seattle Seahawks: Julian Okwara, DE/OLB, Notre Dame
The Seahawks needed edge-rushing help even before they traded away Frank Clark, so here’s someone else to help them get to the quarterback besides L.J. Collier.

  27. Seattle Seahawks: Jared Pinkney, TE, Vanderbilt
Seattle has needed a tight end ever since Jimmy Graham began declining. The front office could use an early pick in the 2020 NFL Draft to strengthen the position.

  28. Miami Dolphins: D’Andre Swift, RB, Georgia
The Dolphins don’t have a viable starting running back on their roster, so they’ll need to make sure they fix that by the time Tua Tagovailoa takes his first snap.

  29. New England Patriots: Jalen Thompson, S, Washington State
The Patriots could lose Devin McCourty to retirement in the near future, so here’s a potential replacement.

  30. Green Bay Packers: Trey Adams, OT, Washington
What is it with talented tackles named Trey being unable to stay healthy? Trey Adams would be a top-10 prospect if he didn’t have any injury problems. Adams was a fixture in my 2018 mock before tearing his ACL. He returned to Washington, only to miss the entire season with a back injury. Perhaps the Packers will take a chance on him at the end of the second frame.

  31. Indianapolis Colts: Jonathan Taylor, RB, Wisconsin
Marlon Mack thrived at the end of the 2018 season, but I wonder if there’s a chance it was a fluke. It so, Indianapolis could be looking for some improvement at running back.

Jonathan Taylor has to work on his receiving skills and ball security, but he’s a tremendous runner.

  32. Philadelphia Eagles: Kenneth Murray, LB, Oklahoma
The Eagles don’t value linebacker very highly, but they’ll want to address the position after struggling to cover in space in 2019.
