  1. Buffalo Bills: Malachi Dupre, WR, LSU
    It’s puzzling as to why the Bills didn’t find an upgrade across from Sammy Watkins this offseason. Robert Woods is one of the weaker second receivers in the NFL, so something absolutely needs to be done about this.

    Malachi Dupre caught just 14 passes as a freshman, but he was considered the No. 1 receiver in the country coming out of his high school class, so he was expected to improve. That’s exactly what he did, as his line of 43-698-6 was solid, considering he had absolutely no help at quarterback.

  2. Baltimore Ravens: Jalen Reeves-Maybin, LB, Tennessee
    The Ravens could be in the market for a new starting inside linebacker to play next to C.J. Mosley. They currently have nothing there in the wake of Daryl Smith’s departure. Arthur Brown figures to struggle there this upcoming season.

  3. Washington Redskins: Ethan Pocic, C/G, LSU
    It wouldn’t have been surprising had the Redskins spent their 2016 first-round pick on Ryan Kelly as a way to shore up their offensive line. However, Kelly was snatched off the board three picks earlier, so here’s Washington’s chance to obtain a stud center.



  4. Oakland Raiders: Christian McCaffrey, RB/WR, Stanford
    The Raiders would’ve jumped all over Ezekiel Elliott if given the chance, but they obviously weren’t able to obtain him. They’re definitely in need of a starting running back, as the coaching staff doesn’t trust Latavius Murray all that much.

  5. Dallas Cowboys: Desmond King, CB, Iowa
    The Cowboys blew it by passing on Jalen Ramsey. Apparently, cornerbacks who can erase half the field – per their words when describing Ramsey – aren’t valuable commodities. Perhaps the front office will prevent Jerry Jones from making stupid decisions next spring.

  6. Kansas City Chiefs: Jourdan Lewis, CB, Michigan
    The Chiefs spent a first-round selection on a cornerback a couple of years ago. Andy Reid has shown that he’s not afraid of using multiple early choices on the position, so he might just do that here in the wake of losing Sean Smith to the Raiders.



  7. Cincinnati Bengals: Marcus Maye, S, Florida
    The Bengals had a number of key free agents this offseason. They re-signed some of them, but failed to keep Reggie Nelson, who was a valuable member of their defense. Here’s a much-needed replacement if Shawn Williams doesn’t come through.

  8. Carolina Panthers: Mike Williams, WR, Clemson
    This is not a case of the Panthers chasing a position, as they’ve proven that they’ll take the top prospect on their board. However, Mike Williams is the best player available, and he does make sense, as Carolina could use another wideout.

    Mike Williams had a big year for Clemson in 2014, but played just one game last season because of a neck fracture. He’s very talented, however, so if he recovers and performs well in 2016, he’ll be a mid-first-round choice.

  9. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jarrad Davis, LB, Florida
    I loved the Tyler Matakevich pick, but if he doesn’t flash as a rookie, the Steelers could spend an early-round selection on an eventual replacement for Lawrence Timmons.



  10. Houston Texans: O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama
    The Texans wanted to add a tight end in the 2016 NFL Draft, but never got the opportunity to do so. Here’s their chance with the talented O.J. Howard, who flashed serious ability in the national championship.

  11. Seattle Seahawks: Pat Elflein, C/G, Ohio State
    Seattle’s current plan is to use Germain Ifedi at guard, but the team may change its mind for the long term, as Ifedi is probably better than anything it has at tackle. If so, someone like Pat Elflein could be in consideration at this juncture. Elflein could also be considered at center, so I’m sure Seattle would love his versatility.

  12. Arizona Cardinals: Isaiah Ford, WR, Virginia Tech
    This is a situation where one of the top players on the board happens to fill a need. Wide receiver will have to be addressed next offseason. Larry Fitzgerald has mulled retirement; Michael Floyd will hit free agency in March; and John Brown will be entering his contract year.



  13. Philadelphia Eagles: Mike McGlinchey, OT, Notre Dame
    The Eagles have a first-round pick again in the wake of the Sam Bradford trade. You can check out my Sam Bradford trade grade here.

    Here’s an offensive lineman to protect Carson Wentz. Jason Peters won’t be around much longer, and who knows if Lane Johnson can stay clean? As we’ve discovered, the Eagles don’t have any sort of depth up front, so the situation will only get worse if Peters or Johnson is unavailable in 2017.

  14. Indianapolis Colts: Chris Wormley, DE/DT, Michigan
    With Kendall Langford and Arthur Jones entering their 30s, the Colts may want to find a long-term solution at defensive end to go along with Henry Anderson. Chris Wormley could have been taken 10 selections earlier, making him the best player available.



  15. New England Patriots: Nick Chubb, RB, Georgia
    The Patriots somehow didn’t address the running back position this offseason, so LeGarrette Blount is once again the favorite to lead the team in carries. Blount is untrustworthy, so this simply can’t continue.

  16. Green Bay Packers: Raekwon McMillan, LB, Ohio State
    Will this finally be the year that the Packers address their dire need at inside linebacker early in the NFL Draft? It has to happen sooner or later, right? How much longer can they settle for being very weak there?
