  1. Miami Dolphins: Michael Deiter, C, Wisconsin
The Dolphins will need to protect their new quarterback, and they’ll have to replace Mike Pouncey.

Michael Deiter has started at center and guard for Wisconsin. He’s currently the favorite to be the first center chosen in the 2019 NFL Draft, though he could declare a year earlier.

  2. Indianapolis Colts: Trayveon Williams, RB, Texas A&M
The Colts have a bunch of sub-par running backs who will share carries. Here’s their chance to secure a true lead back.

Trayveon Williams needs to continue to build strength, but he has explosive ability. He can also catch passes fairly well (19 receptions as a freshman.)

  3. Indianapolis Colts: Isaiah Prince, OT, Notre Dame
The Colts selected a guard out of Notre Dame with their first pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, so why not go with Quenton Nelson’s former teammate to address right tackle?

Isaiah Prince has done well at right tackle thus far. He’s dealt with injuries, but could be a first-round pick.

  4. Cincinnati Bengals: Caleb Wilson, TE, UCLA
It’s unclear how much longer Tyler Eifert will be able to play. Here’s a replacement if he continues to suffer injuries.

Serving as Josh Rosen’s favorite target, Caleb Wilson is a talented route-runner who has been very productive this season. He needs to improve his blocking.

  5. Arizona Cardinals: Chauncey Gardner, S, Florida
The Cardinals will need to replace Tyrann Mathieu at some point next offseason.

Chauncey Garnder played nickel for the Gators last year, but will take on a larger role in 2017 and beyond. He’s a great athlete and possesses terrific upside as a dynamic safety.

  6. Cleveland Browns: Zach Allen, DE/DT, Boston College
The Browns have a run-stuffing interior presence in Larry Ogunjobi, but they need an inside pass-rusher to go with him.

Zach Allen needs to develop more pass-rushing moves, but he has a nice combination of size and strength, and he happens to be a stout run defender and a quality pass-rusher.

  7. Buffalo Bills: Michael Jackson, CB, Miami
The Bills lost E.J. Gaines this offseason, which obviously was bad, but they’ll be able to replace him with some potential second-round cornerbacks available in this class.

  8. Dallas Cowboys: Parris Campbell, WR, Ohio State
The Cowboys selected Michael Gallup in the third round in April, but they’ll need another receiver to pair with him.

Parris Campbell has big-play ability, but hasn’t lived up to it statistically because of some poor passing.

  9. Philadelphia Eagles: Cameron Smith, LB, USC
The Eagles have some issues in their linebacking corps. Jordan Hicks has had trouble staying healthy, while Mychal Kendricks will be an impending free agent after the 2019 season.

  10. New York Giants: Deebo Samuel, WR, South Carolina
The Giants could lose Odell Beckham Jr. next offseason. Even if they don’t, they’ll need a receiver to replace Brandon Marshall.

Deebo Samuel barely played last year because of a fractured fibula, but he’s a fringe first-round prospect.

  11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Taylor Rapp, S, Washington
Safety was such a huge need for Tampa that a Bucs fan sent death threats to general manager Jason Licht for passing on Derwin James.

Taylor Rapp was part of Washington’s terrific secondary last year, recording four interceptions as a mere freshman.

  12. Denver Broncos: Iman Marshall, CB, USC
The Broncos need to replace Aqib Talib. They were interested in Denzel Ward, but he never got to them.

Iman Marshall was once considered a first-round prospect, but he was torched far too often in 2017.

  13. Houston Texans: Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State
It would be unfortunate for Deshaun Watson if the Texans treat him like the Seahawks have with Russell Wilson. They need to protect him.

  14. Detroit Lions: Devin Studstill, S, Notre Dame
Here’s more help for Detroit’s secondary, which needs a couple of upgrades.

Devin Studstill was productive as freshman for Notre Dame, recording 38 tackles.

  15. Jacksonville Jaguars: Ken Webster, CB, Ole Miss
The Jaguars have a great secondary, but the one weak spot might be slot corner in the wake of Aaron Colvin’s departure.

  16. New England Patriots: Sam Beal, CB, Western Michigan
The Patriots could use Chicago’s pick to find a long-term replacement for Malcolm Butler.

  17. Tennessee Titans: Brian Burns, DE/OLB, Florida State
The Titans need an edge rusher for the future with Brian Orakpo’s career nearing its end.

Brian Burns needs to bulk up quite a bit, as he played at 220 pounds as a freshman, but he has a long frame, so he has the potential to fill out. He had 9.5 sacks as a freshman.

  18. Washington Redskins: Beau Benzschawel, G, Wisconsin
The Redskins had a strong offensive line last year when everyone was healthy, but the one exception was at left guard.

Beau Benzschawel was told to return to school by draft advisory committee, but he has a chance to sneak into the first round with a strong senior campaign.

  19. Atlanta Falcons: Christian Rector, DE, USC
Here’s more help for Atlanta’s offensive line, as the team failed to replace Adrian Clayborn.

  20. San Francisco 49ers: Terrell Lewis, DE, Alabama
The 49ers may want to look into adding another pass-rusher to go with Solomon Thomas, given all of the quarterbacking talent in the NFC West.

Terrell Lewis was knocked out for the season against Florida State, but he could have a big bounce-back campaign next year.

  21. Pittsburgh Steelers: Montez Sweat, DE/OLB, Mississippi State
The Steelers aren’t happy with Bud Dupree, so they’ll be looking to move on from him if he struggles again in 2018.

  22. Oakland Raiders: Bryan Edwards, WR, South Carolina
I have my doubts about Martavis Bryant, and Jordy Nelson won’t be in Oakland for very long.

Bryan Edwards caught 44 balls for 590 yards as a freshman at South Carolina. He has a nice frame (6-3, 212) and could be chosen in the opening round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

  23. Minnesota Vikings: Derrick Brown, DT, Auburn
The Vikings signed Sheldon Richardson to a 1-year deal, so they’ll need to replace him if they don’t re-sign him after this season.

Derrick Brown has great size (6-5, 316) and tons of upside. He can be a great interior disruptor if he lives up to his potential.

  24. Green Bay Packers: Jawaan Taylor, OT, Florida
Bryan Bulaga may need to be replaced in the near future, so spending a second-day pick on a tackle makes sense.

Jawaan Taylor has some great feet for his size (6-5, 340) and could emerge as a first-round right tackle.

  25. Los Angeles Chargers: Shaquille Quarterman, LB, Miami
Some thought the Chargers would target Leighton Vander Esch in the opening round this April. Here’s an alternative answer for the linebacking corps.

  26. Kansas City Chiefs: Marquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma
Sammy Watkins was signed, but if he disappoints like he did with the Rams, he won’t be in Kansas City for very long.

Marquise Brown is a small receiver (5-11, 162), but he can bolt for the end zone any time he gets his hands on the ball.

  27. Kansas City Chiefs: Trayvon Mullen, CB, Clemson
The Chiefs need to replace Marcus Peters at some point, and they could do it with three picks in the first two rounds of the 2018 NFL Draft.

  28. Carolina Panthers: Jake Hanson, C, Oregon
Ryan Kalil said he’s going to retire after this season, so here’s a replacement for him.

  29. Houston Texans: Jabari Zuniga, DE/OLB, Florida
Here’s an edge rusher for the Texans, who didn’t have enough viable pass-rushers when Whitney Mercilus got hurt.

  30. New Orleans Saints: David Sills, WR, West Virginia
The Saints may want to search for a receiver if Cameron Meredith can’t recover from his brutal knee injury.

  31. New England Patriots: Clayton Thorson, QB, Northwestern
The Patriots failed to find a replacement for Tom Brady this past April, so here’s their next potential quarterback.

Clayton Thorson is an underrated prospect because of his supporting cast. He has plus mechanics, and he can make any pass, fitting throws into tight windows. He has a nice arm, and he’s also smart and athletic. He could be a first-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft if he recovers from the injury he suffered in his postseason exhibition game.

  32. Philadelphia Eagles: Jachai Polite, DE, Florida
Doug Pederson comes from the Andy Reid school of bolstering the trenches as possible, so I could see him wanting to add another edge rusher.
