  1. Arizona Cardinals: Bryce Love, RB, Stanford
There’s been some talk that the Cardinals could trade David Johnson. If so, they’ll target a replacement in Rounds 2-4.

Bryce Love has a great mix of balance, underrated strength, vision and home-run ability. He has durability issues, but is still worth the risk atop Round 4.

  2. San Francisco 49ers: Blace Brown, CB, Troy
Here’s another potential upgrade for San Francisco’s secondary, which has been a very weak unit this year.

  3. New York Jets: Ryan Bates, OT/G, Penn State
Sam Darnold needs tons of offensive help, which includes bolstering the blocking unit. They should take an interior blocker in the middle rounds.

Ryan Bates can play guard and both tackle spots. His versatility could vault him into the early portion of Day 3.

  4. Oakland Raiders: Emanuel Hall, WR, Missouri
The Raiders could spent multiple picks on receivers in the opening half of the 2019 NFL Draft, as they sorely need talent at the position.

Emanuel Hall is a 6-1 receiver with tremendous speed. His hands and motivation are an issue, but he has first-round talent.

  5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jarrett Stidham, QB, Auburn
The Buccaneers are another team that will have to think about a new quarterback, as they’ll have to replace their crotch-grabbing interception machine soon.

Jarrett Stidham struggled early in his first year at Auburn, but improved as the season progressed. He eventually knocked off Alabama and Georgia. Stidham, however, struggled in 2018.

Pick change; previously Ryan Finley, QB

  6. New York Giants: David Sills, WR, West Virginia
Sterling Shepard has been a disappointment, so the Giants will need to find a new No. 2 receiver. David Sills has great size at 6-4, 203, and his hands are a positive attribute as well.

  7. Jacksonville Jaguars: Devin Singletary, RB, Florida Atlantic
There’s some tension between the front office and Leonard Fournette, so it’ll be interesting if anything transpires as a result of this.

Devin Singletary doesn’t have great long speed, but he possesses terrific patience and can break through plenty of tackles.

  8. Cincinnati Bengals: Isaiah Prince, OT, Ohio State
The Bengals made some nice upgrades to their offensive line last offseason, but they’ll need to continue to add to their blocking.

Isaiah Prince has done well at right tackle thus far. He’s dealt with injuries, but could be a second-day pick.

  9. Detroit Lions: Terry Godwin, WR, Georgia
The Lions need a replacement for Golden Tate, as their offense looked lost after he was traded.

Terry Godwin is an explosive, precise route-runner who can get separation easily.

  10. Buffalo Bills: Caleb Wilson, TE, UCLA
Josh Allen needs all the help he can get. Buffalo must find two new receivers and a better tight end.

Serving as Josh Rosen’s favorite target, Caleb Wilson is a talented route-runner who was very productive last season. He needs to improve his blocking.

Pick change; previously DaMarkus Lodge, WR

  11. Denver Broncos: Dax Raymond, TE, Utah State
Here’s a weapon for the new quarterback, as Jake Butt hasn’t been able to stay healthy.

  12. Green Bay Packers: Zach Gentry, TE, Michigan
Jimmy Graham is a shell of his former self, as he has trouble getting open now that he’s in the final stages of his career. A young tight end is needed to take over.

  13. Carolina Panthers: Mike Weber, RB, Ohio State
The Panthers need a viable backup plan at running back if Christian McCaffrey were to suffer an injury.

Mike Weber split the workload at Ohio State, but he could still be a second-day pick. Weber is a power runner with some quickness.

  14. Miami Dolphins: DaMarkus Lodge, WR, Ole Miss
DeVante Parker has been a colossal bust. The Dolphins need to upgrade their pedestrian receiving corps.

DaMarkus Lodge has good run-after-catch skills.

Pick change; previously Darius Slayton, WR

  15. Atlanta Falcons: Anthony Nelson, DE/DT, Iowa
As discussed earlier, Adrian Clayborn was never replaced. Takk McKinley has mental health issues. Vic Beasley has regressed. The Falcons have major defensive line issues.

  16. Green Bay Packers: T.J. Edwards, LB, Wisconsin
The Packers should continue to add to their anemic defense. They could use some depth at linebacker.

  17. Cleveland Browns: David Montgomery, RB, Iowa State
The Browns need a viable backup behind Nick Chubb with Carlos Hyde gone. Their only backup is Dontrelle Hilliard.

  18. Minnesota Vikings: Sean Bunting, CB, Central Michigan
The Vikings could stand to add some cornerback depth in the middle or late rounds of the 2019 NFL Draft.

Sean Bunting is a lengthy cornerback (6-1, 181) with good ball skills, but he doesn’t have great athleticism.

Pick change; previously Chase Claypool, WR

  19. Tennessee Titans: Max Scharping, G/OT, Northern Illinois
The Titans need to protect Marcus Mariota, who took 11 sacks in one game.

Max Scharping has played right tackle at Northern Illinois, but NFL teams are projecting him inside to guard.

  20. Pittsburgh Steelers: Dru Samia, G, Oklahoma
Ramon Foster will be a 33-year-old free agent this spring, so the Steelers will have to think about finding a replacement.

Dru Samia played right tackle, but then moved to guard. He’s a balanced player, as he’s solid in both run blocking and pass protection.

Pick change; previously Sean Bunting, CB

  21. Baltimore Ravens: Deionte Thompson, S, Alabama
The Ravens could add a mid-round safety to eventually take over for Eric Weddle.

Deionte Thompson has a great blend of size (6-2, 196), speed and athleticism. However, he struggled mightily in the second half of the 2018 season, causing his stock to drop.

  22. Seattle Seahawks: Jordan Brailford, DE/OLB, Oklahoma State
The Seahawks had the Legion of Boom a few years ago, but they also possessed a talented defensive front capable of putting pressure on opposing quarterbacks. They need to improve their average pass rush.

Pick change; previously Jaylon Ferguson, DE

  23. Denver Broncos: Kendall Sheffield, CB, Ohio State
We’ve seen the Broncos have issues in their secondary in the wake of the Chris Harris injury, so this is an area that must be bolstered.

  24. Chicago Bears: Logan Parker, TE, Southern Utah
Trey Burton has been a big disappointment, so the Bears might bring in a cheaper option to challenge him.

  25. Philadelphia Eagles: Demarcus Christmas, DT, Florida State
Doug Pederson loves bolstering the trenches, so I could see the Eagles targeting a defensive tackle in the first half of the 2019 NFL Draft.

Demarcus Christmas has good quickness at the point of attack and plus length.

  26. Dallas Cowboys: Yodny Cajuste, OT, West Virginia
The Cowboys’ decline to the offensive line has hurt their offense over the past couple of years. They need to improve their blocking.

Yodney Cajuste tore his ACL in 2016, but has been a terrific left tackle for Will Grier ever since.

  27. Indianapolis Colts: Wes Hills, RB, Slippery Rock
Marlon Mack played very well to close out the year, but the Colts could still consider using a mid-round pick on a running back.

Wes Hills has a nice combination of size (6-2, 218) and speed. Level of competition is a concern, however.

  28. Los Angeles Chargers: Kaleb McGary, OT, Washington
The Chargers could stand to add some competition at right tackle.

Kaleb McGary’s run blocking is ahead of his pass protection.

  29. Buffalo Bills: Andre James, OT, UCLA
Here’s another offensive line upgrade for the Bills, as they really need to improve their blocking.

Andre James played both left and right tackle at UCLA.

  30. New York Giants: Derwin Gray, G, Maryland
The Giants need to make multiple upgrades to their offensive line, as they need to make sure their new quarterback is well protected.

Derwin Gray has played left tackle at Maryland, but NFL scouts believe he’ll have to move to guard.

  31. New England Patriots: Corbin Kaufusi, DE, BYU
The Patriots could stand to add another edge rusher to help their mediocre defense.

Corbin Kaufusi dominated Wisconsin tackle David Edwards in a BYU upset over the Badgers.

  32. Los Angeles Rams: Oshane Ximines, DE/OLB, Old Dominion
The Rams need to add to their edge rush, which is sorely lacking.

Oshane Ximines was a very productive edge rusher for Old Dominion.
