  1. Arizona Cardinals: Lil’Jordan Humphrey, WR, Texas
Larry Fitzgerald won’t be around much longer, so the Cardinals should add another receiver.

Lil’Jordan Humphrey is a big receiver who would be slotted higher in this mock draft if he didn’t have multiple off-the-field issues. He also ran slowly at the combine.

  2. Pittsburgh Steelers: Te’von Coney, LB, Notre Dame
The Steelers could add more help for their linebacking corps, which is a major area of weakness.

  3. San Francisco 49ers: Jimmy Moreland, CB, James Madison
San Francisco has to obtain as many talented cornerbacks as possible, given the dire need at the position.

Jimmy Moreland is a gritty, instinctive slot cornerback.

  4. New Orleans Saints: Wes Hills, RB, Slippery Rock
The Saints lost Mark Ingram this offseason, so they’ll be in search of a new running back.

Wes Hills has a nice combination of size (6-2, 218) and speed. Level of competition is a concern, however.

  5. Jacksonville Jaguars: T.J. Edwards, LB, Wisconsin
The Jaguars missed Paul Posluszny last year. They could go after a new linebacker this offseason.

  6. Arizona Cardinals: Foster Moreau, TE, LSU
The Cardinals signed Charles Clay in an attempt to upgrade their dire tight end situation. Arizona should go after a younger tight end because Clay won’t pan out.

Foster Moreau is a tremendous blocking tight end. He proved to be very athletic at the combine.

  7. New York Giants: B.J. Autry, G, Jacksonville State
Considering all of the problems the Giants have had on their offensive line in recent years, I can’t imagine they’d exit the 2019 NFL Draft without some depth help.

  8. Buffalo Bills: Andre James, OT, UCLA
Here’s another offensive line upgrade for the Bills, who could use a new right tackle.

  9. Denver Broncos: Keenen Brown, TE, Texas State
Jake Butt has potential, but has been hurt too often, so the Broncos will likely draft a tight end.

Keenen Brown has nice size for an end-zone target. He had a great workout at the combine.

  10. Cincinnati Bengals: Gary Jennings, WR, West Virginia
The Bengals have given up on John Ross, so they could add another receiver to go with A.J. Green and Tyler Boyd.

  11. Detroit Lions: Hamp Cheevers, CB, Boston College
The Lions need as much help in the secondary as possible.

Hamp Cheevers is a small cornerback (5-10, 180) with only one year of starting experience.

  12. Green Bay Packers: Ben Powers, G, Oklahoma
The Packers could spend multiple picks on interior lineman, as they’ll need to do everything in their power to protect Aaron Rodgers.

  13. Atlanta Falcons: James Williams, RB, Washington State
Here’s some running back depth for the Falcons, who will lose Tevin Coleman this offseason.

James Williams is a tremendous receiver out of the backfield. He did great in the drills at the combine.

  14. Carolina Panthers: Kaleb McGary, OT, Washington
The Panthers re-signed Daryl Williams, but for only one year. Here’s a potential successor.

  15. Tennessee Titans: Jesse Burkett, C, Stanford
The Titans need to continue to add to their interior offensive line to make sure Marcus Mariota isn’t sacked 11 times in a game again.

  16. Cleveland Browns: David Long, LB, West Virginia
The Browns will need multiple linebackers in the wake of Jamie Collins’ release.

David Long is a tough player with a great motor. He may not be very athletic, but he’ll be a solid player on a team. At the very least, he’ll be a quality special-teamer.

  17. Minnesota Vikings: Dax Raymond, TE, Utah State
Kyle Rudolph will be a 30-year-old free agent after this season, so the Vikings may want to add a young tight end.

Dax Raymond isn’t very athletic, but he’s a reliable pass-catching tight end.

Pick change; previously Gary Jennings, WR

  18. Baltimore Ravens: Javon Patterson, G, Ole Miss
The Ravens have yet to address their offensive line, which is something they’ll likely do on Day 3.

Javon Patterson made a huge improvement from his junior to his senior year.

  19. Pittsburgh Steelers: Terry Beckner, DE/DT, Missouri
The Steelers could use a third-day pick on defensive line depth.

Terry Beckner is good in both run support and the pass rush, but he has a history of knee injuries.
  20. Baltimore Ravens: Jamal Custis, WR, Syracuse
The Ravens will need multiple new receivers, given their free agency situation.

Jamal Custis may struggle to separate, but he has upside with his terrific frame (6-5, 213).

  21. Green Bay Packers: Michael Jackson, CB, Miami
I could see the Packers selecting a second cornerback at some point in the final couple of rounds.

  22. Houston Texans: Khari Willis, S, Michigan State
The Texans lost Tyrann Mathieu in free agency, so they may need to find a replacement.

  23. New York Jets: Elijah Holyfield, RB, Georgia
The Jets solved their running back woes by signing Le’Veon Bell, but they could add a solid backup.

  24. Philadelphia Eagles: Greg Gaines, DT, Washington
The Eagles signed Malik Jackson, but they could use an insurance policy in case he doesn’t rebound from his poor 2018 campaign.

  25. Cincinnati Bengals: Daylon Mack, DT, Texas A&M
Geno Atkins turns 31 this offseason, so the Bengals could use someone to potentially take over in a couple of years.

Daylon Mack dominated the East-West Shrine Game. He has a ton of talent, but also possesses some off-the-field and motivational issues.

  26. Indianapolis Colts: Logan Parker, TE, Southern Utah
Both Eric Ebron and Jack Doyle are impending free agents next offseason, so they may draft a tight end.

  27. Los Angeles Chargers: Sam Mustipher, C, Notre Dame
The Chargers need a viable successor for Mike Pouncey, who doesn’t have the best injury history.

  28. Kansas City Chiefs: Shareef Miller, DE, Penn State
The Chiefs need a new edge rusher with Justin Houston gone, so up to three picks could be used on edge rushers.

  29. New Orleans Saints: Drew Sample, TE, Washington
The Saints need a long-term solution at tight end, so they could take a player at this position much earlier than this.

  30. Los Angeles Rams: Darius West, S, Kentucky
The Rams signed Eric Weddle to replace Lamarcus Joyner, but Weddle is just a short-term replacement.

Pick change; previously Jacob Dolegala, QB

  31. Detroit Lions: Jacob Dolegala, QB, Central Connecticut
The Lions should begin looking into grooming a potential successor for Matthew Stafford.

  32. New England Patriots: Tyrel Dodson, LB, Texas A&M
The Patriots have needed help at linebacker for a long time, and I could see them doubling up at the position.

  33. Washington Redskins: Chase Claypool, WR, Notre Dame
The Redskins will have to obtain as many receivers as possible to help them fix their great need at the position.

Chase Claypool appears to have tremendous potential, as he has a great mix of size (6-4, 228) and speed.

  34. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jalin Moore, RB, Appalachian State
The Steelers have officially lost Le’Veon Bell, so they could use a late-round pick on a running back for depth purposes.

  35. Minnesota Vikings: Jordan Scarlett, RB, Florida
Latavius Murray wants to start for a team – good luck with that – so if he leaves, a new backup running back will be needed.

  36. Cincinnati Bengals: Xavier Crawford, CB, Central Michigan
The Bengals could stand to use a third-day pick on a cornerback for depth purposes.

  37. Cincinnati Bengals: Andrew Van Ginkel, DE/OLB, Wisconsin
The Bengals are looking for edge-rushing help. They could take a pass-rusher as early as No. 11 overall.

  38. San Francisco 49ers: Chuma Edoga, OT, USC
Joe Staley doesn’t have many more years of high play remaining, so San Francisco could use a late pick on a tackle.

  39. Cincinnati Bengals: Zedrick Woods, S, Ole Miss
Here’s some special teams help and defensive back depth.

  40. Kansas City Chiefs: Keaton Sutherland, G, Texas A&M
The Chiefs need to work on improving their offensive line after seeing Patrick Mahomes pressured heavily in the AFC Championship.
