  1. Cleveland Browns: Tanoh Kpassagnon, DE/DT, Villanova
    Desmond Bryant, who was out for all of 2016, is entering his contract year. The Browns should look for a successor.

  2. San Francisco 49ers: Steven Taylor, LB, Houston
    The 49ers are a mess at inside linebacker; they had just one healthy player at the position on the field versus the Falcons. With NaVorro Bowman’s future uncertain, the 49ers need to find help at the position.

  3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Brad Kaaya, QB, Miami
    Brad Kaaya’s stock has slipped, but he’s possibly a bargain in the fourth round. The Jaguars could consider taking him, as they can’t really bench Blake Bortles because they don’t have an alternative. Drafting a quarterback who actually cares about football would be nice.



  4. Chicago Bears: Fish Smithson, S, Kansas
    The Bears might want to think about adding some competiton at safety for Harold Jones-Quartey to play next to Adrian Amos.

  5. Los Angeles Rams: Jerod Evans, QB, Virginia Tech
    The Rams almost have to draft a quarterback at some point because Jared Goof has been that bad. I’ve been covering the NFL for almost 20 years, and the Rams, with Goof, are the worst team I’ve ever seen.

  6. Los Angeles Chargers: Pat Elflein, C/G, Ohio State
    Here’s San Diego’s, I mean, Los Angeles’ chance to help Philip Rivers even more with offensive line help. This is a versatile lineman who can either start at guard or provide depth at center.



  7. Washington Redskins: Isaac Asiata, G, Utah
    Washington’s offensive line has played well this year, but the team has to find an upgrade over guard Shawn Lauvao. A mid-round selection can be used on one.

  8. Carolina Panthers: Travis Rudolph, WR, Florida State
    It wouldn’t hurt if the Panthers drafted a receiver to challenge Devin Funchess, who has been a bust thus far.

  9. Cincinnati Bengals: Roderick Johnson, OT, Florida State
    Cincinnati’s offense sputtered in 2016 for a variety of reasons. An early injury to Tyler Eifert hurt, and then A.J. Green was knocked out of several games before ownership decided that he wouldn’t see the field at all. An issue that was prevalent throughout all of this past year was the massive hole the Bengals had at right tackle. Cedric Ogbuehi struggled terribly, which doesn’t bode well for the future at all because Andrew Whitworth won’t be around much longer.



  10. Chicago Bears: Chad Wheeler, OT, USC
    The Bears have a great interior offensive line, but their tackle situation could definitely stand to improve.

  11. New Orleans Saints: Daeshon Hall, DE, Texas A&M
    The Saints really need to improve their pass rush to combat Matt Ryan, Cam Newton and Jameis Winston, so it shouldn’t surprise anyone if they doubled up on defensive ends.

  12. Philadelphia Eagles: Damore’ea Stringefellow, WR, Ole Miss
    It wouldn’t surprise me at all if the Eagles doubled up at receiver, given how devoid of talent they are at the position.

  13. Arizona Cardinals: Elijah Hood, RB, North Carolina
    Chris Johnson and Andre Ellington are entering free agency, so the Cardinals will need some depth behind David Johnson.

  14. Indianapolis Colts: Deatrich Wise Jr., DE/DT Arkansas
    The Colts are very weak on the defensive line, as Kendall Langford is done, while Arthur Jones was one of many Ryan Grigson free-agent gems, doing nothing despite signing a $33 million contract. Jones is as good as gone, so Indianapolis needs a new five-technique.

  15. Minnesota Vikings: Artavis Scott, WR, Clemson
    The Vikings obviously can’t give up on Laquon Treadwell yet, but they have to be worried that he’ll be another Cordarrelle Patterson. Here’s some insurance.

  16. Baltimore Ravens: Elijah Qualls, DT, Washington
    Whether it’s at outside linebacker or at defensive end, the Ravens absolutely have to upgrade their anemic pass rush. Baltimore doesn’t really have much at defensive end outside of Timmy Jernigan.

  17. Washington Redskins: Shelton Gibson, WR, West Virginia
    With DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon entering free agency, the Redskins will have to find another receiver at some point. Josh Doctson will step in as a starter, but another wideout is needed.

  18. Tennessee Titans: Cordrea Tankersley, CB, Clemson
    Given their major problems at cornerback, the Titans could choose to double up on the position in the first four rounds.

  19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Josh Jones, S, N.C. State
    The Buccaneers had major problems at safety throughout the year, so they could obviously take a player at that position much earlier than this.

  20. Denver Broncos: K.D. Cannon, WR, Baylor
    The Broncos don’t have much at receiver outside of Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders, so they need a viable option in case one goes down with an injury.



  21. Detroit Lions: Jeremy McNichols, RB, Boise State
    Ameer Abdullah hasn’t been able to stay healthy through two seasons, so the Lions should invest in a running back at some point.

  22. Minnesota Vikings: Marlon Mack, RB, South Florida
    If Week 15’s performance was any indication, Adrian Peterson won’t be playing much longer, so the Vikings need to think about finding a successor.

  23. Oakland Raiders: Tanzel Smart, DT, Tulane
    As mentioned earlier, the Raiders happen to be very weak in the defensive interior, so they could stand to double up on defensive tackles.



  24. Houston Texans: Vincent Taylor, DT, Oklahoma State
    The Texans could use another defensive lineman who can place a good amount of pressure on the quarterback as a rotational player.

  25. Kansas City Chiefs: Amba Etta-Tawo, WR, Syracuse
    Jeremy Maclin likely won’t be around in Kansas City much longer because of his salary. The Chiefs could use a mid-round selection on a receiver.

  26. Dallas Cowboys: Chidobe Awuzie, CB, Colorado
    The Cowboys could lose Morris Claiborne to free agency this offseason. If so, they’ll obviously need to find a replacement for the late-bloomer.

  27. Green Bay Packers: David Sharpe, G, Florida
    If the Packers have a weakness on the offensive line, it’s at left guard with Lane Taylor. Josh Sitton has been missed, so here’s some help.

  28. Pittsburgh Steelers: Wayne Gallman, RB, Clemson
    DeAngelo Williams won’t be around much longer, so the Steelers will need a viable backup running back just in case Le’Veon Bell gets suspended again.

  29. Atlanta Falcons: Alex Anzalone, LB, Florida
    Philip Wheeler has played far too many snaps for the Falcons this year, so they should make sure that doesn’t happen again.

  30. New England Patriots: Isaiah Ford, WR, Virginia Tech
    The Patriots signed Michael Floyd, but it’s unclear if he’ll return in 2017 because of his DUI issues.

  31. Cincinnati Bengals: Jalen Robinette, WR, Air Force
    The Bengals suffered a big loss when Marvin Jones departed for Detroit last offseason. They’ll need to add more downfield weapons for Andy Dalton.

  32. Philadelphia Eagles: Dorian Johnson, G, Pittsburgh
    The Eagles could use some interior offensive line depth, especially with Brandon Brooks missing some action last year with anxiety issues.

  33. New York Giants: Carl Lawson, DE/OLB, Auburn
    The Giants spent tons of money on their defensive line, but that doesn’t mean they won’t use an early draft choice on a lineman. Jason Pierre-Paul is an impending free agent.

  34. Los Angeles Rams: Rasul Douglas, CB, West Virginia
    The Rams lost Janoris Jenkins last offseason, and they could stand to lose Trumaine Johnson this spring. If so, a cornerback will desperately be needed.

  35. Cleveland Browns: Samaje Perine, RB, Oklahoma
    The Browns have a billion picks, so they could decide to add a running back at some point.

  36. San Francisco 49ers: Davon Godchaux, DT, LSU
    With the 49ers moving to a 4-3, they’ll need to collect some pieces that happen to fit their defense.

  37. Indianapolis Colts: Chad Williams, WR, Grambling
    The Colts recently used a first-round pick on Phillip Dorsett, but he’s been a complete bust thus far. They could use a mid-round pick on a receiver to provide competition.
