  1. New York Jets: Simmie Cobbs Jr., WR, Indiana
    Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker are gone. Jermaine Kearse and Quincy Enunwa are not viable starters. The Jets need help at receiver.

  2. Indianapolis Colts: Jerome Baker, LB, Ohio State
    The Colts did little to help their very weak inside linebacker group, which struggled to defend tight ends and pass-catching running backs last year.

    Jerome Baker was second on Ohio State in tackles last year, taking advantage of the injury to Dante Booker. Baker has a great combination of speed and athleticism.

  3. San Francisco 49ers: Deon Cain, WR, Clemson
    The 49ers have just one viable receiver in Pierre Garcon. That definitely needs to change if Kirk Cousins is to have success in San Francisco.

  4. Cincinnati Bengals: Mitch Hyatt, OT, Clemson
    Based on what happened in the shutout loss to the Ravens, no one should be surprised if the Bengals double up on offensive tackles in the first couple of rounds in the 2018 NFL Draft.

  5. Cleveland Browns: Jordan Thomas, CB, Oklahoma
    The Browns spent their first-round picks on offense. Helping the defense now would make sense, and I would expect them to use two selections on improving the secondary.

  6. Chicago Bears: Courtland Sutton, WR, SMU
    The Bears lost Cameron Meredith to a devastating injury. Meredith may never be the same, unfortunately, so a receiver should be added early in the 2018 NFL Draft. Courtland Sutton shocked many by going back to school because had a chance to be a first-round this April.

  7. Jacksonville Jaguars: Mark Andrews, TE, Oklahoma
    The Jaguars could use Mark Andrews, as they don’t have anything at tight end in the wake of the Julius Thomas trade.

  8. Buffalo Bills: Deebo Samuel, WR, South Carolina
    The Bills will want to pair their new quarterback with an offensive weapon. Deebo Samuel makes sense as someone who could start across from Zay Jones.

  9. Cleveland Browns: Tyquan Lewis, DE, Ohio State
    The Browns could stand to add some pass-rushing depth with one of their countless selections in the first two rounds, and in this case, they’re just taking the best player available.

  10. San Francisco 49ers: Dontavius Russell, DT, Auburn
    If the 49ers are going to keep Arik Armstead on the edge with Solomon Thomas, they’ll need another defensive tackle in their new 4-3 defense.

  11. Washington Redskins: Billy Price, G/C, Ohio State
    The Redskins will need to protect their new quarterback, which is not something they can do for Kirk Cousins at the moment. I don’t know what happened to their offensive line, but it has regressed tremendously.

  12. Arizona Cardinals: Nick Fitzgerald, QB, Mississippi State
    There was great speculation that the Cardinals would take a quarterback this past draft. I never bought into that because Arizona doesn’t let information leak out like that. However, the fact remains that the Cardinals need to find a successor for Carson Palmer.



  13. Miami Dolphins: Troy Fumagalli, TE, Wisconsin
    The Dolphins could add another offensive weapon. Addressing tight end makes sense, as I don’t have much hope for Julius Thomas.

  14. New York Giants: Derrius Guice, RB, LSU
    The Giants could acquire a new running back if Paul Perkins doesn’t prove to be a capable every-down runner.

  15. Buffalo Bills: Orlando Brown, OT, Oklahoma
    It was shocking to me that the Bills didn’t address their woeful right tackle situation this offseason; Dion Dawkins was drafted, but he’s more of a guard. That’s something they’ll have to do next spring.




  16. Los Angeles Chargers: Jordan Whitehead, S, Pittsburgh
    It was surprising to see the Chargers pass on Malik Hooker after he fell into their laps. An early safety could be in play in the 2018 NFL Draft.

  17. Carolina Panthers: Timon Parris, OT, Stony Brook
    The Panthers have been weak at tackle for several years now, so they need to make sure they can shore up the position sometime soon.

  18. Detroit Lions: Bo Scarbrough, RB, Alabama
    Ameer Abdullah is extremely talented, but he hasn’t been able to stay healthy. If he gets banged up again this year, Detroit could opt to move on with another running back.

  19. Minnesota Vikings: Dre’Mont Jones, DT, Ohio State
    The Vikings have been very disappointed with Sharrif Floyd, who hasn’t been able to stay healthy. Their run defense has suffered as a result, so they could opt to address the situation in the 2018 NFL Draft.

  20. Baltimore Ravens: Nick Chubb, RB, Georgia
    The Ravens can’t trust Kenneth Dixon anymore, so they’ll need to find an upgrade over Terrance West.

  21. Denver Broncos: Malik Jefferson, LB, Texas
    The Broncos had two huge needs entering the offseason. One was their offensive line, which was addressed, but not nearly enough. The second was the inside linebacker group, which wasn’t touched. Denver liked Haason Reddick, but he was chosen seven spots earlier than its selection. The Broncos can finally obtain the answer with this choice.



  22. Tennessee Titans: Carlton Davis, CB, Auburn
    The Titans had a serious need at cornerback entering the 2017 NFL Draft. That’s still the case. They selected Adoree Jackson to fill a void, but another cornerback should’ve been added as well.

  23. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Royce Freeman, RB, Oregon
    The Buccaneers are taking a chance on Doug Martin reverting back to 2015 form. We’ll see if that happens. If not, they’ll be looking for a running back early in the 2018 NFL Draft.

  24. Dallas Cowboys: Antonio Callaway, WR, Florida
    The Cowboys could use another threat in the receiving corps, and they’ve shown that they’re willing to take chances on troubled players. Antonio Callway has some major off-the-field issues, but some team could give him a shot in the second round.

  25. New York Jets: Jamarco Jones, OT, Ohio State
    The Jets can address any position early in the 2018 NFL Draft with it making sense, excluding safety. Something they must do is bolster their poor offensive line to protect Sam Darnold.

  26. New England Patriots: Tony Brown, CB, Alabama
    The Patriots haven’t traded Malcolm Butler, but it doesn’t sound like he’ll be on the team much longer, so here’s a replacement.

  27. Cleveland Browns: Martinas Rankin, OT, Mississippi State
    We’ll see if Shon Coleman can remedy the Browns’ hole at right tackle. If not, Cleveland could search for an upgrade at the position early in the 2018 NFL Draft.

  28. Kansas City Chiefs: Duke Ejiofor, DE, Wake Forest
    It doesn’t seem like Tamba Hali will be around much longer, so the Chiefs should look into adding another edge rusher.

  29. Green Bay Packers: Brian Allen, C, Michigan State
    The Packers lost one center this offseason, and they could end up seeing the other depart, as Corey Linsley is a free agent next spring.

  30. Oakland Raiders: Jaire Alexander, CB, Louisville
    Sean Smith has consistency and legal issues, so he may not be on Oakland’s roster for much longer.

  31. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jarrett Stidham, QB, Auburn
    Ben Roethlisberger has discussed retirement, so the Steelers need to think about using an early selection on a quarterback.

  32. Atlanta Falcons: Vita Vea, NT, Washington
    The Falcons have three defensive linemen set to hit free agency next spring, so this is an area they could attack in the 2018 NFL Draft.
