  1. Arizona Cardinals: Trey Pipkins, OT, Sioux Falls
The Cardinals acquired Marcus Gilbert this offseason, but considering his injury history, they should add an insurance policy.

Trey Pipkins was outstanding at the East-West Shrine Game. Competition level is an issue for him, but the Shrine performance quells that. He has plus length and strength to be a tackle in the NFL.

  2. San Francisco 49ers: Sean Bunting, CB, Central Michigan
The 49ers need to continue to bolster their secondary, which is still the weakest part of the roster. I expect San Francisco to draft multiple corners.

Sean Bunting is a lengthy cornerback (6-1, 181) with good ball skills, but he doesn’t have great athleticism.

  3. New York Jets: Darryl Williams, C, Mississippi State
Sam Darnold needs tons of offensive help, which includes bolstering the blocking unit with multiple upgrades. They should take an interior blocker in the middle rounds.

  4. Oakland Raiders: Maxx Crosby, DE, Eastern Michigan
The Raiders need to continue to find as many potent edge rushers as possible to fix their defense.

  5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jarrett Stidham, QB, Auburn
The Buccaneers are another team that will have to think about a new quarterback, as they’ll have to replace their crotch-grabbing interception machine soon.

Jarrett Stidham struggled early in his first year at Auburn, but improved as the season progressed. He eventually knocked off Alabama and Georgia. Stidham, however, struggled in 2018.

  6. New York Giants: Darrell Henderson, RB, Memphis
The Giants could use a better backup behind Saquon Barkley, so perhaps a mid-round pick will be used on a running back.

  7. Jacksonville Jaguars: Corey Ballentine, CB, Washburn
Jalen Ramsey has created a headache for the Jaguars at times, so here’s an insurance policy.

Scouts are intrigued by Corey Ballentine, who has obvious competition issues. He also needs to add some weight to his frame.

Pick change; previously Myles Gaskin, RB

  8. Cincinnati Bengals: Justin Hollins, LB, Oregon
As stated in the previous round, the Bengals needed linebacker help even before Vontaze Burfict’s release.

  9. Detroit Lions: Caleb Wilson, TE, UCLA
The Lions didn’t get the most out of Eric Ebron, but perhaps their next tight end will live up to expectations.

Serving as Josh Rosen’s favorite target, Caleb Wilson is a talented route-runner who was very productive last season. He needs to improve his blocking.

  10. Buffalo Bills: Isaiah Buggs, DE/DT, Alabama
The Bills could replace Kyle Williams as early as No. 9 overall. In this mock draft, they’re waiting until the fourth round to do so.

Pick change; previously Phil Haynes, G

  11. Baltimore Ravens: Blake Cashman, LB, Minnesota
The Ravens lost C.J. Mosley in free agency, so I imagine they’ll want to use an early pick on a linebacker.

Blake Cashman was highly productive at Minnesota, but had athleticism concerns heading into the combine. He answered those with a dominant performance in Indianapolis.

Pick change; previously Emanuel Hall, WR

  12. Green Bay Packers: Michael Jordan, G/C, Ohio State
The Packers added Jody, I mean Billy Turner this offseason, but they still need interior blocking help to make sure Aaron Rodgers stays healthy for a change.

Michael Jordan can play both center and guard, so his versatility will make him appealing on Draft Day.

  13. Carolina Panthers: Terry McLaurin, WR, Ohio State
Devin Funchess left via free agency, so the Panthers will be looking for another receiver.

Terry McLaurin had a terrific Senior Bowl and combine, and may have moved into fourth-, or even third-round consideration.

  14. Miami Dolphins: Khalen Saunders, DT, Western Illinois
The Dolphins really missed Ndamukong Suh last year. They’ll have to obtain some help on the defensive interior.

Khalen Saunders is a 320-pound nose tackle who had a terrific Senior Bowl and combine performance.

  15. Atlanta Falcons: Anthony Nelson, DE/DT, Iowa
The Falcons just re-signed Adrian Clayborn, but only to a 1-year deal. Clayborn won’t be around for long, so Atlanta will need a long-term solution.

  16. Green Bay Packers: Cameron Smith, LB, USC
The Packers lost Jake Ryan in free agency, so they’ll have to find some help at linebacker during the first half of the 2019 NFL Draft.

Cameron Smith was productive at USC, but there are concerns that he’ll have trouble in coverage in the NFL.

  17. Cleveland Browns: Isaiah Prince, OT, Ohio State
Greg Robinson played well at left tackle for the Browns at the end of the year, but they’ll need to bring in someone to challenge him, given his dubious history.

  18. Minnesota Vikings: Dax Raymond, TE, Utah State
Kyle Rudolph will be a 30-year-old free agent after this season, so the Vikings may want to add a young tight end.

Dax Raymond isn’t very athletic, but he’s a reliable pass-catching tight end.

Pick change; previously Trysten Hill, NT

  19. Tennessee Titans: Jordan Brailford, DE/OLB, Oklahoma State
Aside from Harold Landry, the Titans have nothing but aging edge rushers on the roster. Cameron Wake was signed, but he’s just a short-term answer. Brian Orakpo and Derrick Morgan are still in limbo on the open market.

Pick change; previously Isaiah Buggs, DE/DT

  20. Pittsburgh Steelers: DaMarkus Lodge, WR, Ole Miss
Antonio Brown is gone, so the Steelers will have to use a draft pick on a receiver.

DaMarkus Lodge has good run-after-catch skills.

  21. Baltimore Ravens: Emanuel Hall, WR, Missouri
Given how weak Baltimore’s receiving corps is at the moment, the front office may spend multiple picks on the position.

Emanuel Hall is a 6-1 receiver with tremendous speed. His hands and motivation are an issue, but he has first-round talent.

Pick change; previously Alex Barnes, RB

  22. Seattle Seahawks: John Cominsky, DE, Charleston
The Seahawks had the Legion of Boom a few years ago, but they also possessed a talented defensive front capable of putting pressure on opposing quarterbacks. They need to improve their average pass rush.

  23. Denver Broncos: Antoine Wesley, WR, Texas Tech
Emmanuel Sanders may not be ready for the 2019 season, and it doesn’t sound like he’ll be in Denver much longer. The Broncos will need another receiver to go along with Courtland Sutton and DaeSean Hamilton.

Antoine Wesley was very productive at Texas Tech and has great size (6-5, 200), but his route running isn’t very good.

  24. Chicago Bears: Trayveon Williams, RB, Texas A&M
The Bears traded Jordan Howard to the Eagles, so here’s a replacement.

Trayveon Williams needs to continue to build strength, but he has explosive ability. He can also catch passes fairly well.

  25. Philadelphia Eagles: Max Scharping, G/OT, Northern Illinois
The Eagles need to continue to add to their offensive line, as Brandon Brooks’ injury will hurt a lot next year if a solid replacement isn’t found.

Max Scharping has played right tackle at Northern Illinois, but NFL teams are projecting him inside to guard.

  26. Dallas Cowboys: Dennis Daley, OT, South Carolina
The Cowboys’ decline to the offensive line has hurt their offense over the past couple of years. They need to improve their blocking.

  27. Indianapolis Colts: Ryquell Armstead, RB, Temple
Marlon Mack played very well to close out the year, but the Colts could still consider using a mid-round pick on a running back.

Ryquell Armstead had some positive feedback from talent evaluators in Indianapolis, as he had an impressive week. Armstead ran an excellent 40 (4.45), especially when considering his size (5-11, 220). He also posted a 7.02 3-cone, which was a very good time.

  28. Los Angeles Chargers: Nate Davis, OT, Charlotte
The Chargers could stand to add some competition at right tackle.

  29. Buffalo Bills: Phil Haynes, G, Wake Forest
The Bills signed a few offensive linemen in free agency, but they still need help at guard. Multiple blockers should be obtained in the draft.

Pick change; previously Ben Burr-Kirven, LB

  30. New York Giants: Jaquan Johnson, S, Miami
Landon Collins signed with the rival Redskins, so the Giants may want to bring in another safety to join Jabrill Peppers.

  31. Los Angeles Rams: Jalen Jelks, DE, Oregon
Dante Fowler may not be back in Los Angeles after 2019, so the Rams could be in the market for a new edge rusher.

Jalen Jelks will need to add some weight if he wants to play in a 4-3, but he has the potential to be versatile enough to fit any scheme.

  32. New England Patriots: David Sills, WR, West Virginia
The Patriots need plenty of help in their receiving corps. They could add a couple of players at the position in the draft.

David Sills has great size at 6-4, 203, and his hands are a positive attribute as well.

  33. Indianapolis Colts: Joe Jackson, DE, Miami
The Colts made great strides defensively last year, but they were just 29th in adjusted sack rate. They’ll be looking to improve their pass rush.

  34. Dallas Cowboys: Darius Slayton, WR, Auburn
Despite trading for Amari Cooper, the Cowboys could still use another receiver.

Darius Slayton was an inconsistent at Auburn. He needed another year in school to refine his game.

  35. Atlanta Falcons: Oli Udoh, OT/G, Elon
The Falcons will need to add at least two offensive line upgrades in this draft, as their blocking took a hit last year.

Oisaemeka Udoh is a massive (6-5, 336), strong blocker whose heavy hands will make it difficult for defensive linemen to shed blocks. He must improve his pass protection.

  36. Philadelphia Eagles: Ken Webster, CB, Ole Miss
The Eagles re-signed Ronald Darby, but that was for only one year. Thus, they could use a mid-round pick on the position.
