  1. Oakland Raiders: Duke Johnson, RB, Miami
Darren McFadden won’t be around much longer, while Maurice Jones-Drew hasn’t shown that he can stay healthy. Duke Johnson figures to be an upgrade in the backfield.

    Follow @walterfootball for updates.

Pick change; previously DeVante Parker, WR

  2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Corey Robinson, OT, South Carolina
Blake Bortles has been terrible, but perhaps he’ll stop throwing tons of interceptions if he has better protection. The Jaguars need to improve their right tackle situation.

Pick change; previously Duke Johnson, RB

  3. New York Jets: Quandre Diggs, CB, Texas
If Rex Ryan is still around, I think he’ll have a nervous breakdown if his front office doesn’t give him talented corners to work with.

Pick change; previously Kevin Johnson, WR

  4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Nate Orchard, DE, Utah
Gerald McCoy is the only Buccaneer putting consistent pressure on opposing quarterbacks. That needs to change, especially considering the other quarterbacks in the division.

Pick change; previously Josh Harper, WR

  5. Tennessee Titans: Wayne Lyons, CB, Stanford
Tennessee needs help all over their defense after its multiple disgraceful showings. Blidi Wreh-Wilson has been dreadful as a replacement for Alterraun Verner. The Titans could use multiple upgrades in the secondary.

Pick change; previously Hauoli Kikaha, DE/OLB

  6. Atlanta Falcons: Nick O’Leary, TE, Florida State
Think Matt Ryan missed having a reliable, intermediate target when he was constantly under siege in Cincinnati, New York and Baltimore?

Pick change; previously Ben Koyack, TE

  7. Washington Redskins: Derron Smith, S, Fresno State
The issues the Redskins have in their secondary are pretty well documented. They’ve been counting on Ryan Clark this year, which is disastrous because the former Steeler is way past his prime.

  8. St. Louis Rams: Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Oklahoma
Brian Quick has emerged as a solid starting receiver – though he’s finished for the year – while Tavon Austin can be used on trick plays, but the Rams need to find another wideout to put into the lineup.

  9. Chicago Bears: Trey Flowers, DE/OLB, Arkansas
The Bears signed a bunch of defensive ends last offseason, but some of them – mainly Jared Allen, and perhaps Lamarr Houston after his ridiculous ACL tear – are short-term rentals. Here’s a potential starter for the future.

Pick change; previously Quandre Diggs, CB

  10. New York Giants: T.J. Clemmings, OT, Pittsburgh
Justin Pugh looked so overwhelmed at tackle against the Eagles that the Giants may move him inside eventually. If so, here’s a new tackle.

Pick change; previously Ronnie Stanley, OT

  11. Carolina Panthers: Jay Ajayi, RB, Boise State
Neither DeAngelo Williams nor Jonathan Stewart is very effective anymore, so the Panthers may want to move in a different direction in terms of finding a running back.

Pick change; previously Kasen Williams, WR

  12. Houston Texans: Cam Thomas, CB, Western Kentucky
The Texans wanted to address cornerback depth in the previous offseason, but never got around to it. Perhaps they will this spring.

Pick change; previously Wayne Lyons, CB

  13. Minnesota Vikings: A.J. Johnson, ILB, Tennessee
The Vikings have some issues on defense. One main problem is the play at middle linebacker. Here’s an upgrade.

  14. San Francisco 49ers: Hauoli Kikaha, DE/OLB, Washington
The 49ers should look into drafting another pass-rusher, just in case Aldon Smith can’t stay out of trouble.

Pick change; previously Alvin Dupree, DE

  15. San Diego Chargers: Josue Matias, G, Florida State
San Diego’s offensive line played well last year, but it has been a disappointment thus far in 2014. The interior needs to get better.

Pick change; previously Jay Ajayi, RB

  16. Baltimore Ravens: Anthony Harris, S, Virginia
The Ravens’ front seven is playing extremely well, but the secondary has disappointed. The safety position has been especially bad.

Pick change; previously Jordan Richards, S

  17. Buffalo Bills: Arie Kouandjio, G, Alabama
Teams that go with quarterbacks early usually pick a player to complement that signal-caller afterward. The Bills could give their new quarterback – if they draft one – better pass protection, especially on the interior.

  18. Seattle Seahawks: Ben Koyack, TE, Notre Dame
Neither Zach Miller nor Luke Willson has lived up to expectations. The former will be an impending free agent in March 2016, so the Seahawks, who reportedly tried to trade Percy Harvin for Jordan Cameron, could take a look at a tight end early in the 2015 NFL Draft.

Pick change; previously Z’Darius Smith, DE/OLB

  19. Cleveland Browns: Lorenzo Mauldin, DE/OLB, Louisville
Barkevious Mingo does some things well, but he has failed to develop into a great pass-rusher. Jabaal Sheard, meanwhile, will be hitting free agency in March. With all that in mind, if Mingo continues to disappoint in terms of getting to the quarterback, the Browns will want to bring in someone who can accomplish that.

  20. Miami Dolphins: Gabe Wright, DT, Auburn
Jared Odrick has played so well this year that he’ll command lots of money in free agency this upcoming spring. The Dolphins may have to find a new defensive tackle as a consequence.

  21. New Orleans Saints: Reese Dismukes, C, Auburn
The Saints’ starting center, Jonathan Goodwin, turns 36 in December. He’ll be a free agent in March.

Pick change; previously Trey Flowers, DE/OLB

  22. Kansas City Chiefs: Sean Hickey, OT, Syracuse
The Chiefs have some liabilities on their offensive line, and knowing Andy Reid, I don’t think he’ll stand for it come April.

Pick change; previously Justin Hardy, WR

  23. Cincinnati Bengals: Ronnie Stanley, OT, Notre Dame
The Bengals could use a long-term successor for Andrew Whitworth, who turns 33 in December.

Pick change; previously Cam Thomas, CB

  24. Dallas Cowboys: Senquez Golson, CB, Ole Miss
Having Orlando Scandrick back has been huge for the Cowboys, but they need to think about replacing Brandon Carr, who continues to disappoint.

  25. Detroit Lions: Tyeler Davison, DT, Fresno State
The Lions suddenly need to look at defensive tackles. Ndamukong Suh is entering his contract year, while Nick Fairley has issues with lethargy.

  26. Philadelphia Eagles: Jake Fisher, OT, Oregon
Another Oregon player for Chip Kelly. This one can upgrade Todd Herremans at right guard and then move to tackle once Jason Peters retires.

  27. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jordan Richards, S, Stanford
More help for Pittsburgh’s anemic secondary. The Steelers signed Michael Mitchell this offseason, but he hasn’t met expectations. He was torched in the Indianapolis game along with Cortez Allen.

Pick change; previously Anthony Harris, S

  28. Indianapolis Colts: Obum Gwacham, DE/OLB, Oregon State
The Colts were finally starting to put some pressure on the quarterback (prior to the Pittsburgh game), thanks to Bjoern Werner emerging, but they could still use another top-notch pass-rusher, as Robert Mathis won’t be around much longer.

  29. Denver Broncos: Steve Nelson, CB, Oregon State
The Broncos just spent a first-round pick on a cornerback, but they’ll have to deal with Chris Harris’ impending free agency this March.

  30. Arizona Cardinals: Laken Tomlinson, G, Duke
The Cardinals could stand to upgrade the interior of their offensive line. The guards have struggled, and despite this, Jonathan Cooper can’t even crack the starting lineup.

  31. Green Bay Packers: Henry Anderson, DE/DT, Stanford
One of the many reasons the Packers are struggling defensively is because their front has been a disappointment this season. Datone Jones hasn’t progressed at all.

  32. New England Patriots: Leon Orr, DE/DT, Florida
Bill Belichick loves his Florida players. He’s also a big fan of scheme-versatile prospects.
