  1. Arizona Cardinals: Julian Love, CB, Notre Dame
    The Cardinals have needed a strong No. 2 cornerback across from Patrick Peterson for several years. Perhaps they’ll finally find one this upcoming offseason.

    Julian Love is only 5-10, but he has great instincts and ball skills.

  2. San Francisco 49ers: Michael Jordan, G/C, Ohio State
    The 49ers must add multiple upgrades to the interior of their offensive line, which really struggled to protect Jimmy Garoppolo when he was healthy.

    Michael Jordan can play both center and guard, so his versatility will make him appealing on Draft Day.

  3. Oakland Raiders: Carl Granderson, DE, Wyoming
    The Raiders would be foolish to walk away from the 2019 offseason without adding multiple upgrades on the edge.

    Carl Granderson has impressed scouts, and they believe he has great potential because of his frame.

  4. Indianapolis Colts: Marlon Davidson, DE, Auburn
    The Colts added dynamic interior defender to the roster earlier. However, they still will need one more upgrade on the defensive line.

    Marlon Davidson wasn’t a huge contributor for Auburn as a freshman, but he thrived this previous season.

  5. Buffalo Bills: Justice Hill, RB, Oklahoma State
    There’s no telling what’ll happen with LeSean McCoy legally. McCoy’s age is also becoming a factor, as he’ll turn 31 in July.

    Scouts like Justice Hill’s speed and acceleration to the second level.

  6. Cleveland Browns: Emmanuel Hall, WR, Missouri
    Adding two new receivers to the offense is probably a good move, as the Browns are really lacking at the position outside of Jarvis Landry.

    Emmanuel Hall is a 6-1 receiver with tremendous speed. His hands and motivation are an issue, but he has first-round talent.

  7. Jacksonville Jaguars: Yodney Cajuste, OT, West Virginia
    Blocking is a problem right now for Jacksonville, so the front office will need to strengthen its offensive line for its new quarterback.

    Yodney Cajuste tore his ACL in 2016, but has been a terrific left tackle for Will Grier ever since. He’s looking like a second-day pick at the worst.

  8. New York Jets: Bennie Snell Jr., RB, Kentucky
    Isaiah Crowell and Bilal Powell aren’t long-term answers at running back, so the Jets may want to give Sam Darnold another weapon in the backfield.

    Bennie Snell Jr. averaged nearly six yards per carry in 2016, and now he’s the feature back with Boom Williams gone. He’s a tough runner who could sneak into the first round.

  9. Philadelphia Eagles: Kendall Sheffield, CB, Ohio State
    The Eagles desperately need to improve their secondary, as they’ve surrendered big passing performances to nearly every quarterback they’ve played thus far in 2018.

    Kendall Sheffield is a talented cornerback, but needs to add more weight to his frame (5-11. 187).

  10. Atlanta Falcons: Isaiah Buggs, NT, Alabama
    Here’s yet another defensive lineman for the Falcons, who could stand to double up on interior players.

    Isaiah Buggs has been a big-time run-stuffing nose tackle for Alabama since joining the team from the JUCO ranks.

  11. Denver Broncos: Dalton Risner, OT, Kansas State
    The Broncos need to fix their offensive line. Right tackle is a position that must be addressed.

    Dalton Risner had problems with speed rushers on the edge, but has improved his play in 2018.

  12. Dallas Cowboys: Gerald Willis, DT, Miami
    The Cowboys have a great defensive line, but they could lose David Irving to free agency. A replacement will obviously be needed if that occurs.

    Gerald Willis is having a great senior season. He’s had off-the-field issues, so hopefully those are behind him. He’s the younger brother of Landon Collins.

  13. Tennessee Titans: Connor McGovern, G, Penn State
    The Titans have two stellar tackles, but they could stand to beef up the interior of their offensive line so Marcus Mariota isn’t sacked 11 times in a game again.

    Connor McGovern projects as one of the better guards in the 2019 NFL Draft. He’s been great for Penn State, paving the way for Saquon Barkley.

  14. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Marcus Norman, OT, South Florida
    The Buccaneers desperately need to improve their offensive line performance, as they haven’t had good play at left tackle in a long while.

    Marcus Norman is having a great 2018 season, as scouts have been impressed with his length and athleticism.




  15. New England Patriots: Lil’Jordan Humphrey, WR, Texas
    The Patriots are sorely lacking offensive play-makers, even in the wake of the Josh Gordon trade. They’ll need to fix that next offseason.

    Lil’Jordan Humphrey is a big, fast receiver who would be slotted higher in this mock draft if he didn’t have multiple off-the-field issues.

  16. Chicago Bears: Kaleb McGary, OT, Washington
    This is Chicago’s first pick of the 2019 NFL Draft, so they better make it count! Right tackle Bobby Massie is heading for free agency next March, so a replacement will be needed.

    Kaleb McGary’s run blocking is ahead of his pass protection.

  17. Seattle Seahawks: David Edwards, OT, Wisconsin
    The Seahawks would be insane to walk away from the first two days of the 2019 NFL Draft without improving their offensive line. Two upgrades could definitely be possible.

    Taking over for Ryan Ramczyk, David Edwards was a good blocker in 2017. He’s protecting his quarterback’s blind side this year, though he struggled against BYU.

  18. Miami Dolphins: L.J. Scott, RB, Michigan State
    The Dolphins don’t seem to trust Kenyan Drake, so they may want to spend an early pick on a running back.

    L.J. Scott is a power back with underrated speed.

  19. Baltimore Ravens: Juwan Johnson, WR, Penn State
    The Ravens improved their receiving corps this year, but Michael Crabtree is just a temporary solution.

  20. Houston Texans: Oshane Ximines, DE/OLB, Old Dominion
    We saw last year that the Texans have very little depth at edge rusher, so this is something they’ll need to address.

    Oshane Ximines has been a very productive edge rusher for Old Dominion. Level of competition is an issue, but he can dispel that with a strong showing in the pre-draft all-star games.



  21. Cincinnati Bengals: Devin Bush, LB, Michigan
    The Bengals have had issues defending the middle of the field whenever Vontaze Burfict or Nick Vigil have been missing. They may want to add another linebacker.

  22. Green Bay Packers: Derwin Gray, G/OT, Maryland
    The Packers could stand to improve their interior protection in an attempt to keep Aaron Rodgers healthy for once.

    Derwin Gray has played left tackle at Maryland, but NFL scouts believe he’ll have to move to guard.

  23. Minnesota Vikings: Bobby Evans, OT, Oklahoma
    The Bills were able to establish a quick 17-0 lead because of two Kirk Cousins strip-sacks. It’s clear that Minnesota needs to improve its pass protection.

    Bobby Evans has the athleticism and quickness to play left tackle in the NFL.



  24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Beau Benzschawel, G, Wisconsin
    Ramon Foster will be a 33-year-old free agent this spring, so the Steelers will have to think about finding a replacement.

    Beau Benzschawel was told to return to school by draft advisory committee, but he has a chance to sneak into second round with a strong senior campaign.

  25. Washington Redskins: Erik McCoy, C, Texas A&M
    The Redskins have great tackles, but they need to upgrade the interior, including center.

    Erik McCoy needs to get stronger, but he’s athletic and should fit in well into a zone-blocking scheme.

  26. Carolina Panthers: Taylor Rapp, S, Washington
    Here’s more secondary help for the Panthers. They signed Eric Reid, but he may just be a temporary solution.

    Taylor Rapp was part of Washington’s terrific secondary last year, recording four interceptions as a mere freshman.

  27. Los Angeles Chargers: Anfernee Jennings, LB, Alabama
    The Chargers must improve their linebacking corps, as they’ve gotten killed by tight ends and pass-catching running backs this year.

    Anfernee Jennings is having a disappointing season, leaving scouts wondering if he’s playing through an injury.

  28. Cleveland Browns: Jaylon Ferguson, DE, Louisiana Tech
    The Browns should continue to bolster their defensive line, as having as many talented pass rushers as possible will be useful in the AFC North.

  29. New York Jets: Blace Brown, CB, Troy
    If the 20-point loss to the Vikings taught us anything, it’s that the Jets need to improve their secondary depth.

  30. Kansas City Chiefs: Devin Studstill, S, Notre Dame
    The Chiefs tried to trade for Earl Thomas, but couldn’t get the deal done before he got hurt. Here’s a new safety if they can’t sign Thomas next offseason.

  31. Los Angeles Rams: T.J. Edwards, LB, Wisconsin
    The Rams are weak at linebacker, so this is an area they’ll have to target next offseason.
