  1. Tennessee Titans: Jalen Mills, S, LSU
Here’s more much-needed help for Tennessee’s secondary. As mentioned earlier, if the Titans had a slightly worse pick in the first round, they’d target Jalen Ramsey or Vernon Hargreaves.

  2. Cleveland Browns: Le’Raven Clark, OT, Texas Tech
Negotiations between the Browns and Mitchell Schwartz have not gone well, so if he leaves via free agency, the Browns will obviously need to find a new right tackle to block for their new quarterback.

Pick change; previously Germain Ifedi, OT/G

  3. San Diego Chargers: Ryan Kelly, C, Alabama
The Chargers said goodbye to Nick Hardwick last offseason. They’ve tried Chris Watt out as a replacement, but because he’s a natural guard at the center position, he was woeful in 2015 before landing on injured reserve. Here’s a solution.

  4. Dallas Cowboys: Alex Collins, RB, Arkansas
Darren McFadden looked good this past season, but the Cowboys can’t really count on him for the long term. Here’s their running back of the future.

  5. San Francisco 49ers: Charone Peake, WR, Clemson
The 49ers wasted money on Torrey Smith, while Anquan Boldin doesn’t have much left. A new receiver is desperately needed.

  6. Jacksonville Jaguars: Kamalei Correa, DE/OLB, Boise State
The Jaguars will be looking to obtain another pass-rusher at some point to go along with Dante Fowler.

  7. Baltimore Ravens: Zack Sanchez, CB, Oklahoma
The Ravens are hoping that Jalen Ramsey falls to them, but that may not happen. They’d have to settle for a second-day pick to help their anemic secondary.

Pick change; previously Le’Raven Clark, OT

  8. New York Giants: C.J. Prosise, RB, Notre Dame
Tom Coughlin figured out that going with a rotation of Rashad Jennings and Shane Vereen worked best, but it was already too late. It’s hard to count on Jennings for the long term, however, so here’s a potential running back of the future.

  9. Chicago Bears: Cardale Jones, QB, Ohio State
Jay Cutler will probably be around for just one more year, so the Bears need to think about using an early draft choice on a successor.

  10. Miami Dolphins: Carl Nassib, DE, Penn State
The Dolphins plan on paying Olivier Vernon a ton of money, so does that mean Cameron Wake won’t be back? Miami may have to use an early selection on a defensive end.

  11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Karl Joseph, S, West Virginia
The Buccaneers need a pair of safeties to go along with two new corners if Chris Conte isn’t re-signed.

Pick change; previously Jeremy Cash, S

  12. Oakland Raiders: Deion Jones, LB, LSU
I mocked Jaylon Smith to the Raiders in the past, but he’s not appealing now in the wake of recent reports about his injury. Regardless, a linebacker upgrade is needed.

  13. Los Angeles Rams: Chris Jones, DE/DT, Mississippi State
The Rams could be looking for defensive tackle depth with Nick Fairley set to hit free agency.

Pick change; previously Maliek Collins, DT

  14. Philadelphia Eagles: Connor Cook, QB, Michigan State
The Eagles re-signed Sam Bradford, but they’d be foolish not to select a quarterback in Rounds 2-4. Bradford is simply too much of an injury risk.

  15. New Orleans Saints: Nick Vigil, LB, Utah State
The Saints continue to address the defense, which has holes everywhere. This includes the linebacking corps, where help is needed next to Stephone Anthony.

  16. Philadelphia Eagles: Jeremy Cash, S, Duke
The Eagles have spent tons of money re-signing players that they may not be able to keep some of their other free agents, including Walter Thurmond. If Thurmond leaves, Philadelphia will have to find a new safety.

Pick change; previously T.J. Green, S

  17. Buffalo Bills: Shon Coleman, OT, Auburn
The Bills have a couple of disappointing young linemen in guard John Miller and right tackle Cyrus Kouandjio. Both have struggled mightily thus far.

  18. Atlanta Falcons: Jack Allen, C, Michigan State
There were several reasons why Matt Ryan struggled this past season. The offensive line was one – specifically, the center position, which was a major liability.

  19. Indianapolis Colts: Alex McCalister, DE/OLB, Florida
The Colts have several aging pass-rushers, so they should think about bringing in some young blood at the position.

  20. New York Jets: Jonathan Williams, RB, Arkansas
Chris Ivory has slowed down following a hot start. He’s an impending free agent in March, so the Jets may have to use a second-day selection on a running back.

  21. Washington Redskins: Graham Glasgow, C, Michigan
One of the reasons Washington’s running game has been so erratic has been because the team has gotten poor play out of its center. This is the primary position the Redskins need to upgrade up front.

  22. Houston Texans: Paul Perkins, RB, UCLA
The Texans want Ezekiel Elliott, but it’s doubtful he lasts to their pick. Here’s another running back who could replace Arian Foster.

  23. Minnesota Vikings: Sean Davis, S, Maryland
The Vikings have mentioned that they want to add another safety this offseason. Sean Davis fits exactly what Mike Zimmer is looking for from a defensive back.

  24. Cincinnati Bengals: Maliek Collins, DT, Nebraska
Defensive tackle is a big problem area for the Bengals, so it shouldn’t shock anyone if they grab two players at the position in the 2016 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously KeiVarae Russell, CB

  25. Green Bay Packers: Kenyan Drake, RB, Alabama
Eddie Lacy was so fat last year that the Packers want him to lose 30 pounds this offseason. Meanwhile, James Starks is an impending free agent. The Packers will be targeting a running back in the middle rounds.

  26. Pittsburgh Steelers: T.J. Green, S, Clemson
The Steelers are going to have a hole at one of the safety spots next year. Michael Mitchell has played well, but Will Allen is a 34-year-old impending free agent. Shamarko Thomas can’t get on the field, so I’m not sure he’ll be in Pittsburgh’s future plans if the team can obtain a talented safety early in the 2016 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Vonn Bell, S

  27. Seattle Seahawks: Joshua Garnett, G, Stanford
The Seahawks will make a big mistake if they don’t add multiple linemen this offseason to improve their pedestrian blocking.

  28. Kansas City Chiefs: Leonte Carroo, WR, Rutgers
The Chiefs need a receiver besides Jeremy Maclin. When Maclin left the game against the Chargers, the offense looked pretty lost for a while.

  29. New England Patriots: Jalin Marshall, WR, Ohio State
I’m sure Tom Brady is tired of throwing to pedestrian receivers. New England will have to give him a threat at wideout outside of Julian Edelman.

  30. Arizona Cardinals: Jeff Driskel, QB, Louisiana Tech
Jeff Driskel seems like he’d fit well into Bruce Arians’ offense. Arians will have to look for a young quarterback to eventually supplant Carson Palmer, who had an epic meltdown in the playoffs.

  31. Carolina Panthers: Kyle Murphy, OT, Stanford
Everyone saw how much the two Carolina tackles struggled in the Super Bowl. Something must be done about this.

  32. Denver Broncos: Tyler Matakevich, ILB, Temple
The Broncos recently re-signed Derek Wolfe. He’s one of the many free agents they have this offseason. Both of their starting inside linebackers, Brandon Marshall and Danny Trevathan, happen to be hitting the market over the next couple of years. It’ll be difficult to retain both, so here’s a replacement if one leaves.
