  1. Cleveland Browns: Equanimeous St. Brown, WR, Notre Dame
The Browns have gotten Josh Gordon back from his long suspension, but can they really trust him? They’ll likely have to use one of their many early picks on a receiver.

  2. New York Giants: Brett Toth, OT, Army
The Giants obviously need to do something about their poor offensive line. They’ve suffered countless injuries this year, but they still wouldn’t be very competitve if everyone were healthy because of their poor blocking. Hopefully Brett Toth will be able to play in 2018, as he may have service obligations.

  3. Indianapolis Colts: Sam Beal, CB, Western Michigan
The Colts had just one viable cornerback last year in Rashaan Melvin. Perhaps Vontae Davis will finally get healthy, but the odds of that happening are slim.

Pick change; previously J.C. Jackson, CB

  4. Houston Texans: J.C. Jackson, CB, Maryland
The Texans lost several free agents, including some defensive backs, last offseason. They’ll need to rebuild their secondary.

Pick change; previously DeShon Elliott, S

  5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Rashaad Penny, RB, San Diego State
The Buccaneers took a chance on Doug Martin this season, and it backfired. Martin has been lethargic, and he was finally benched for fumbling. Tampa Bay will be looking for a running back early in the 2018 NFL Draft.

  6. San Francisco 49ers: Christian Campbell, CB, Penn State
I could see the 49ers using two selections on cornerbacks in the first couple of days of the draft, given how bad their situation is concerning that position.

Pick change; previously Terrell Edmunds, LB

  7. Denver Broncos: D.J. Moore, WR, Maryland
There’s talk that the Broncos could part ways with Demaryius Thomas this offseason, as Thomas is destroying his body with the same horrible diet that ruined Arian Foster’s career.

Pick change; previously Auden Tate, WR

  8. New York Jets: Da’Shawn Hand, DE/DT, Alabama
It would be shocking if the Jets didn’t get rid of Muhammad Wilkerson this offseason. They’ll need a replacement in the trenches.

  9. Miami Dolphins: Terrell Edmunds, LB/S, Virginia Tech
The Dolphins have an atrocious linebacking corps that absolutely has to be fixed. They couldn’t defend tight ends or pass-catching running backs at all this past season, and that needs to change.

Pick change; previously Kameron Kelly, CB

  10. San Francisco 49ers: Kameron Kelly, CB, San Diego State
As mentioned a few picks ago, the 49ers could really attack their weakness at cornerback with multiple selections in the first two days.

Pick change; previously Christian Campbell, CB

  11. Oakland Raiders: Tim Settle, NT, Virginia Tech
Defensive tackle will need to be addressed at some point if Justin Ellis departs via free agency.

  12. Green Bay Packers: Auden Tate, WR, Florida State
With Jordy Nelson slowing down and Randall Cobb usually struggling to stay healthy, the Packers could look into adding another talented receiver.

Pick change; previously Sam Beal, CB

  13. Cincinnati Bengals: Desmond Harrison, OT, West Georgia
Multiple upgrades on the offensive line are needed, as mentioned earlier. The situation is so bad at tackle that the Bengals could double up on the position early in the 2018 NFL Draft.

  14. Kansas City Chiefs: Jerome Baker, LB, Ohio State
There’s no telling how much longer Derrick Johnson will be able to play, so the Chiefs should look into adding a new linebacker.

  15. Arizona Cardinals: Jamarcus King, CB, South Carolina
The Cardinals have been dying for competent play across from Patrick Peterson for years. If they can find a shutdown cornerback to pair with Peterson, it would really take their defense to another level.

  16. Houston Texans: Akrum Wadley, RB, Iowa
Lamar Miller seemed to fall out of favor with the coaching staff late in the season, while D’Onta Foreman is coming off a major injury. The Texans could look at a new running back in the middle rounds.

  17. Dallas Cowboys: Antonio Callaway, WR, Florida
The Cowboys could use another threat in the receiving corps, and they’ve shown that they’re willing to take chances on troubled players. Antonio Callaway has some major off-the-field issues, but some team could give him a shot on Day 2.

Pick change; previously Marcel Ateman, WR

  18. Detroit Lions: Tarvarus McFadden, CB, Florida State
The Lions have an outstanding cornerback in Darius Slay, but they really need another strong option at the position.

  19. Baltimore Ravens: Dalton Schultz, TE, Stanford
Ben Watson doesn’t have much time remaining in the NFL, while Maxx Williams has been a disappointment thus far. Here’s another new weapon for Joe Flacco.

  20. Los Angeles Chargers: Kyle Lauletta, QB, Richmond
The Chargers have to find a successor for Philip Rivers, who may not be around much longer. Kyle Lauletta was the MVP of the Senior Bowl and could be in third-round consideration.

  21. Carolina Panthers: DeShon Elliott, S, Texas
The Panthers need to continue working on their secondary, as they’ve been hurting at safety for the past couple of years.

Pick change; previously Dallas Goedert, TE

  22. Kansas City Chiefs: Rasheem Green, DE/DT, USC
The Chiefs could stand to improve most areas of their defense. Here, they can continue to bolster the interior of their stop unit.

  23. Los Angeles Rams: Sean Welsh, G/C, Iowa
The Rams have a great offensive line, but their one weakness is at right guard, which is a position they can address at this juncture.

  24. Carolina Panthers: Deontay Burnett, WR, USC
The Panthers could use another receiver to go along with Devin Funchess and Curtis Samuel, as Cam Newton’s downfield options are pretty limited.

  25. Tennessee Titans: Frank Ragnow, C, Arkansas
The Titans have a strong offensive line, but their two weak spots are in the interior. They could upgrade center and left guard, and perhaps they’ll cut ties with the overpaid Ben Jones.

  26. Atlanta Falcons: Keke Coutee, WR, Texas Tech
Matt Ryan has limited downfield options outside of Julio Jones. Atlanta’s offense basically shuts down whenever Jones is injured, so adding another receiver would help.

  27. New Orleans Saints: Simmie Cobbs Jr., WR, Indiana
The Saints won’t have Ted Ginn Jr. around much longer, while Willie Snead was a huge disappointment this past season. Here’s another receiver to go with Michael Thomas.

  28. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jesse Bates, S, Wake Forest
Excluding linebacker, in the wake of Ryan Shazier’s injury, safety is the weak point of Pittsburgh’s defense, and it should be addressed early in the 2018 NFL Draft.

  29. Jacksonville Jaguars: Dallas Goedert, TE, South Dakota State
The Jaguars could use a new tight end, as they don’t have anything at the position in the wake of the Julius Thomas trade.

Pick change; previously Mike Gesicki, TE

  30. Minnesota Vikings: Marcell Frazier, DE, Missouri
Brian Robison has stated that he’s going to retire after 2018, so the Vikings will need some new talent behind Everson Griffen and Danielle Hunter.

  31. New England Patriots: Chase Litton, QB, Marshall
Jimmy Garoppolo and Jacoby Brissett are both gone, so the Patriots need a new young quarterback to eventually replace Tom Brady.

  32. Buffalo Bills: Mike White, QB, Western Kentucky
In this scenario, I have the Bills adding a quarterback in free agency (or via a trade for Nick Foles). If that happens, they’ll likely take a young signal-caller sometime on Day 2.
