  1. Arizona Cardinals: Rock Ya-Sin, CB, Temple
The Cardinals spent some picks on offense, but they can go back to their defense now, as they need to address the cornerback spot across from Patrick Peterson.

Rock Ya-Sin has been an underrated play-making cornerback for Temple as a senior.

  2. San Francisco 49ers: Nasir Adderly, S, Delaware
Here’s another potential upgrade for San Francisco’s secondary, which has been a very weak unit this year.

  3. New York Jets: Connor McGovern, G, Penn State
Sam Darnold needs tons of offensive help, which includes bolstering the blocking unit. They should take an interior blocker in the middle rounds.

Connor McGovern projects as the top guard in the 2019 NFL Draft. He did great last year, paving the way for Saquon Barkley.

  4. Oakland Raiders: Emanuel Hall, WR, Missouri
The Raiders should spent multiple picks on receivers in the opening half of the 2019 NFL Draft, as they sorely need talent at the position.

Emanuel Hall is a 6-1 receiver with tremendous speed. His hands and motivation are an issue, but he has first-round talent.

  5. New York Giants: Juwan Johnson, WR, Penn State
Sterling Shepard has been a disappointment, so the Giants will need to find a new No. 2 receiver.

  6. Jacksonville Jaguars: Taylor Rapp, S, Washington
Barry Church is no longer in the Jaguars’ plans, so they’ll need to find some help at safety.

Taylor Rapp was part of Washington’s terrific secondary last year, recording four interceptions as a mere freshman.

  7. Detroit Lions: Jarrett Stidham, QB, Auburn
The Lions need to find someone to groom behind Matthew Stafford, who continues to disappoint each year.

Jarrett Stidham struggled early in his first year at Auburn, but improved as the season progressed. He eventually knocked off Alabama and Georgia. Stidham, however, struggled in 2018.

  8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Brett Rypien, QB, Boise State
The Buccaneers are another team that will have to think about a new quarterback, as they’ll have to replace their crotch-grabbing interception machine soon.

  9. Buffalo Bills: Jared Pinkney, TE, Vanderbilt
Here’s another talented target for Josh Allen, who has absolutely no help right now.

  10. Cincinnati Bengals: Isaiah Prince, OT, Ohio State
The Bengals made some nice upgrades to their offensive line last offseason, but they’ll need to continue to add to their blocking.

Isaiah Prince has done well at right tackle thus far. He’s dealt with injuries, but could be a second-day pick.

  11. Atlanta Falcons: Sean Bunting, CB, Central Michigan
The Falcons were horrible against the pass this year. Getting their safeties back from injury will obviously help, but another cornerback is needed.

Sean Bunting is a lengthy cornerback (6-1, 181) with good ball skills, but he doesn’t have great athleticism.

  12. Carolina Panthers: Mike Weber, RB, Ohio State
The Panthers need a viable backup plan at running back if Christian McCaffrey were to suffer an injury.

Mike Weber split the workload at Ohio State, but he could still be a second-day pick. Weber is a power runner with some quickness.

  13. Denver Broncos: Ryan Finley, QB, N.C. State
The Broncos have to obtain a quarterback at some point. Even if they give Case Keenum another chance, they’ll at least need someone to develop.

  14. Green Bay Packers: Devin Studstill, S, Notre Dame
The Packers dealt Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, so they’ll need to replace him this offseason.

  15. Green Bay Packers: T.J. Edwards, LB, Wisconsin
The Packers should continue to add to their anemic defense. They could use some depth at linebacker.

  16. Miami Dolphins: DaMarkus Lodge, WR, Ole Miss
DeVante Parker has been a colossal bust. The Dolphins need to upgrade their pedestrian receiving corps.

DaMarkus Lodge has good run-after-catch skills.

  17. Cleveland Browns: David Montgomery, RB, Iowa State
The Browns need a viable backup behind Nick Chubb with Carlos Hyde gone. Their only backup is Dontrelle Hilliard.

  18. Philadelphia Eagles: Damon Arnette, CB, Ohio State
The Eagles’ problems at cornerback have been well-publicized, so they need to bolster this position.

Damon Arnette struggled early in 2017, but improved as the season progressed. He has nice size (6-0) and speed (4.40), but once again struggled in 2018.

  19. Pittsburgh Steelers: Bryan Edwards, WR, South Carolina
There’s been some drama surrounding Ben Roethlisberger and Antonio Brown. It might just be fake news, but there’s always a chance the Steelers might think enough is enough at some point.

Bryan Edwards caught 44 balls for 590 yards as a freshman at South Carolina. He has a nice frame (6-3, 212) and could be chosen on Day 2 of the 2019 NFL Draft.

  20. Tennessee Titans: Edwin Alexander, NT, LSU
The Titans could use a potential upgrade in the middle of their defensive line.

Edwin Alexander is a monstrous run-stuffing nose tackle. He missed some time with a knee in 2018.

  21. Minnesota Vikings: David Sills, WR, West Virginia
The Vikings seem to be moving on from Laquon Treadwell, so they’ll have to find a new third receiver.

David Sills has great size at 6-4, 203, and his hands are a positive attribute as well.

  22. Indianapolis Colts: Wes Hills, RB, Slippery Rock
Marlon Mack has played well in recent weeks, but the Colts could still consider using a mid-round pick on a running back.

Wes Hills has a nice combination of size (6-2, 218) and speed. Level of competition is a concern, however.

  23. Seattle Seahawks: Andre James, OT, UCLA
The Seahawks need to come away with offensive line help in the first four rounds of the 2019 NFL Draft.

Andre James played both left and right tackle at UCLA.

  24. Baltimore Ravens: Ben Banogu, DE/OLB, TCU
The Ravens are always up for adding an edge rusher, and Terrell Suggs won’t be around much longer.

Ben Banogu is quick off the edge, but needs to improve his technique.

  25. Dallas Cowboys: Yodny Cajuste, OT, West Virginia
The Cowboys’ decline to the offensive line has hurt their offense over the past couple of years. They need to improve their blocking.

Yodney Cajuste tore his ACL in 2016, but has been a terrific left tackle for Will Grier ever since.

  26. Denver Broncos: Kendall Sheffield, CB, Ohio State
We’ve seen the Broncos have issues in their secondary in the wake of the Chris Harris injury, so this is an area that must be bolstered.

  27. Los Angeles Chargers: Kaleb McGary, OT, Washington
The Chargers could stand to add some competition at right tackle.

Kaleb McGary’s run blocking is ahead of his pass protection.

  28. Chicago Bears: Dax Raymond, TE, Utah State
Trey Burton has been a big disappointment, so the Bears might bring in a cheaper option to challenge him.

  29. New England Patriots: Corbin Kaufusi, DE, BYU
The Patriots could stand to add another edge rusher to help their mediocre defense.

Corbin Kaufusi dominated Wisconsin tackle David Edwards in a BYU upset over Wisconsin.

  30. Los Angeles Rams: Corey Ballentine, CB, Washburn
The Rams have had problems at cornerback, as their additions were disappointments.

Scouts are intrigued by Corey Ballentine, who has obvious competition issues. He also needs to add some weight to his frame.

  31. Buffalo Bills: Dru Samia, G, Oklahoma
Here’s another offensive line upgrade for the Bills, as they really need to improve their blocking.

Dru Samia played right tackle, but then moved to guard. He’s a balanced player, as he’s solid in both run blocking and pass protection.

  32. New York Giants: Derwin Gray, G, Maryland
The Giants need to make multiple upgrades to their offensive line, as they need to make sure their new quarterback is well protected.

Derwin Gray has played left tackle at Maryland, but NFL scouts believe he’ll have to move to guard.
