  1. Chicago Bears: Olusegun Oluwatimi, C, Michigan Michigan
Here’s one more offensive line upgrade for the Bears, who need a new center.

Olusegun Oluwatimi could be limited to center because of a lack of length.

Pick change; previously Gervon Dexter, DT

  2. Houston Texans: Jarrick Bernard-Converse, CB, LSU LSU
The Texans drafted Derek Stingley last year, but they were hurting for better play across from him.

Jarrick Bernard-Converse has good size, quickness and athleicism.

  3. Arizona Cardinals: Malik Cunningham, QB, Louisville Louisville
The Cardinals have some issues with Kyler Murray, so they may want to spend a mid-round pick on a quarterback.

Malik Cunningham is a dual-threat quarterback with plenty of upside.

  4. Indianapolis Colts: Yaya Diaby, DE, Louisville Louisville
Yannick Ngakoue could leave via free agency this offseason, so here’s a potential replacement.

Yaya Diaby has nice size and showed a strong pass-rushing ability when he recorded nine sacks last year. He had a tremendous 10-yard split at the combine.

  5. New England Patriots: Wanya Morris, OT, Oklahoma Oklahoma
The Patriots have a couple of free agent tackles, so they may pursue multiple offensive linemen.

Wanya Morris needs to get stronger, but he’s an athletic blocker.

  6. Denver Broncos: Rashee Rice, WR, SMU SMU
One of Courtland Sutton or Jerry Jeudy could be traded, while Tim Patrick is coming off a torn ACL. The Broncos may target a receiver in Rounds 3-5.

Rashee Rice projects as a solid No. 2 receiver in the NFL.

Pick change; previously Richard Gouraige, OT/G

  7. Las Vegas Raiders: Kenny McIntosh, RB, Georgia Georgia
Josh Jacobs may leave the team after this season, so the Raiders will likely be looking to obtain another running back.

Kenny McIntosh flashed in a relief role prior to the ’22 season. He’s an excellent receiver.

  8. Atlanta Falcons: Andrei Iosivas, WR, Princeton Princeton
Calvin Ridley is gone, so Atlanta is in the market for another receiver.

Andrei Iosivas has an impressive combination of size and speed.

  9. Cleveland Browns: Chase Brown, RB, Illinois Illinois
Kareem Hunt and D’Ernest Johnson are free agents, so the Browns will need another running back.

Chase Brown is a power runner with plus receiving ability.

  10. New York Jets: Nick Hampton, LB, Appalachian State Appalachian State
The Jets need to improve their ability to defend the middle of the field.

Nick Hampton is a very versatile linebacker.

Pick change; previously Jayden Reed, WR

  11. Atlanta Falcons: Dontayvion Wicks, WR, Virginia Virginia
I suspect the Falcons will double up on receivers during the 2023 NFL Draft.

Dontayvion Wicks is a lengthy receiver who broke out during his ’21 season.

Pick change; previously Rashee Rice, WR

  12. Carolina Panthers: Richard Gouraige, OT/G, Florida Florida
This should be the latest the Panthers come around to defending their poor offensive line.

Richard Gouraige is a better run blocker than pass protector. He can move inside to guard.

Pick change; previously Tucker Kraft, TE

  13. New Orleans Saints: Aidan O’Connell, QB, Purdue Purdue
The Saints could target a quarterback earlier than this, as they’ll need to find a franchise signal-caller for the long term.

Aidan O’Connell has a nice arm, but possesses issues with accuracy.

  14. Green Bay Packers: Micah Baskerville, LB, LSU
The Packers could stand to bolster the middle of the defense to help improve against the run.

Micah Baskerville is a fast linebacker who hounded opposing running backs well at LSU.

  15. New England Patriots: Rakim Jarrett, WR, Maryland Maryland
The Patriots need to continue to bolster their dreadful receiving corps.

Rakim Jarrett didn’t have big production this past year. He can play outside or in the slot.

  16. Washington Redskins: Cameron Latu, TE, Alabama Alabama
The Redskins are likely to lose Logan Thomas, but they needed a boost at tight end anyway.

Cameron Latu has good size and athleticism.

  17. Minnesota Vikings: Jayden Reed, WR, Michigan State Michigan State
The Vikings just lost Adam Thielen, so they’ll need to obtain another receiver at some point.

Jayden Reed is a smaller receiver, but he’s also very dangerous in terms of breaking big plays.

Pick change; previously Sydney Brown, S

  18. Pittsburgh Steelers: Andre Carter, DE/OLB, Army Army
The Steelers were 8-2 with T.J. Watt last year, which means they were 1-6 without him. Better edge-rushing depth is needed.

Andre Carter disappointed in his final season at Army.

  19. Jacksonville Jaguars: Zach Harrison, DE, Ohio State
Jacksonville could lose their pass-rushing depth to free agency, so they may want to find someone else to play on the edge.

Zach Harrison has nice potential with his athletic ability.

  20. Kansas City Chiefs: Luke Schoonmaker, TE, Michigan Michigan
Travis Kelce is entering his mid-30s, so the Chiefs may want to find a successor.

Luke Schoonmaker did well in all regards when filling in for an injured Erick All.

  21. Seattle Seahawks: Jaren Hall, QB, BYU BYU
Geno Smith had a great comeback story, but the Seahawks need a viable starting quarterback for the long term.

Jaren Hall is a rushing threat who has a quality arm.

  22. Baltimore Ravens: Dawand Jones, OT, Ohio State Ohio State
Baltimore could stand to improve its pass protection for whichever quarterback starts under center for them next year.

Dawand Jones is a massive tackle who figures to have issues against speeed rushers.

  23. Los Angeles Chargers: Tyler Scott, WR, Cincinnati
Keenan Allen may depart, so here’s a potential replacement for him.

Tyler Scott is a small slot receiver, but he has major quickness.

  24. Cleveland Browns: Charlie Jones, WR, Purdue Purdue
The Browns are top-heavy at receiver, but don’t have much depth at the position.

Charlie Jones is a shifty route-runner with reliable hands.

  25. Jacksonville Jaguars: Anthony Johnson, CB, Virginia Virginia
Jacksonville struggled to stop the pass, so here’s some cornerback depth.

Anthony Johnson is a big cornerback who needs to show that he’s agile enough to run with speed receivers.

Pick change; previously Jakorian Bennett, CB

  26. New York Giants: Tre’Vius Hodges-Tomlinson, CB, TCU TCU
The Giants never replaced James Bradberry. They could double up at this weak position.

Tre’Vius Hodges-Tomlinson is only 5-9, but he has great coverage skills as a fast and athletic prospect.

  27. Dallas Cowboys: Demarco Hellams, S, Alabama Alabama
Donovan Wilson is an impending free agent, so the Cowboys figure to target a safety at some point.

Demarco Hellams needs to show improved pass-coverage ability.

  28. Buffalo Bills: Ji’Ayir Brown, S, Penn State Penn State
The Bills have talented safeties, but they’re getting up there in age.

Ji’Ayir Brown has great instincts, but he’s short and lacks length.

  29. Cincinnati Bengals: Matthew Bergeron, OT, Syracuse Syracuse
The Bengals lost in the playoffs because they had injuries to their offensive line. Better depth is needed, even after the Orlando Brown signing.

Matthew Bergeron played both tackle spots at Syracuse. He has quality size.

  30. Carolina Panthers: Keeanu Benton, DT, Wisconsin Wisconsin
The Panthers need to improve their play in the interior of their defense.

Keeanu Benton has a nice skill set and upside.

  31. Chicago Bears: Rashad Torrence, S, Florida Florida
The Bears are razor thin in the secondary, so that needs to change.

Rashad Torrence is a very instinctive safety.

  32. Kansas City Chiefs: Byron Young, DE, Tennessee Tennessee
The Chiefs’ pass rush improved late in the year, but it could still stand to be better.

Byron Young is undersized, but has dangerous speed and athleticism.

  33. New England Patriots: Brenton Cox, DE/OLB, Florida Florida
Teams will never hesitate to add to their pass-rushing depth.

Brenton Cox has a nice skill set and plenty of athleticism and upside, but he comes with off-the-field issues.
