  1. San Francisco 49ers: Chris Lindstrom, G, Boston College
The 49ers must add multiple upgrades to the interior of their offensive line, which really struggled to protect Jimmy Garoppolo when he was healthy.

Chris Lindstrom is solid in all aspects and has more athleticism than meets the eye.

  2. Arizona Cardinals: Julian Love, CB, Notre Dame
The Cardinals have needed a strong No. 2 cornerback across from Patrick Peterson for several years. Perhaps they’ll finally find one this upcoming offseason.

Julian Love is only 5-10, but he has great instincts and ball skills.

Pick change; previously Kendall Sheffield, CB

  3. Oakland Raiders: Carl Granderson, DE, Wyoming
The Raiders would be foolish to walk away from the 2019 offseason without adding multiple upgrades on the edge.

Carl Granderson has impressed scouts, and they believe he has great potential because of his frame.

  4. Indianapolis Colts: Gerald Willis, DT, Miami
The Colts added dynamic edge rusher Nick Bosa to the roster earlier. However, they still will need one more upgrade on the defensive line.

Gerald Willis is having a great senior season. He’s had off-the-field issues, so hopefully those are behind him. He’s the younger brother of Landon Collins.

Pick change; previously Jachai Polite, DE

  5. Buffalo Bills: Bennie Snell Jr., RB, Kentucky
There’s no telling what’ll happen with LeSean McCoy legally. McCoy’s age is also becoming a factor, as he’ll turn 31 in July.

Bennie Snell Jr. averaged nearly six yards per carry in 2016, and now he’s the feature back with Boom Williams gone. He’s a tough runner who could sneak into the first round.

Pick change; previously L.J. Scott, RB

  6. Atlanta Falcons: Beau Benzschawel, G, Wisconsin
The Falcons have a weakness up front at left guard because Andy Levitre was lost for the year with a torn tricep. Levitre should be healthy heading into 2019, but he’ll be a 33-year-old free agent this March.

Beau Benzschawel was told to return to school by draft advisory committee, but he has a chance to sneak into second round with a strong senior campaign.

  7. Denver Broncos: Dalton Risner, OT, Kansas State
The Broncos need to fix their offensive line. Right tackle is a position that must be addressed.

Dalton Risner had problems with speed rushers on the edge, but has improved his play in 2018.

Pick change; previously Bobby Evans, OT

  8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Marcus Norman, OT, South Florida
The Buccaneers desperately need to improve their offensive line performance, as they haven’t had good play at left tackle in a long while.

Marcus Norman is having a great 2018 season, as scouts have been impressed with his length and athleticism.

Pick change; previously Parris Campbell, WR

  9. New England Patriots: Lil’Jordan Humphrey, WR, Texas
The Patriots are sorely lacking offensive play-makers, even in the wake of the Josh Gordon trade. They’ll need to fix that next offseason.

Lil’Jordan Humphrey is a big, fast receiver who would be slotted higher in this mock draft if he didn’t have multiple off-the-field issues.

  10. Cleveland Browns: Cameron Smith, LB, USC
Joe Schobert has played at a high level, but the rest of Cleveland’s linebacking has been lackluster after losing Mychal Kendricks.

Pick change; previously Marcus Norman, OT

  11. Jacksonville Jaguars: Kelvin Harmon, WR, N.C. State
Keelan Cole, Dede Westbrook and Marqise Lee are all nice receivers, but none are No. 1 options. The Jaguars could be searching for one soon.

Kelvin Harmon is a good route-runner who has made some clutch catches. He could be a No. 2 possession receiver in the pros.

Pick change; previously Juwan Johnson, WR

  12. Philadelphia Eagles: Vosean Joseph, LB, Florida
The Eagles lost Mychal Kendricks this offseason, so they happen to be pretty thin at linebacker, especially given Jordan Hicks’ injury history.

Vosean Joseph is a very instinctive and fast linebacker.

Pick change; previously Devin Bush, LB

  13. Seattle Seahawks: David Edwards, OT, Wisconsin
The Seahawks would be insane to walk away from the first two days of the 2019 NFL Draft without improving their offensive line.

Taking over for Ryan Ramczyk, David Edwards was a good blocker in 2017. He’s protecting his quarterback’s blind side this year, though he struggled against BYU.

Pick change; previously Gerald Willis, DT

  14. New York Jets: David Montgomery, RB, Iowa State
Isaiah Crowell and Bilal Powell aren’t the long-term answers at running back, so the Jets may want to give Sam Darnold another weapon in the backfield.

  15. Houston Texans: Oshane Ximines, DE/OLB, Old Dominion
We saw last year that the Texans have very little depth at edge rusher, so this is something they’ll need to address.

Oshane Ximines has been a very productive edge rusher for Old Dominion. Level of competition is an issue, but he can dispel that with a strong showing in the pre-draft all-star games.

  16. Dallas Cowboys: Johnathan Abram, S, Mississippi State
The Cowboys were in discussions for acquiring Earl Thomas. Perhaps they’ll be able to sign him, but if not, here’s a potential upgrade at safety.

Johnathan Abram needs to improve in coverage, but he’s a forceful, physical run defender.

Pick change; previously Taylor Rapp, S

  17. Green Bay Packers: Derwin Gray, G/OT, Maryland
The Packers could stand to improve their interior protection in an attempt to keep Aaron Rodgers healthy for once.

Derwin Gray has played left tackle at Maryland, but NFL scouts believe he’ll have to move to guard.

  18. Pittsburgh Steelers: Justice Hill, RB, Oklahoma State
Le’Veon Bell’s days in Pittsburgh are numbered. James Conner has been solid, but the Steelers may want to add another runner to pair with him.

Scouts like Justice Hill’s speed and acceleration to the second level.

  19. Miami Dolphins: L.J. Scott, RB, Michigan State
The Dolphins don’t seem to trust Kenyan Drake, so they may want to spend an early pick on a running back.

L.J. Scott is a power back with underrated speed.

Pick change; previously Bennie Snell, RB

  20. Tennessee Titans: Taylor Rapp, S, Washington
Johnathan Cyprien hasn’t been able to stay healthy, while Kenny Vaccaro is just a short-term rental. Here’s a new safety for the Titans.

Taylor Rapp was part of Washington’s terrific secondary last year, recording four interceptions as a mere freshman.

Pick change; previously Marvell Tell, S

  21. Minnesota Vikings: Bobby Evans, OT, Oklahoma
The Bills were able to establish a quick 17-0 lead because of two Kirk Cousins strip-sacks. It’s clear that Minnesota needs to improve its pass protection.

Bobby Evans has the athleticism and quickness to play left tackle in the NFL.

Pick change; previously Jaylon Ferguson, DE

  22. Chicago Bears: Kaleb McGary, OT, Washington
This is Chicago’s first pick of the 2019 NFL Draft, so they better make it count! Right tackle Bobby Massie is heading for free agency next March, so a replacement will be needed.

Kaleb McGary’s run blocking is ahead of his pass protection.

  23. Cincinnati Bengals: Devin Bush, LB, Michigan
The Bengals have had issues defending the middle of the field whenever Vontaze Burfict or Nick Vigil have been missing. They may want to add another linebacker.

Pick change; previously T.J. Edwards, LB

  24. Washington Redskins: Erik McCoy, C, Texas A&M
The Redskins have great tackles, but they need to upgrade the interior, including center.

Erik McCoy needs to get stronger, but he’s athletic and should fit in well into a zone-blocking scheme.

  25. Carolina Panthers: Lukas Denis, S, Boston College
Here’s more secondary help for the Panthers. They signed Eric Reid, but he may just be a temporary solution.

Lukas Denis is talented, but needs to gain weight and get stronger.

Pick change; previously Devin Studstill, S

  26. Los Angeles Chargers: Anfernee Jennings, LB, Alabama
The Chargers must improve their linebacking corps, as they’ve gotten killed by tight ends and pass-catching running backs this year.

Anfernee Jennings is having a disappointing season, leaving scouts wondering if he’s playing through an injury.

  27. Baltimore Ravens: Juwan Johnson, WR, Penn State
The Ravens improved their receiving corps this year, but Michael Crabtree is just a temporary solution.

Pick change; previously David Sills, WR

  28. Cleveland Browns: Jaylon Ferguson, DE, Louisiana Tech
The Browns should continue to bolster their defensive line, as having as many talented pass rushers as possible will be useful in the AFC North.

Pick change; previously Bryan Edwards, WR

  29. New York Jets: Brian Burns, DE/OLB, Florida State
The Jets are another team that must add multiple edge rushers, as it’s a huge weakness for their defense.

Brian Burns needs to bulk up quite a bit, as he played at 220 pounds as a freshman, but he has a long frame, so he has the potential to fill out. He had 9.5 sacks as a freshman.

  30. Kansas City Chiefs: Devin Studstill, S, Notre Dame
The Chiefs tried to trade for Earl Thomas, but couldn’t get the deal done before he got hurt. Here’s a new safety if they can’t sign Thomas next offseason.

Pick change; previously Lukas Denis, S

  31. Los Angeles Rams: T.J. Edwards, LB, Wisconsin
The Rams are weak at linebacker, so this is an area they’ll have to target next offseason.

Pick change; previously Germaine Pratt, LB
