  1. Chicago Bears: Tyrique Stevenson, CB, Miami Miami
Pick a position outside of quarterback, and the Bears have a need at that spot. Their cornerbacks are horrible outside of Jaylon Johnson.

Tyrique Stevenson comes with some character concerns, but he is a big cornerback with plus speed.

Pick change; previously Cam Mitchell, S/CB

  2. Houston Texans: Tanner McKee, QB, Stanford Stanford
The Texans have to draft a quarterback at some point, right?

Tanner McKee has a strong arm. He excited some evaluators with his play this past year.

  3. Arizona Cardinals: Luke Wypler, C, Ohio State Ohio State
The Cardinals are stuck with Kyler Murray and his torn ACL, so they’ll need to find better players to protect him.

Luke Wypler is an athletic center who played tackle in high school.

  4. Denver Broncos: Julian Brents, CB, Kansas State
The Broncos need all the cornerback talent they can get to combat the elite quarterbacks in their conference.

Julian Brents is a 6-3 cornerback who is a hard tackler.

Pick change; previously Darius Rush, CB

  5. Denver Broncos: Andrew Vorhees, G/OT, USC USC
The Broncos have done a good job of bolstering their offensive line this offseason, but they still need one more blocker to help Russell Wilson.

Andrew Vorhees is a tough and smart lineman who has shown nice versatility.

  6. Los Angeles Rams: Kenny McIntosh, RB, Georgia Georgia
The Rams seem generally unhappy with all of their running backs, though Cam Akers finally showed signs of life on Christmas and onward.

Kenny McIntosh flashed in a relief role prior to the ’22 season. He’s an excellent receiver.

  7. Las Vegas Raiders: Mekhi Garner, CB, LSU LSU
The Raiders have a pathetic defense, so they must find help at every level. In fact, they could draft two cornerbacks.

Mekhi Garner is a tall cornerback with good instincts.

  8. New Orleans Saints: Devon Achane, RB, Texas A&M Texas A&M
The Saints signed Jamaal Williams, but he’s more of a replacement for Mark Ingram. Alvin Kamara will have to be replaced as well.

Devon Achane can be a dynamic third-down back in the NFL.

  9. Tennessee Titans: Cedric Tillman, WR, Tennessee Tennessee
The Titans need another receiver to pair with Treylon Burks.

Cedric Tillman is a monstrously built receiver who had a breakout ’21 campaign.

  10. Houston Texans: Charlie Jones, WR, Purdue Purdue
The Texans could draft three receivers, including two in the first couple of days, given how horrible their wideout group is.

Charlie Jones is a shifty route-runner with reliable hands.

Pick change; previously Noah Sewell, LB

  11. Cleveland Browns: Trenton Simpson, LB, Clemson Clemson
The Browns re-signed Anthony Walker, but they may not be able to count on him staying healthy.

Trenton Simpson is a quick and ahtletic linebacker.

  12. Atlanta Falcons: Demarvion Overshown, LB, Texas Texas
The Falcons have a miserable linebacking corps that should be addressed early in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Demarvion Overshown was flying all over the field at times during his collegiate playing days.

  13. New England Patriots: Nick Broeker, OT/G, Ole Miss
The Patriots have some major offensive line issues that must be addressed, so they could double up in this area.

Nick Broeker may have to switch to guard in the NFL.

  14. Los Angeles Rams: Cody Mauch, G, North Dakota State North Dakota State
The Rams can continue to bolster their incredibly weak offensive line.

Team sources told Charlie Campbell that Cody Mauch could be this year’s version of Cole Strange.

  15. Green Bay Packers: Rashee Rice, WR, SMU SMU
The Packers could stand to add another weapon, this time at wide receiver.

Rashee Rice projects as a solid No. 2 receiver in the NFL.

  16. Indianapolis Colts: Emil Ekiyor, G/C, Alabama Alabama
Indianapolis’ offensive line isn’t what it used to be. The Colts could stand to find an upgrade for their new quarterback.

Emil Ekiyor can play guard and center.

  17. Pittsburgh Steelers: Henry To’o To’o, LB, Alabama
The Steelers have endured issues at linebacker since Ryan Shazier’s devastating injury. They’ll have to find a solution sometime soon.

Henry To’o To’o is an instinctive linebacker. See where he ranks in our 2023 NFL Draft Prospect Rankings.

Pick change; previously Charlie Jones, WR

  18. Detroit Lions: Clark Phillips, CB, Utah Utah
The Lions may opt to select their second cornerback here to make sure they’re terrific against the pass for when they battle the Eagles in the playoffs.

Clark Phillips has some size issues, but has plenty of talent as a potential slot corner.

  19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Wanya Morris, OT, Oklahoma Oklahoma
The Buccaneers have someone named Brandon Walton slated to be the starter. They’d be better off with Brandon Walsh at this point.

Wanya Morris needs to get stronger, but he’s an athletic blocker.

  20. Seattle Seahawks: Jaylon Jones, CB, Texas A&M Texas A&M
The Seahawks could stand to add another mid-round talented cornerback to their secondary.

Jaylon Jones is an instinctive cornerback with good speed and athleticism.

  21. Miami Dolphins: Colby Wooden, DE/DT, Auburn
The Dolphins aren’t very strong on the defensive line, so they could stand to add some talent to it.

  22. Los Angeles Chargers: Noah Sewell, LB, Oregon Oregon
The Chargers have struggled to stop the run for quite some time. They need help in that regard, so perhaps they’ll finally solidify their weak linebacking corps.

Noah Sewell is a big linebacker, but covers well for one. See where he ranks in our 2023 NFL Draft Prospect Rankings.

Pick change; previously Blake Freeland, OT

  23. Baltimore Ravens: Xavier Hutchinson, WR, Iowa State Iowa State
The Ravens would love Zay Flowers at No. 22, but he didn’t drop to them. They may have to wait until this pick to find a wideout.

Xavier Hutchinson is a quality route-runner with solid hands.

Pick change; previously D.J. Turner, CB

  24. Minnesota Vikings: Tre’Vius Hodges-Tomlinson, CB, TCU TCU
The Vikings have an extremely weak group of cornerbacks, save for Byron Murphy. They’ll need two or three corners from this class.

Tre’Vius Hodges-Tomlinson is only 5-9, but he has great coverage skills as a fast and athletic prospect.

Pick change; previously Xavier Hutchinson, WR

  25. Jacksonville Jaguars: Antonio Johnson, S/CB, Texas A&M Texas A&M
The Jaguars need to continue working on their putrid secondary, which must improve if they’re to beat some of the elite teams in the AFC.

Antonio Johnson is a huge 6-3 cornerback who performed at a high level this past season. He may play safety in the NFL.

  26. New York Giants: Jarrett Patterson, C, Notre Dame Notre Dame
The Giants may lose Jon Feliciano this offseason, so they’ll need to re-sign or replace him.

Jarrett Patterson didn’t surrender a sack in his collegiate career.

  27. Dallas Cowboys: Anthony Bradford, G/OT, LSU
The Cowboys have a big need at guard, so they could address the position at some point during the first two days.

Anthony Bradford was a huge winner at the combine, looking smooth in the drills.

  28. Buffalo Bills: Joe Tippman, C/G, Wisconsin Wiscons
The Bills need to bolster Josh Allen’s pass protection, which they can do at some point on Day 2.

  29. Cincinnati Bengals: Siaki Ika, NT, Baylor
If the Bengals continue to draft for the future, they’ll consider selecting a nose tackle because D.J. Reader is entering his contract year.

Siaki Ika is a massive nose tackle who can apply a bit of pressure on the quarterback.

Pick change; previously Brenton Cox, DE/OLB

  30. Carolina Panthers: Darius Rush, CB, South Carolina
The Panthers want to find an upgrade at cornerback, so perhaps they’ll select one in Rounds 2-4.

Darius Rush is a big and fast cornerback who has performed well the past two years.

Pick change; previously Julian Brents, CB

  31. Philadelphia Eagles: Mekhi Blackmon, CB, USC USC
Darius Slay and James Bradberry have been an amazing duo, but both will be 30-plus heading into 2023. The Eagles will need to replace one of them soon.

Mekhi Blackmon is a small cornerback, but he has great speed. He was terrific at the Senior Bowl.

Pick change; previously Zach Charbonnet, RB

  32. Kansas City Chiefs: Marvin Mims, WR, Oklahoma
Receiver is a big need for the Chiefs, who lost JuJu Smith-Schuster this offseason.

Pick change; previously Josh Downs, WR

  33. Arizona Cardinals: Jarrick Bernard-Converse, CB, LSU LSU
If the Cardinals don’t trade down and select Christian Gonzalez, they’ll have to obtain a cornerback on Day 2.

Jarrick Bernard-Converse has good size, quickness and athleicism.

Pick change; previously Blake Freeland, OT

  34. Washington Redskins: Eli Ricks, CB, Alabama Alabama
Cornerback has been a huge problem for the Redskins in recent years, so the team could double up on the position.

Eli Ricks is a 6-2 cornerback who had a breakout ’21 season for Alabama.

  35. Cleveland Browns: Gervon Dexter, DT, Florida Florida
The Browns had one of the worst run defenses in the NFL last year, so they’ll need to make sure that doesn’t happen again.

Gervon Dexter is a lengthy defensive lineman with plus quickness and strength.

  36. San Francisco 49ers: Ryan Hayes, G/OT, Michigan Michigan
The 49ers need a new right tackle to replace free agent Mike McGlinchey and someone to eventually take over for Trent Williams once he retires.

Ryan Hayes struggled against Georgia in the ’22 college football semi-final, but did well the following year.

  37. Las Vegas Raiders: Tucker Kraft, TE, South Dakota State South Dakota State
The Raiders’ starting tight end right now is Austin Hooper, so something must be done about this.

Tucker Kraft is raw, but possesses quality upside.

  38. San Francisco 49ers: Ji’Ayir Brown, S, Penn State Penn State
Jimmie Ward left via free agency, so the 49ers will have to find a new safety this offseason.

Ji’Ayir Brown has great instincts, but he’s short and lacks length.

  39. San Francisco 49ers: Kayshon Boutte, WR, LSU LSU
Now with three picks in the third round, the 49ers can afford to take a chance on a player who could upgrade their receiving corps.

Kayshon Boutte had gotten rave reviews for his speed and athleticism. He had a huge game versus Georgia at the end of the year. He initially said that he will be returning to LSU, but he then changed his mind and declared for the 2023 NFL Draft. However, he really struggled at the combine.
