  1. Cincinnati Bengals: Jacob Phillips, LB, LSU
The Bengals have the worst linebacking corps in the NFL, so they’ll need to make multiple upgrades to that area this offseason.

Jacob Phillips has been an extremely productive linebacker for LSU. The physical defender was a five-star recruit.

  2. Washington Redskins: Troy Pride, CB, Notre Dame
Josh Norman’s play has completely fallen off, and he’s now one of the worst cornerbacks in the league. The Redskins will need someone new to start across from Quinton Dunbar.

Troy Pride is expected to run 4.3 at the combine.

  3. Detroit Lions: Dylan Moses, LB, Alabama
Matt Patricia needs a centerpiece for his defense, as the Lions have struggled to cover in space for quite a while.

Dylan Moses, a former five-star recruit, missed a chunk of his freshman campaign, but was very productive as a sophomore. Unfortunately, Moses tore his ACL early in 2019.

  4. New York Jets: Nick Harris, C, Washington
The Jets were so desperate at center that they brought in Ryan Kalil prior to the season. Kalil ended up being terrible, so the Jets will need to find a new center.

Nick Harris is a bit undersized and lacks length, but he’s a good player who could be a third-round pick.

  5. Miami Dolphins: Kendrick Rogers, WR, Texas A&M
I’m sure the Dolphins will use their team option on DeVante Parker this offseason, but I don’t know if they’ll re-sign him beyond 2020. Here’s a potential starting receiver for 2021 and beyond.

Kendrick Rogers has flashed some major upside, but he’ll need to show improved durability to be chosen in the first round.

  6. Carolina Panthers: Kyle Dugger, S, Lenoir-Rhyne
The Panthers improved their pass defense this season, but Tre Boston, one of the team’s starting safeties, will be entering free agency in March. Carolina will need a replacement for him if he departs.

Kyle Dugger is big and quick, and he possesses an excellent skill set.

Pick change; previously Kamren Curl, S

  7. Jacksonville Jaguars: Kamren Curl, S, Arkansas
Jacksonville’s secondary took a massive hit when the team traded Jalen Ramsey, but it also had issues at safety beforehand, so that position needs to be addressed as well.

Pick change; previously Shyheum Carter, CB

  8. Los Angeles Chargers: Marvin Wilson, DT, Florida State
The Chargers don’t stop the run well and struggle to generate interior pressure. They can get two birds stoned at the same time with this selection.

Pick change; previously Paddy Fisher, LB

  9. Arizona Cardinals: Ashtyn Davis, S, California
The Cardinals have been atrocious versus tight ends this year, so they’ll need to acquire multiple players to help address this weakness.

  10. Cleveland Browns: Brandon Aiyuk, WR, Arizona State
Odell Beckham Jr. doesn’t seem to be too happy in Cleveland. Perhaps the Browns will draft some insurance.

Brandon Aiyuk had a monster 2019 campaign and seems to have moved himself into second-day consideration.

Pick change; previously Collin Johnson, WR

  11. Atlanta Falcons: Jonathan Taylor, RB, Wisconsin
The Falcons can’t count on Devonta Freeman staying healthy, so they may want a better backup running back than the pedestrian Brian Hill.

  12. New York Jets: Curtis Weaver, DE/OLB, Boise State
The Jets don’t have much of an edge rush, so they’ll need to find someone who can help them get after the quarterback.

Curtis Weaver had a ridiculous 11 sacks as a freshman. He’ll have to be an edge player in a 3-4 defense. He has skill-set limitations that will keep him limited to Day 2.

  13. Denver Broncos: Justin Madubuike, DT, Texas A&M
Derek Wolfe always seems to get hurt, so the Broncos could take a defensive tackle in Rounds 2-4 of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Justin Madubuike was a disruptive force in the interior of the Aggies’ defensive line this past season, logging 11.5 TFLs and 5.5 sacks.

  14. Indianapolis Colts: Collin Johnson, WR, Texas
The Colts still have major issues at receiver when T.Y. Hilton misses action. They’ll address this issue one of these years.

Collin Johnson has great upside and athleticism for someone with his frame (6-6, 212).

Pick change; previously Tarik Black, WR

  15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU
The Buccaneers have endured issues at cornerback for years. Perhaps they’ll finally fix those problems this offseason. Kristian Fulton has first-round talent, but an extensive injury history could keep him out of the opening frame.

  16. Las Vegas Raiders: Bryce Hall, CB, Virginia
The Raiders traded away Gareon Conley, so they’ll be in search for more cornerback help to aid their poor secondary. Bryce Hall is a tall (6-1, 200) and fast cornerback.

  17. Las Vegas Raiders: Jordan Elliott, DT, Missouri
The Raiders could use another presence on the defensive line to aid a weak pass rush.

Pick change; previously Marvin Wilson, DT

  18. Dallas Cowboys: Lavert Hill, CB, Michigan
It wouldn’t hurt for the Cowboys to bolster their secondary, as they are weaker against the pass than the run.

  19. Denver Broncos: Shyheum Carter, CB, Alabama
The Broncos’ corners haven’t been the same since losing Aqib Talib. There’s even talk that Chris Harris Jr. could be traded.

Pick change; previously A.J. Green, CB

  20. Los Angeles Rams: Tommy Kraemer, G, Notre Dame
The Rams continue to bolster their offensive line, as they have the worst blocking unit in the NFL (excluding the Dolphins.)

  21. Philadelphia Eagles: Tarik Black, WR, Michigan
Considering the durability issues of the Eagles’ top receivers, it shouldn’t surprise anyone if they use multiple selections on the position.

Tarik Black has great size (6-3, 215) and speed, but hasn’t been able to stay healthy.

Pick change; previously Stephen Guidry, WR

  22. Tennessee Titans: A.J. Green, CB, Oklahoma State
The Titans may lose Logan Ryan next offseason when he hits free agency. Here’s a potential replacement.

Pick change; previously Marlon Davidson, DE/OLB

  23. Buffalo Bills: Eno Benjamin, RB, Arizona State
Frank Gore won’t be around much longer, so the Bills will need a viable backup behind Devin Singletary.

Eno Benjamin has shown better receiving ability, so he could be chosen in the second round.

  24. Minnesota Vikings: Paddy Fisher, LB, Northwestern
The Vikings struggle to cover in space, so I expect that issue to be prevalent this season. Perhaps they’ll finally upgrade their linebacking corps.

Paddy Fisher was unbelievably productive for Northwestern despite being a freshman. He’s become one of the top linebackers in the Big Ten.

Pick change; previously Jordan Elliott, DT

  25. Las Vegas Raiders: Erroll Thompson, LB, Mississippi State
The Raiders could add a second player to help their putrid linebacking corps.

Erroll Thompson projects as a two-down run defender.

  26. Kansas City Chiefs: Levi Onwuzurike, DT, Washington
The Chiefs need to do something to bolster their poor run defense.

  27. Houston Texans: Isaiah Wilson, OT, Georgia
The Texans need to continue to bolster their pedestrian offensive line.

Isaiah Wilson is a dominant run blocker who has the potential to be an elite pass protector.

Pick change; previously Calvin Throckmorton, OT/C

  28. Green Bay Packers: Marcus Norman, OT, South Florida
The Packers should find some depth on their offensive line and a possible successor for Bryan Bulaga.

Marcus Norman had a great 2018 season, as scouts have been impressed with his length and athleticism.

  29. New England Patriots: Tyler Johnson, WR, Minnesota
The Patriots could aim to find some safety youth, as they have some older players at the position.

    Tyler Johnson is a sound receiver; he’s a good route-runner and is a sure-handed pass-catcher.

  30. New Orleans Saints: Jared Pinkney, TE, Vanderbilt
Here’s another new weapon for Drew Brees (and eventually Taysom Hill), as Jared Cook is just a short-term solution.

  31. Denver Broncos: Prince Tega Wanogho, OT, Auburn
The Broncos will have to consider finding some competition for the oft-penalized Garett Bolles.

Prince Tega Wanogho is an athletic tackle who could play on the blind side in the pros. He’s raw, so he’ll need to be coached up.

Pick change; previously Tylan Wallace, WR

  32. Baltimore Ravens: Travis Etienne, RB, Clemson
Justice Hill hasn’t show much, so I wonder if the Ravens will be interested in adding a new running back to eventually replace Mark Ingram.

Travis Etienne is coming off a huge year. He should work to become a better receiver.
