  1. Cleveland Browns: Cordrea Tankersley, CB, Clemson
Joe Haden is off to a terrific start this season, but the Browns have nothing else at cornerback. That’ll obviously need to change, and this draft is loaded with talented players at the positon.

Pick change; previously Roderick Johnson, OT

  2. Buffalo Bills: Courtland Sutton, WR, SMU
It’s unclear why the Bills didn’t find an upgrade over Robert Woods this offseason, but they need to obtain another receiver to take the pressure off Sammy Watkins.

Pick change; previously Jalen Reeves-Maybin, LB

  3. San Francisco 49ers: JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, USC
I don’t understand why the 49ers avoided addressing the receiver position until late in the 2016 NFL Draft. How did they not realize that they have such a huge need in that area?

  4. Chicago Bears: Roderick Johnson, OT, Florida State
The interior of Chicago’s line is stout, but the two tackles are horrible, as both the Texans and Eagles teed off on Jay Cutler in the first two games.

Pick change; previously Chad Kelly, QB

  5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Dan Feeney, G, Indiana
The Jaguars are trying Luke Joeckel at guard, but it doesn’t appear as though he’s cutting it there either. They’ll have to spend an early selection on a guard. Dan Feeney won’t be able to teach his teammates much until he’s a veteran, but he could provide an upgrade on the interior of the offensive line.

Pick change; previously Dorian Johnson, G

  6. Indianapolis Colts: Reuben Foster, ILB, Alabama
The Colts just might have the slowest linebacking corps in the history of the NFL. Detroit’s two running backs danced circles around Indianapolis’ defense, so this obviously needs to change.

Pick change; previously Anthony Walker, ILB

  7. New Orleans Saints: Dorian Johnson, G, Pittsburgh
The Saints struggled to block against the Giants, as Andrus Peat is not making a good transition to guard. The interior line needs to be addressed.

Pick change; previously Dan Feeney, G

  8. Atlanta Falcons: Julie’n Davenport, OT, Bucknell
Ryan Schraeder has played well for the Falcons at right tackle, but he’s an impending free agent. Perhaps Atlanta fans won’t be so possessive of Schraeder if they can acquire Julie’n Davenport, a rising prospect.

  9. Los Angeles Rams: Pat Elflein, C/G, Ohio State
The Rams have been weak at center for what seems like decades. OK, it hasn’t been that long, but the position has been a problem for them for a very long time. It’s time to finally end that.

  10. Washington Redskins: Chad Kelly, QB, Ole Miss
If Kirk Cousins continues to disappoint, it’s hard to imagine him being back in Washington next year. If he leaves, the Redskins will obviously have to find a new quarterback.

Pick change; previously Justin Evans, S

  11. Dallas Cowboys: Evan Engram, TE, Ole Miss
Jason Witten doesn’t have much time remaining in the NFL, so the Cowboys could stand to use an early selection on a tight end. Evan Engram has drawn comparisons to Jordan Reed.

Pick change; previously Courtland Sutton, WR

  12. Miami Dolphins: Nick Chubb, RB, Georgia
The Dolphins are getting great value here with Nick Chubb. The Georgia back could easily be chosen in the first round. He’d replace the injury-prone Arian Foster and underwhelming Jay Ajayi.

Pick change; previously Dawuane Smoot, DE

  13. Cleveland Browns: Chris Wormley, DE/DT, Michigan
Desmond Bryant, 31 in December, will be entering his contract year after the 2016 campaign, all while coming off a torn ACL. The Browns spent a third-round pick on Carl Nassib this past April, but perhaps another early choice could be used on the defensive line.

  14. San Diego Chargers: Davis Webb, QB, California
Philip Rivers turns 35 in December, so it might be time for the Chargers to find a successor for him.

  15. Baltimore Ravens: Jourdan Lewis, CB, Michigan
It was surprising to see the Ravens ignore their need for a cornerback until the fourth round of this past draft. I don’t expect that to happen again.

  16. Oakland Raiders: Sidney Jones, CB, Washington
The Raiders paid Sean Smith $40 million, but he hasn’t been able to cover anyone. If he continues to play this way, he’ll be out of a job in no time.

Pick change; previously Carl Lawson, DE/OLB

  17. Philadelphia Eagles: Cooper Kupp, WR, Eastern Washington
The Eagles have nothing across from Jordan Matthews, aside from some projects like Dorial Green-Beckham and Paul Turner. If neither steps up this year, Philadelphia will be in the market for a new No. 2 receiver.

  18. New York Jets: Zach Cunningham, ILB, Vanderbilt
Here’s more linebacker help for the Jets, who may want to find a long-term companion for Darron Lee. David Harris won’t be around much longer.

Pick change; previously Tim Williams, DE/OLB

  19. Detroit Lions: Marshaun Lattimore, CB, Ohio State
The Lions have a stud cornerback in Darius Slay, but they have a void across from him. Rashean Mathis has retired, and that need wasn’t filled this past offseason.

  20. Seattle Seahawks: Carl Lawson, DE/OLB, Auburn
I thought there was a good chance that the Seahawks would upgrade their edge rush this offseason, but they didn’t pull the trigger. They can make amends for that at this juncture.

Pick change; previously Marquis Haynes, DE/OLB

  21. New York Giants: Wayne Gallman, RB, Clemson
The Giants are pretty weak at running back, as the injury-prone Rashad Jennings is the favorite to lead the team in carries this year. That’s obviously not great news, so New York could opt to select a solid prospect at the position.

  22. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Justin Evans, S, Texas A&M
Tampa’s safeties were utterly embarrassed in the blowout loss at Arizona. The Buccaneers desperately need to upgrade that position.

Pick change; previously Jake Butt, TE

  23. Kansas City Chiefs: Anthony Walker, ILB, Northwestern
The Chiefs could spend a second-day selection on an inside linebacker, given that Derrick Johnson is nearing retirement.

Pick change; previously Mitch Leidner, QB

  24. Denver Broncos: Jarron Jones, DE/DT, Notre Dame
Even if Adam Gotsis pans out, the Broncos could stand to spend an early draft choice on a defensive end, as they need to get Jared Crick out of their rotation.

  25. Houston Texans: Da’Shawn Hand, DE/DT, Alabama
The Texans were expected to target a replacement for Jared Crick in the 2016 NFL Draft, but never got a chance to.

  26. Arizona Cardinals: Adam Bisnowaty, OT, Pittsburgh
The Cardinals’ offensive line has one weak spot, which would happen to be right tackle. D.J. Humphries has been a major disappointment thus far, and competition could be added.

Pick change; previously Sidney Jones, CB

  27. Carolina Panthers: Eddie Jackson, S, Alabama
The Panthers spent most of the 2016 NFL Draft upgrading their cornerback position. The safety group also needs to be upgraded.

  28. Cincinnati Bengals: Charles Walker, DT, Oklahoma
Andrew Billings appears to be a great value pick, but the Bengals could still stand to add some talent to the interior of their defensive line.

  29. Green Bay Packers: Jake Butt, TE, Michigan
It’s hard to get behind Jared Cook, who has been a disappointment throughout his career. If he doesn’t step up this offseason, the Packers could opt to use an early pick on a tight end like Jake Butt.

Pick change; previously Samaje Perine, RB

  30. New England Patriots: Sam Hubbard, DE, Ohio State
The Patriots traded Chandler Jones, but never found someone to replace him. Here’s a potential solution.

  31. Minnesota Vikings: Armani Watts, S, Texas A&M
The Vikings have needed help next to Harrison Smith for quite some time now, so perhaps this is when they’ll finally find a solution.

  32. Pittsburgh Steelers: Budda Baker, S, Washington
The Steelers surrendered some big gains to the Redskins, as their safeties were smoked on occasion. They could use some help at the position.

Pick change; previously Marcus Williams, S
