  1. Tennessee Titans: Tyler Varga, RB, Yale
The Titans need some depth at running back, and perhaps someone to challenge Bishop Sankey, who wasn’t impressive in his rookie campaign.

  2. New England Patriots: Matt Jones, RB, Florida
The Patriots really don’t have much at running back after losing Stevan Ridley and Shane Vereen, so I could see them double dipping at the position.

  3. Oakland Raiders: Kaleb Eulls, DT, Mississippi State
Speaking of double dipping, the Raiders have to improve their poor depth at defensive tackle.

  4. Jacksonville Jaguars: Shaquille Mason, G, Georgia Tech
The Jaguars signed Stefen Wisniewski recently, but they could still use some help on the interior of their offensive line.

  5. Seattle Seahawks: Nick Boyle, TE, Delaware
The Seahawks traded for Jimmy Graham, but they also lost Zach Miller this offseason, so perhaps they’ll add depth at tight end.

  6. Washington Redskins: Ellis McCarthy, NT, UCLA
The Redskins signed Terrance Knighton recently, but that was just a 1-year pact. Here’s some insurance in case he doesn’t pan out.

  7. Chicago Bears: Andy Gallik, C, Boston College
Roberto Garza is gone, so the Bears will consider spending a draft pick on a possible replacement at center.

  8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jamison Crowder, WR/KR, Duke
Vincent Jackson is coming back for the 2015 season, but he may not be on the Buccaneers much longer beyond that.

  9. Atlanta Falcons: Akeem King, S, San Jose State
The Falcons have some issues at safety, so they could be looking at an early- or mid-round pick to get some help at the position.

  10. New York Giants: Gabe Wright, DT, Auburn
I wanted to slot Gabe Wright much earlier than this. The Giants are getting a steal this late at a position they need to upgrade.

  11. New Orleans Saints: Clayton Geathers, S, Central Florida
The Saints need to think about adding some insurance at safety, just in case Jairus Byrd and Kenny Vaccaro never play up to potential.

  12. Buffalo Bills: Wes Saxton, TE, South Alabama
The Bills signed Charles Clay this offseason, but given that he’s not a true tight end, Clay won’t preclude the team from spending another pick on the position.

  13. Cleveland Browns: Mycole Pruitt, TE, Southern Illinois
Despite signing Rob Housler, the Browns may look to add a tight end in the second half of the 2015 NFL Draft. There’s no guarantee Housler will be productive.

  14. San Francisco 49ers: Terrance Magee, RB, LSU
Frank Gore is gone, so the 49ers have to bolster their depth behind Carlos Hyde.

  15. Miami Dolphins: Tray Walker, CB, Texas Southern
I had the Dolphins addressing the cornerback position earlier, but they could use multiple picks on the position, given the need they have there.

  16. San Diego Chargers: Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, CB, Oregon
Charlie Campbell recently reported that some teams have Ifo Ekpre-Olomu listed as a UDFA player because of his knee injury. Perhaps someone will take him in Round 6 or 7. The Chargers need corner depth.

Pick change; previously Kenny Bell, WR

  17. Kansas City Chiefs: Josh Harper, WR, Fresno State
Despite signing Jeremy Maclin, the Chiefs could look to add multiple receivers in the 2015 NFL Draft. They don’t really have anything after Maclin at wideout.

  18. Buffalo Bills: Chris Dunkley, CB, South Florida
What I wrote in my 2016 NFL Mock Draft can be applied here: The Bills may have to look at the cornerback position in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Stephon Gilmore will enter free agency the month before, while Leodis McKelvin will be a 31-year-old heading into his contract season.

  19. Houston Texans: Justin Coleman, CB, Tennessee
The Texans could use some depth at corner, as they were in trouble last year when some of their starters went down.

  20. Philadelphia Eagles: Jordan Richards, S, Stanford
The Eagles will have to spend multiple picks on defensive backs, including perhaps two on the safety position. The team desperately needs to upgrade its secondary.

  21. Cincinnati Bengals: Louis Trinca-Pasat, DT, Iowa
I have the Bengals picking a defensive tackle in the second round, but it wouldn’t be a surprise if they doubled up on the position; they definitely have to upgrade that area.

  22. Arizona Cardinals: Shaquille Riddick, DE/OLB, West Virginia
The Cardinals could address the edge-rusher position much earlier than this. It’s an area they’ve lacked talent in for quite some time.

  23. Pittsburgh Steelers: Nick Marshall, CB, Auburn
No one should be surprised if the Steelers spend multiple draft picks on the cornerback position, given their glaring need there.

  24. Detroit Lions: Jamarcus Nelson, CB, UAB
The Lions have brought in a bunch of receiving prospects during the pre-draft process, so perhaps they’re looking for depth at the position.

  25. Carolina Panthers: Derron Smith, S, Fresno State
Carolina’s secondary played much better down the stretch, which was a major reason why the team improved so much. However, an upgrade is still needed at one of the safety spots.

  26. Cleveland Browns: Bobby McCain, CB, Memphis
The Browns have yet to address their secondary, but they’ll have to do it at some point; an insurance policy is needed if Justin Gilbert continues to struggle.

  27. Denver Broncos: Terry Poole, OT, San Diego State
The Broncos selected a center earlier, but they also need some help at the tackle position. Depth is definitely needed.

  28. Baltimore Ravens: Cody Riggs, CB, Notre Dame
Here’s another cornerback for the Ravens to perhaps fix a major problem area for them.

  29. Indianapolis Colts: Xzavier Dixon, DE/OLB, Alabama
The Colts signed Trent Cole this offseason, but they could stand to add some young talent at outside linebacker to challenge the disappointing Bjoern Werner.

  30. Green Bay Packers: Bryce Hager, ILB, Baylor
Another inside linebacker for the Packers, who will be eager to finally upgrade the position.

  31. Indianapolis Colts: Lorenzo Doss, CB, Tulane
Signing Andre Johnson this offseason was a quality move, but the Colts won’t have him around for very long.

  32. Tennessee Titans: Hayes Pullard, ILB, USC
Inside linebacker is yet another position the Titans will have to address at some point in the 2015 NFL Draft, as they continue to transition into the 3-4.

  33. Seattle Seahawks: Kyle Emanuel, DE/OLB, North Dakota State
The Seahawks were able to re-sign Cliff Avril to a 4-year deal back in December, but they could still add an edge rusher for the future.

  34. Green Bay Packers: Rannell Hall, WR, Central Florida
The Packers don’t need a receiver, but perhaps they’ll see some value in the speedy Rannell Hall.

  35. Houston Texans: Greg Mancz, C, Toledo
Ben Jones is set to take over at center for Chris Myers, but he’s entering the final year of his rookie deal. Depth is needed regardless.

  36. Pittsburgh Steelers: Quinton Spain, G/OT, West Virginia
The Steelers don’t have the best depth on the interior of their offensive line, so that’s something they may want to fix.

  37. Green Bay Packers: Rob Crisp, OT, N.C. State
The Packers managed to re-sign Bryan Bulaga, but that won’t stop them from adding some tackle depth in the middle or late rounds.

  38. Seattle Seahawks: Connor Halliday, QB, Washington State
Tarvaris Jackson’s contract has expired, so the Seahawks will look for a new No. 2 quarterback.

  39. St. Louis Rams: Titus Davis, WR, Central Michigan
Kenny Britt is back in St. Louis, but the Rams should think about adding another receiver, given Britt’s injury history.

  40. Houston Texans: Bryan Bennett, QB, Southeastern Louisiana
Quarterback is the obvious weak spot for the Texans, so they should try out a late-round prospect to perhaps challenge for a starting job down the road.

  41. Kansas City Chiefs: Casey Pierce, TE, Kent State
The Chiefs lost Anthony Fasano this offseason. He wasn’t nearly the same player he once was, but he still happened to be a reliable veteran behind Travis Kelce.
