  1. Cleveland Browns: Germain Ifedi, OT/G, Texas A&M
Negotiations between the Browns and Mitchell Schwartz have not gone well, so if he leaves via free agency, the Browns will obviously need to find a new right tackle to block for their new quarterback.

    Follow @walterfootball for updates.

Pick change; previously Corey Coleman, WR

  2. Tennessee Titans: Derrick Henry, RB, Alabama
The Titans struggled to run the ball all year, as all of their running backs have disappointed. They’ll have to explore other options at the position. Luckily, Derrick Henry should be available atop Round 2.

  3. Dallas Cowboys: Braxton Miller, WR, Ohio State
Senior Bowl coaches often grab a player or three that they took a close look at in Mobile. Thus, Braxton Miller is in play at this juncture. Miller had an exceptional performance in the Senior Bowl, and Dallas has a huge need at receiver across from Dez Bryant.

Pick change; previously Connor Cook, QB

  4. San Diego Chargers: Shon Coleman, OT, Auburn
The Chargers couldn’t get Laremy Tunsil in the first round, so they’ll have to add a blocker at this spot. Philip Rivers’ pass protection was a mess this past year, and it could be worse going forward with Joseph Barksdale bound to hit free agency. Meanwhile, blind-side protector King Dunlap wasn’t able to stay in the lineup, thanks to numerous injuries. San Diego absolutely has to do something about its horrendous blocking.

  5. Baltimore Ravens: Josh Doctson, WR, TCU
Breshad Perriman didn’t even play last year, while Steve Smith is going to try to return from a torn Achilles. There are nothing but question marks in Baltimore’s receiving corps, so I could see the Ravens pulling the trigger on a wideout in the first couple of rounds.

Pick change; previously Kendall Fuller, CB

  6. San Francisco 49ers: Vadal Alexander, G, LSU
The 49ers have to improve their woeful offensive line, and the main area of focus is the guard position. It was a weak point last year, and it’s only going to get worse with Alex Boone moving on.

  7. Jacksonville Jaguars: Keanu Neal, S, Florida
As mentioned, the Jaguars are going to focus on their front seven. However, they also need help in the secondary, and I’m sure they’d love to land Keanu Neal, whom some teams believe will be drafted late in the first round.

Pick change; previously Shilique Calhoun, DE

  8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Kendall Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech
The Buccaneers might have the weakest group of cornerbacks in the NFL. Alterraun Verner has been an abomination this season, while Johnthan Banks has only been marginally better, but only by default. This is an area that absolutely must be addressed this offseason.

Pick change; previously Eli Apple, CB

  9. New York Giants: Kevin Dodd, DE, Clemson
Whether it was Michael Strahan, or Osi Umenyiora, or Justin Tuck, or a two-handed Jason Pierre-Paul, the Giants always had a terrific pass rush. That’s not the case anymore, as the Giants finished in the bottom five in terms of sacks.

Pick change; previously Shaq Lawson, DE

  10. Chicago Bears: Austin Johnson, DE/DT, Penn State
The Bears need as much defensive help as possible as they continue to transition into their new 3-4 scheme. The defensive line is comprised of mediocre players, at best, so this is an area the front office will have to upgrade this offseason.

  11. Miami Dolphins: Shaq Lawson, DE, Clemson
The Dolphins have a couple of impending free agents at defensive end in Olivier Vernon and Derrick Shelby. I imagine Vernon will be franchised, but that might mean that Cameron Wake, who is coming off a torn Achilles, could be cut for financial purposes.

By the way, Shaq Lawson has been appearing in the first round of many other mock drafts, but multiple teams we’ve spoken to have Lawson pegged as a second-day prospect.

Pick change; previously Denver Kirkland, G/OT

  12. Los Angeles Rams: Hunter Henry, TE, Arkansas
The Rams weren’t able to obtain a quarterback in the first round, but they still need to find weapons for their eventual replacement for Case Keenum. A new tight end is desperately needed, as Jared Cook has stolen way too much money from the Rams’ organization.

  13. Oakland Raiders: Jason Spriggs, OT, Indiana
Oakland is another team whose draft plans appear to be muddled right now. Donald Penn has served as a stout blind-side protector for the Raiders over the past few seasons, but he’s a 33-year-old free agent. He’ll need to be replaced if he’s not brought back.

  14. Los Angeles Rams: Tyler Boyd, WR, Pittsburgh
The Rams have to overhaul their entire receiving corps, save for Tavon Austin. Tyler Boyd has some off-the-field concerns, but Los Angeles won’t care about those.

  15. Detroit Lions: Kenny Lawler, WR, California
Calvin Johnson has announced his retirement, so unless the Lions can lure him back with a mega contract, they’ll have to find a new starting receiver to play across from Golden Tate.

Pick change; previously Vernon Butler, DT

  16. New Orleans Saints: Bronson Kaufusi, DE, BYU
The Saints can continue to upgrade their horrible defensive line, as they really don’t have any edge rushers of note after Cameron Jordan. In a division comprised of Cam Newton, Matt Ryan and Jameis Winston, New Orleans will have to improve its ability to get to the quarterback.

  17. Indianapolis Colts: Nick Martin, C, Notre Dame
The Colts need to stop screwing around and fix Andrew Luck’s offensive line, which has been an abomination for far too long. Its performance throughout this past season has been an embarrassment. The tackles are fine, but every position on the interior has to be upgraded.

Pick change; previously Ryan Kelly, C

  18. Buffalo Bills: Corey Coleman, WR, Baylor
The Bills have no downfield weapons outside of Sammy Watkins. Robert Woods is the No. 2 receiver, and he’s pretty much the definition of pedestrian, so a second-day selection could be used on a wideout.

Pick change; previously Josh Doctson, WR

  19. Atlanta Falcons: Sheldon Day, DE/DT, Notre Dame
The Falcons finished at the bottom of the NFL in sacks. Something obviously has to be done about this, so I could see them pulling the trigger on a pass-rusher in the first couple of rounds.

Pick change; previously William Fuller, WR

  20. New York Jets: Paul Perkins, RB, UCLA
Chris Ivory has slowed down following a hot start. He’s an impending free agent in March, so the Jets may have to use a second-day selection on a running back.

  21. Houston Texans: Christian Hackenberg, QB, Penn State
Teams expect Christian Hackenberg to be chosen in the latter half of the second round. I’m sure the Texans would take a chance on him, given that Bill O’Brien got the most out of him when he was at Penn State.

  22. Washington Redskins: Eli Apple, CB, Ohio State
The Redskins obviously have to address their secondary. There’s a hole at one of the cornerback positions across from Bashaud Breeland.

Pick change; previously William Jackson, CB

  23. Minnesota Vikings: Denver Kirkland, G/OT, Arkansas
T.J. Clemmings might be Minnesota’s left tackle of the future, but the front office will have to look for a long-term left guard as well.

Pick change; previously Cody Whitehair, G

  24. Cincinnati Bengals: William Fuller, WR, Notre Dame
With Marvin Jones headed into free agency, the Bengals could be searching for a new No. 2 receiver this offseason.

  25. Seattle Seahawks: Cody Whitehair, G, Kansas State
The Seahawks almost have to upgrade their offensive line, don’t they? Russell Wilson was constantly running for his life early in the season. Seattle made some great adjustments, but the front office still has to look at improving the blocking.

Pick change; previously Germain Ifedi, OT/G

  26. Green Bay Packers: Austin Hooper, TE, Stanford
The Packers could stand to add another weapon for Aaron Rodgers. Richard Rodgers caught a Hail Mary at Detroit, but he’s slow and pretty mediocre.

  27. Pittsburgh Steelers: Darian Thompson, S, Boise State
The Steelers are going to have a hole at one of the safety spots next year. Michael Mitchell has played well, but Will Allen is a 34-year-old impending free agent. Shamarko Thomas can’t get on the field, so I’m not sure he’ll be in Pittsburgh’s future plans if the team can obtain a talented safety early in the 2016 NFL Draft.

  28. Kansas City Chiefs: Kentrell Brothers, LB, Missouri
Derrick Johnson’s return to the lineup has been huge for Kansas City’s defense, but the team has a weakness right next to Johnson. Also, it needs to be considered that Johnson just turned 33, so he doesn’t have many dominant years left.

  29. New England Patriots: Tyler Matakevich, ILB, Temple
The Patriots could use another linebacker to go along with Dont’a Hightower and Jamie Collins. The defense was so much worse when one of them was out of the lineup.

Pick change; previously Maliek Collins, DT

  30. Arizona Cardinals: Shilique Calhoun, DE/OLB, Michigan State
The Cardinals have lacked a potent edge rusher for quite a while, so here’s their chance to upgrade the position.

Pick change; previously Noah Spence, DE/OLB

  31. Denver Broncos: Adolphus Washington, DE/DT, Ohio State
The Broncos have a nice pair of starting defensive ends in Derek Wolfe and Malik Jackson, but the latter wil be a free agent after the 2015 season. It’ll be difficult to retain him after re-signing Wolfe. Adolphus Washington is a great bargain at the end of Round 2; he’d be slotted at the end of the first round if it weren’t for character concerns.

  32. Carolina Panthers: Maliek Collins, DT, Nebraska
The Panthers could use some interior defensive line depth, especially with some contracts expiring soon.

Pick change; previously Sheldon Day, DT
