*** This mock draft will be updated at least once per week (Tuesday afternoons and other times for important events.). Check out old versions of this 2015 NFL Mock Draft in the archived mock draft section. Follow @walterfootball for updates. ***

  1. Oakland Raiders: Tevin Coleman, RB, Indiana
Darren McFadden won’t be around much longer, while Maurice Jones-Drew hasn’t shown that he can stay healthy. The exciting Tevin Coleman figures to be an upgrade in the backfield, though it’ll be interesting to see how Latavius Murray finishes this season.

    Follow @walterfootball for updates.

  2. Tennessee Titans: Alex Carter, CB, Stanford
Tennessee needs help all over their defense after its multiple disgraceful showings. Blidi Wreh-Wilson has been dreadful as a replacement for Alterraun Verner. The Titans could use multiple upgrades in the secondary.

  3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Cedric Ogbuhei, OT, Texas A&M
Blake Bortles has been terrible, but perhaps he’ll stop throwing tons of interceptions if he has better protection. The Jaguars need to improve their right tackle situation.

Pick change; previously Kevin Johnson, CB

  4. New York Jets: Brett Hundley, QB, UCLA
As I wrote in Round 1, the Jets may have to take a chance on Brett Hundley at this spot if they don’t land one of the top two quarterbacks. They don’t really have a choice.

Pick change; previously Josue Matias, G

  5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: T.J. Yeldon, RB, Alabama
The Buccaneers need to surround their new quarterback with more offensive talent. Doug Martin looks like a lost cause, while Charlie Sims hasn’t impressed very much.

  6. New York Giants: Josue Matias, G, Florida State
There’s no question that the Giants desperately need some help up front. The interior of the line has been disgraceful, as John Jerry has been one of the worst linemen in the NFL.

Pick change; previously Mario Edwards, DE/DT

  7. Washington Redskins: Arik Armstead, DE/DT, Oregon
The Redskins could look into adding to their defensive line. Jason Hatcher is just a short-term rental, while Jarvis Jenkins is set to hit free agency this March.

Pick change; previously Mario Edwards, DE/DT

  8. Carolina Panthers: Sammie Coates, WR, Auburn
It’s possible that the Panthers could double up on receivers in the 2015 NFL Draft. They really have nothing beyond Kelvin Benjamin. Sammie Coates is raw, but has plenty of upside.

Pick change; previously Cedric Ogbuhei, OT

  9. New Orleans Saints: Jalen Collins, CB, LSU
The Saints have had major defensive issues this season. Some of their players can’t tackle whatsoever. Meanwhile, the corners, particularly Patrick Robinson and Corey White, haven’t been able to cover anyone.

  10. Chicago Bears: Jaquiski Tartt, S, Samford
Chicago’s issues at the safety position have been well-documented, so I doubt the front office would hesitate to draft a player at that position early on.

  11. St. Louis Rams: Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Oklahoma
Brian Quick has emerged as a solid starting receiver – though he’s finished for the year – while Tavon Austin can be used on trick plays, but the Rams need to find another wideout to put into the lineup. However, if Stedman Bailey keeps this up, I’ll change this pick soon enough.

  12. Minnesota Vikings: Arie Kouandjio, G, Alabama
Matt Kalil has been a human turnstile this year, but the guard position next to him hasn’t been much better. The left side of the offensive line must improve.

  13. Houston Texans: Shawn Oakman, DE/DT, Baylor
The Texans have struggled against the run this year because they miss Antonio Smith, whom they failed to replace this past offseason. Here’s an upgrade who will make their defensive front even more formidable.

Some are saying that Shawn Oakman is a top-10 prospect, but they are making the mistake of not reading Charlie Campbell’s NFL Draft Rumor Mill, where Charlie reported that one NFL general manager considers Oakman to be a third-day prospect.

Pick change; previously Denzel Perryman, LB

  14. Pittsburgh Steelers: Owamagbe Odighizuwa, DE/OLB, UCLA
The Steelers hate drafting edge rushers early on because of scheme transition issues, but they really need to upgrade their pass rush. It’s been better lately, but Pittsburgh can’t count on James Harrison playing well forever.

  15. Baltimore Ravens: Nelson Agholor, WR, USC
Steve Smith looked done last year, but he’s actually trying now, and it’s paying off for Baltimore. However, Steve Smith won’t last much longer, while Torrey Smith is an impending free agent, so the Ravens will have to find a new receiver.

  16. Kansas City Chiefs: Denzel Perryman, LB, Miami
The Chiefs have struggled against the run so much because of Derrick Johnson’s absence. They needed another inside linebacker even before Johnson got hurt, and there’s no guarantee the Pro Bowl linebacker will even return to form.

Pick change; previously Rashad Greene, ILB

  17. Buffalo Bills: Devin Funchess, TE, Michigan
I’ve been saying the Bills need an upgrade at the tight end position for years now. Perhaps they’ll finally listen.

Pick change; previously Brett Hundley, QB

  18. San Francisco 49ers: Tre Jackson, G, Florida State
Alex Boone and the 49ers couldn’t agree on a contract prior to the season, so it’s possible that next year could be Boone’s last in San Francisco. If so, a replacement at guard will be needed.

  19. Cleveland Browns: Danny Shelton, NT, Washington
Ahtyba Rubin is an impending free agent this March. Here’s a replacement if the Browns can’t retain him.

  20. Dallas Cowboys: Mario Edwards, DE/DT, Florida State
Dallas’ defense was much better than anyone anticipated, but it’s finally being exposed. There are still some weaknesses that need to be addressed – particularly in the interior of the defensive line, where Nick Hayden needs to be upgraded.

Pick change; previously Carl Davis, DT

  21. Atlanta Falcons: T.J. Clemmings, OT, Pittsburgh
The Jake Matthews pick looked like it was working out early before the A&M product got banged up. Regardless, the Falcons could stand to add another offensive tackle because Sam Baker (and everyone else) is always hurt.

  22. Miami Dolphins: A.J. Cann, G, South Carolina
Miami’s offensive line has obviously been much better this year, but there are still some issues, particularly on the interior, that need to be addressed.

Pick change; previously Carl Davis, DT

  23. Indianapolis Colts: Mike Davis, RB, South Carolina
Ahmad Bradshaw performed well this year, but the Colts can’t count on him to stay healthy. Trent Richardson, meanwhile, hasn’t come close to living up to expectations. If Dan Herron doesn’t establish himself to close out the year, Indianapolis could look at a running back early.

Pick change; previously Tevin Coleman, RB

  24. Detroit Lions: Corey Robinson, OT, South Carolina
The Lions started two undrafted rookies at tackle on Thanksgiving. Riley Reiff was missing on the blind side, but right tackle has been an issue for Detroit.

Pick change; previously A.J. Cann, G

  25. Seattle Seahawks: Rashad Greene, WR, Florida State
Russell Wilson has struggled throwing the ball this season. He has no one to pass too, so it’s difficult to blame him. That needs to change.

Pick change; previously Sammie Coates, WR

  26. San Diego Chargers: Duke Johnson, RB, Miami
Ryan Mathews is an impending free agent, while Branden Oliver has cooled off following a hot start. If Mathews leaves, the Chargers will have to find someone to complement Oliver.

Pick change; previously Mike Davis, RB

  27. Cincinnati Bengals: Hroniss Grasu, C, Oregon
The Bengals don’t have very many needs, but they are especially weak at center, where rookie Russell Bodine has struggled for the most part thus far.

  28. Arizona Cardinals: Marcus Peters, CB, Washington
Marcus Peters was recently dismissed from the team. The Cardinals have taken chances on troubled players before, so perhaps they’d give Peters a shot. Peters, who has top-15 talent, could fill in for Antonio Cromartie if the stud corner isn’t re-signed.

  29. Denver Broncos: Gerrod Holliman, S, Louisville
Rahim Moore is an impending free agent in March, so here’s a potential replacement for him.

  30. Philadelphia Eagles: Cody Prewitt, S, Ole Miss
Nate Allen has been a huge liability, as he was responsible for Arizona’s game-winning touchdown a few weeks ago. The Eagles are in desperate need of an upgrade at safety.

  31. Green Bay Packers: Ameer Abdullah, RB, Nebraska
The Packers envisioned utilizing a dual backfield when they drafted Eddie Lacy and Johnathan Franklin. The latter didn’t work out, so Green Bay could spend a day-two choice on another running back to complement Lacy.

  32. New England Patriots: Stefon Diggs, WR, Maryland
The Patriots have been unstoppable on offense lately, but they still need to find some help for Tom Brady in the receiving corps. Relying on the likes of Brandon LaFell doesn’t sound like a good proposition.
