  1. Tennessee Titans: Jeremy Cash, S, Duke
I had the Titans upgrading their cornerback situation atop Round 2. The other position in the secondary needs to be addressed as well.

Pick change; previously Alex McCalister, DE/OLB

  2. Cleveland Browns: Connor Cook, QB, Michigan State
The Browns told Robert Griffin that he would be competing with a young quarterback, so someone like Connor Cook could be an option on Day 2. Cook has some leadership issues, otherwise he’d be going a round earlier than this.

  3. San Diego Chargers: Nick Martin, C, Notre Dame
The Chargers said goodbye to Nick Hardwick last offseason. They’ve tried Chris Watt out as a replacement, but because he’s a natural guard at the center position, he was woeful in 2015 before landing on injured reserve. Here’s a solution.

  4. Dallas Cowboys: Eric Murray, CB, Minnesota
The Cowboys coached Eric Murray at the Senior Bowl, so perhaps they’d consider him at this spot to help their ailing secondary.

Pick change; previously Javon Hargrave, DT

  5. San Francisco 49ers: Joshua Garnett, G, Stanford
The 49ers have multiple holes on the offensive line that need to be addressed in order to protect their new quarterback. The guard situation is dire in the wake of Alex Boone’s departure.

Pick change; previously Connor McGovern, G

  6. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jalen Mills, S, LSU
The Jaguars signed Tashaun Gipson this offseason, but they may not be done at safety. John Cyprien has struggled at the other spot, so here’s some needed competition.

Pick change; previously Vonn Bell, S

  7. Baltimore Ravens: Alex Collins, RB, Arkansas
The Ravens could be searching for a new running back in the Round 3-5 range as an insurance policy for Justin Forsett. Alex Collins certainly makes sense for the offense.

Pick change; previously Xavien Howard, CB

  8. New York Giants: Kyler Fackrell, OLB, Utah State
Jerry Reese hasn’t shown much interest in upgrading the linebacking corps, so he’ll probably hold off on doing so in the first couple of rounds. However, he could pull the trigger in the third frame.

Pick change; previously Christian Westerman, G

  9. Chicago Bears: Christian Hackenberg, QB, Penn State
Jay Cutler will probably be around for just one more year, so the Bears need to think about using an early draft choice on a successor.

Pick change; previously Connor Cook, QB

  10. Miami Dolphins: Kenyan Drake, RB, Alabama
The Dolphins tried to sign C.J. Anderson, but failed. They clearly want a new running back to replace Lamar Miller, so here’s a possible solution.

Pick change; previously C.J. Prosise, RB

  11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: James Bradberry, CB, Samford
The Buccaneers might have the weakest group of cornerbacks in the NFL. Alterraun Verner was an abomination this past season, while Johnthan Banks has only been marginally better, but only by default. This is an area that absolutely must be addressed this offseason. And no, signing Brent Grimes doesn’t count as addressing the position.

Pick change; previously Sheldon Day, DT

  12. Oakland Raiders: Joshua Perry, LB, Ohio State
I mocked Jaylon Smith to the Raiders in the past, but he’s not appealing now in the wake of recent reports about his injury. Regardless, a linebacker upgrade is needed.

Pick change; previously Deion Jones, LB

  13. Tennessee Titans: Kamalei Correa, DE/OLB, Boise State
Teams are always looking for solid pass-rushing depth, and the Titans have none behind Brian Orakpo and Derrick Morgan.

Pick change; previously Jalen Mills, S

  14. Cleveland Browns: Braxton Miller, WR, Ohio State
The Browns lost Travis Benjamin to free agency. That left just Josh Gordon as a viable receiving option, and now it’s sounding like Gordon won’t be playing for a while in the wake of his recent failed drug test. Check out the Disaster Grades for more on Gordon.

  15. New Orleans Saints: Deion Jones, LB, LSU
The Saints need to continue upgrading their defense, as they need help on all three levels. They have to improve upon Dannell Ellerbe, who was horrible last year.

Pick change; previously Jason Fanaika, DE

  16. Philadelphia Eagles: Sterling Shepard, WR, Oklahoma
The Eagles could use a play-making threat out of the slot. Chris Givens was signed, but he’s not any sort of long-term answer.

Pick change; previously Maliek Collins, DT

  17. Buffalo Bills: Adolphus Washington, DE/DT, Ohio State
Kyle Williams, who turns 33 this offseason, is due $7 million in 2016, so the Bills could part ways with him.

Pick change; previously Braxton Miller, WR

  18. Atlanta Falcons: Bronson Kaufusi, DE/DT, BYU
The Falcons desperately need to upgrade their pass rush. I mentioned someone like Shaq Lawson in Round 1. Bronson Kaufusi makes a ton of sense here as well.

Pick change; previously Austin Hooper, TE

  19. Indianapolis Colts: KeiVarae Russell, CB, Notre Dame
Vontae Davis is coming off a down year, and yet he was still Indianapolis’ best cornerback by a wide margin. Help here is definitely needed.

Pick change; previously Blake Martinez, LB

  20. New York Jets: Cardale Jones, QB, Ohio State
As of this writing, Ryan Fitzpatrick is still on the open market. Charlie Campbell reported that the Jets have been scouting quarterbacks hard this offseason, perhaps well aware that some team would outbid them for Fitzpatrick (or knowing he’d ask for too much money). With that in mind, Cardale Jones is a strong possibility here. From the sound of it, Jones will be chosen in the second round, and he projects as a great fit for Chan Gailey’s offense.

Pick change; previously Shon Coleman, OT

  21. Washington Redskins: T.J. Green, S, Clemson
Here’s another potential upgrade for Washington’s woeful secondary. A couple of early or mid-round picks in the 2016 NFL Draft could certainly be used on defensive backs.

Pick change; previously Jeremy Cash, S

  22. Houston Texans: Carl Nassib, DE, Penn State
The Texans need to replace Jared Crick, so here’s a viable candidate to start in his spot going forward.

Pick change; previously T.J. Green, S

  23. Minnesota Vikings: Maurice Canady, CB, Virginia
I could see Mike Zimmer liking a tall cornerback like Maurice Canady at this spot, especially with some of his corners coming off the books soon.

Pick change; previously Sean Davis, S

  24. Cincinnati Bengals: Javon Hargrave, DT, South Carolina State
The Bengals need to bolster the interior of their defensive line, as Domata Peko is no longer the same player he once was. There should be a couple of defensive tackles to choose from toward the end of the first few rounds.

Pick change; previously Will Redmond, DT

  25. Green Bay Packers: Shilique Calhoun, DE/OLB, Michigan State
Julius Peppers won’t be around much longer, so the Packers could look into adding another pass-rusher, especially if they’re getting great value like this.

Pick change; previously Joshua Perry, LB

  26. Pittsburgh Steelers: Austin Johnson, DT, Penn State
The Steelers are going to consider a nose tackle in the first round to replace Steve McLendon. If they wait on one, this is certainly a possibility.

Pick change; previously Miles Killebrew, S

  27. Seattle Seahawks: Joe Haeg, OT, North Dakota State
The Seahawks will make a big mistake if they don’t add multiple linemen this offseason to improve their pedestrian blocking.

Pick change; previously Nick Vigil, LB

  28. New England Patriots: Jalin Marshall, WR, Ohio State
I’m sure Tom Brady is tired of throwing to pedestrian receivers. New England will have to give him a threat at wideout outside of Julian Edelman. Chris Hogan was added, but he’s not the type of receiver who can threaten defenses downfield.

  29. Arizona Cardinals: Kevin Hogan, QB, Stanford
Bruce Arians will have to look for a young quarterback to eventually supplant Carson Palmer, who had an epic meltdown in the playoffs.

Pick change; previously Christian Hackenberg, QB

  30. Carolina Panthers: Leonte Carroo, WR, Rutgers
As with Carolina’s first-round pick, the Panthers won’t go out of their way to add talent at receiver, but if the opportunity presents itself to grab the best player available like this, the front office will have to take it.

Pick change; previously Alex Collins, RB

  31. Denver Broncos: Dak Prescott, QB, Mississippi State
Charlie Campbell reported that the Broncos like Dak Prescott, though it’s currently unclear how they feel about his brilliant decision to drink and drive. However, they took a chance on Shane Ray last year, so perhaps they’ll be content to obtain Prescott a round later than previously anticipated.

  32. Detroit Lions: Will Redmond, CB, Mississippi State
The Lions had some solid cornerback play last year, but they lost one player at the position in Rashean Mathis, who announced his retirement. Depth is needed.

Pick change; previously Joe Haeg, OT

  33. New England Patriots: Connor McGovern, G, Missouri
The Patriots acquired Jonathan Cooper, but they’re fooling themselves if they believe he’s the answer to their blocking woes.

Pick change; previously Jordan Jenkins, DE/OLB

  34. Seattle Seahawks: C.J. Prosise, RB, Notre Dame
The Seahawks have Thomas Rawls set to take over for Marshawn Lynch, but depth is needed behind him.

Pick change; previously James Bradberry, CB

  35. Denver Broncos: Tyler Matakevich, ILB, Temple
Danny Trevathan signed with the Bears, while Brandon Marshall will head into free agency next spring. Help at inside linebacker is needed.
