*** This mock draft will be updated at least once per week (Tuesday afternoons and other times for important events.). Check out old versions of this 2015 NFL Mock Draft in the archived mock draft section. Follow @walterfootball for updates. ***

  1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jeremiah Poutasi, G/OT, Utah
The Buccaneers spent their second-round pick on an offensive tackle in this mock draft, but they also need help at the guard position.

    Follow @walterfootball for updates.

  2. Tennessee Titans: Daryl Williams, OT, Oklahoma
It’s customary for teams to match their new quarterback with another upgrade on offense, whether that’s a receiver or a blocker. The Titans need the latter, as Michael Roos’ retirement has creating a big hole at right tackle.

  3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jaquiski Tartt, S, Samford
The Jaguars should look at the secondary again, as all they did at the safety position this offseason was sign Sergio Brown.

  4. Oakland Raiders: Arie Kouandjio, G, Alabama
The Raiders also have to improve the offensive line, as another guard is needed to go along with Gabe Jackson.

  5. Washington Redskins: Damarious Randall, S, Arizona State
The Redskins obviously need to make multiple upgrades to their woeful secondary. Help is needed at both corner and safety, so Washington can take the best player available at either position.

Pick change; previously Steve Nelson, CB

  6. New York Jets: Bryce Petty, QB, Baylor
The Jets have a new front office, so they may want to bring in their own quarterback. Having Brett Hundley sit for a year or two would make sense.

Pick change; previously Brett Hundley, QB

  7. Chicago Bears: T.J. Clemmings, OT, Pittsburgh
Surprised to see T.J. Clemmings in Round 3? We’ve spoken to multiple teams that have third-round grades on Clemmings, so he could fall this far. I actually wanted to slot him in Round 2, but couldn’t find the room. The Bears may want him to upgrade their poor offensive line.

Pick change; previously James Sample, S

  8. St. Louis Rams: A.J. Cann, G, South Carolina
As mentioned in the first round, the Rams need help at both tackle and guard. These positions could both be addressed in the first few frames.

  9. Atlanta Falcons: David Johnson, RB, Northern Iowa
The Falcons lost multiple running backs this offseason, but this was already a position of need. The front office will want to find someone to pair with Devonta Freeman.

  10. New York Giants: Mario Edwards, DE/DT, Florida State
Mario Edwards is another player who falls out of circumstance. The Giants could definitely snatch him, as they have a need at defensive tackle. Johnathan Hankins was a stud this past season, but he had very little help next to him. Mike Patterson looked done, so the Giants will have to address this position via the draft.

Pick change; previously Nate Orchard, DE/OLB

  11. New Orleans Saints: Clive Walford, TE, Miami
The Saints traded away Jimmy Graham this offseason, so they’ll obviously be in the market for a replacement. Drafting a tight end out of Miami worked once before, so why not try it again?

  12. Minnesota Vikings: Trey Flowers, DE/OLB, Arkansas
The Vikings could consider a defensive end in the middle rounds, as they don’t have good depth behind Everson Griffen and Brian Robison.

Pick change; previously Jay Ajayi, RB

  13. Cleveland Browns: Frank Clark, DE, Michigan
Barkevious Mingo does a lot of things well, but he’s not great in terms of rushing the passer. The Browns need to think about getting another player who can get to the quarterback.

Pick change; previously Preston Smith, DE

  14. New Orleans Saints: Davis Tull, DE/OLB, UT-Chattanooga
The Saints need to keep drafting defensive talent, and they have to make sure that they address the outside linebacker position; their pass rush is lacking, which is a terrible thing, considering the talented quarterbacks they have to battle twice per season.

Pick change; previously Xavier Cooper, DE/DT

  15. San Francisco 49ers: Rashad Greene, WR, Florida State The 49ers are really hurting for receiving help. Michael Crabtree, a huge disappointment this past year, has officially moved on. Anquan Boldin played well, but he can’t possibly perform at a high level much longer. Stevie Johnson proved to be a bust.

  16. Kansas City Chiefs: Justin Hardy, WR, East Carolina
It’s amazing that the Chiefs went the entire year without having any of their receivers score a single touchdown. Alex Smith was partly to blame, but the receiving corps was just abysmal.

  17. Buffalo Bills: D’Joun Smith, CB, Florida Atlantic
What I wrote in my 2016 NFL Mock Draft can be applied here: The Bills may have to look at the cornerback position in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Stephon Gilmore will enter free agency the month before, while Leodis McKelvin will be a 31-year-old heading into his contract season.

Pick change; previously Bryce Petty, QB

  18. Houston Texans: Tre McBride, WR, William & Mary
The Texans lost Andre Johnson to the Colts, so they’ll need a No. 2 wideout across from DeAndre Hopkins.

  19. San Diego Chargers: Markus Golden, DE/OLB, Missouri
The Chargers will be looking for an edge rusher at some point in the 2015 NFL Draft. Dwight Freeney is gone, while Melvin Ingram has had problems staying on the field.

  20. Philadelphia Eagles: Adrian Amos, S, Penn State
The Eagles have shown a ton of interest in Adrian Amos, who would help fill a huge need in their secondary. Amos is perfect for Philadelphia’s defensive scheme.

  21. Cincinnati Bengals: Shane Ray, DE/OLB, Missouri
Boom. Shane Ray drops to the middle of Round 3. Ray was already going to be slotted at the bottom of the first frame in this update; I had him going No. 22 to the Steelers. However, Ray can kiss his first-round status goodbye in the wake of his arrest. With Dion Jordan getting suspended for a year today, NFL general managers are definitely going to be cautious about selecting a bum like Ray. He does provide good value in this range, however.

Pick change; previously Kwon Alexander, LB

  22. Arizona Cardinals: Steve Nelson, CB, Oregon State
The Cardinals lost Antonio Cromartie this offseason, so they’ll be looking to upgrade the cornerback position early during the draft.

Pick change; previously D’Joun Smith, CB

  23. Pittsburgh Steelers: Chris Conley, WR, Georgia
The Steelers have shown interest in many receivers during the pre-draft process. Perhaps they’ll take one in the first half of the 2015 NFL Draft. They could use a third wideout to go along with Antonio Brown and Martavis Bryant.

Pick change; previously Dezmin Lewis, WR

  24. Detroit Lions: Corey Robinson, OT, South Carolina
The Lions were really hurting on the offensive line this past season, which would explain why their offense sputtered so much. They have to upgrade multiple positions, including right tackle.

Pick change; previously Donovan Smith, OT

  25. Carolina Panthers: Tre Jackson, G, Florida State
Here’s another offensive line upgrade for the Panthers, who will have to make several adjustments up front in order to protect Cam Newton. Tre’ Jackson is a steal here.

  26. Baltimore Ravens: Devin Funchess, TE, Michigan
The Ravens already lost Owen Daniels this offseason, and no one is sure if Dennis Pitta will be able to play this year, so the front office could be targeting a tight end early in the 2015 NFL Draft.

  27. Dallas Cowboys: Jay Ajayi, RB, Boise State
DeMarco Murray was too expensive to keep, so the plan was for Joseph Randle to become the new starting running back. The problem is that Randle was recently arrested for drug possession and domestic violence, so he could be suspended. If so, Dallas may spend a second-day selection on a back.

Pick change; previously Mike Davis, RB

  28. Denver Broncos: Paul Dawson, LB, TCU
The linebacker position was already an issue for the Broncos prior to this offseason, but now they are moving to a 3-4 scheme. They need help there, so they could spend an early selection on the position.

  29. Indianapolis Colts: Hroniss Grasu, C, Oregon
Here’s another upgrade for Indianapolis’ offensive. As mentioned earlier, the team’s greatest weakness right now is the blocking in front of Andrew Luck.

  30. Green Bay Packers: Jacoby Glenn, CB, Central Florida
The Packers lost both Tramon Williams and Davon House this offseason, so they’ll need to replenish depth at cornerback.

  31. Seattle Seahawks: Grady Jarrett, DT, Clemson
The Seahawks were really missing Brandon Mebane. They need some help at defensive tackle, even once Mebane returns from his hamstring injury next year.

  32. New England Patriots: Michael Bennett, DT, Ohio State
Once again, it must be noted that the Patriots have a number of players at the defensive tackle position heading into their contract years by the 2016 season, so this is a selection for the future.

  33. New England Patriots: Dres Anderson, WR, Utah
The Patriots look to be targeting a receiver early in the 2015 NFL Draft. Perhaps they’ll take a shot on Dres Anderson, who would be a second-round prospect if he hadn’t gotten hurt last year.

  34. Kansas City Chiefs: Ibraheim Campbell, S, Northwestern
It’s unfortunate what happened to Eric Berry, who will hopefully have a swift recovery from cancer. In the meantime, the Chiefs will have to find a new safety.

  35. Cincinnati Bengals: Kwon Alexander, LB, LSU
With Vontaze Burfict coming off an injury and other linebackers heading into contract seasons, the Bengals could address the position early in the 2015 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Frank Clark, DE
