2015 NFL Mock Draft: Round 3

  1. Oakland Raiders: Corey Robinson, OT, South Carolina
    The Raiders continue to bolster their offense. They need a long-term option to protect their new quarterback (or Derek Carr).

  2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Alvin Dupree, DE/OLB, Kentucky
    The Jaguars signed Chris Clemons this offseason, but they need a pass-rusher for the long term.

  3. New York Giants: Ronnie Stanley, OT, Notre Dame
    Anyone who has seen the Giants’ offensive line play this year knows that the team is in dire need of a blocking upgrade.

  4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Wayne Lyons, CB, Stanford
    The Buccaneers spent a second-round pick on Johnthan Banks a couple of years ago, but he has been a major disappointment as a starting corner.



  5. Kansas City Chiefs: Arie Kouandjio, G, Albama
    The Chiefs’ offensive line is also a mess. Multiple upgrades are needed up front, including one at guard.

  6. Pittsburgh Steelers: Bryce Petty, QB, Baylor
    Perhaps someone to replace Ben Roethlisberger down the road. The Steelers don’t have any possible long-term solution, as Landry Jones is garbage.

  7. Tennessee Titans: Steve Nelson, CB, Oregon State
    Blidi Wreh-Wilson has just been mediocre as a replacement for Alterraun Verner. The Titans could use more secondary help.

  8. Dallas Cowboys: Kurtis Drummond, S, Michigan State
    It’s pretty obvious that the Cowboys will be addressing the secondary this upcoming offseason, considering it surrendered the third-most passing yards in league history in 2013.

  9. Washington Redskins: Henry Anderson, DE/DT, Stanford
    Jason Hatcher has been fantastic with the Redskins, but he’s just a short-term rental. Here’s his possible successor.

  10. New York Jets: Hauoli Kikaha, DE/OLB, Washington
    It seems like the Jets always have a need for an edge rusher, but refuse to address it. Perhaps this year will be different.

  11. Miami Dolphins: Josh Harper, WR, Fresno State
    It’ll be interesting to see how long the Dolphins keep Mike Wallace around considering that he continues to show poor chemistry with Ryan Tannehill.

  12. Cleveland Browns: Danny Shelton, NT, Washington
    Ahtyba Rubin is an impending free agent this March. Here’s a replacement if the Browns can’t retain him.



  13. Buffalo Bills: Ben Koyack, TE, Notre Dame
    E.J. Manuel will ultimately disappoint Buffalo fans this year despite the team’s hot start. Manuel could use a better intermediate option than Scott Chandler.

  14. Chicago Bears: Kevin Johnson, CB, Wake Forest
    Kyle Fuller has looked great so far, but the Bears will need another corner with Charles Tillman likely done.

  15. Houston Texans: Quandre Diggs, CB, Texas
    The Texans wanted to upgrade the nickel position this past offseason, but they had many other needs and just couldn’t get around to it.

  16. St. Louis Rams: Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, Oklahoma
    Perhaps Jeff Fisher will take a chance on the troubled, but talented Dorial Green-Beckham. The Rams are starved for some receiving help.

  17. Minnesota Vikings: Duke Johnson, RB, Miami
    Though unlikely, it’s possible that Adrian Peterson may never play for the Vikings again. It would be nice if Minnesota found an upgrade over Matt Asiata.

  18. Atlanta Falcons: D.J. Humphries, OT, Florida
    The Jake Matthews pick has worked out thus far, but the Falcons could stand to add another offensive tackle because Sam Baker is always hurt.

  19. Detroit Lions: Ameer Abdullah, RB, Nebraska
    I can’t see the mistake-prone Reggie Bush lasting much longer in Detroit. Once he leaves, the Lions will have to find another speedy back to complement Joique Bell.

  20. Carolina Panthers: Justin Hardy, WR, East Carolina
    The Panthers could definitely double up on receivers in the 2015 NFL Draft. They really have nothing beyond Kelvin Benjamin.



  21. Baltimore Ravens: Ty Samrailo, OT, Colorado State
    Here’s someone to challenge Ricky Wagner for the right tackle gig. That’s a position that needs to be improved.

  22. Indianapolis Colts: Cedric Reed, DE/OLB, Texas
    Indianapolis’ Monday night loss made it very evident that the Colts have to improve their pass rush. They’ll get Robert Mathis back next year, but he’ll be 34 by then.

  23. Philadelphia Eagles: Kasen Williams, WR, Washington
    Jeremy Maclin’s always hurt, Riley Cooper has regressed, while Jordan Matthews does nothing but drop passes. Some receiving help is needed.

  24. Arizona Cardinals: A.J. Johnson, ILB, Tennessee
    It’s a shame that Daryl Washington can’t stay out of trouble because he’s a very talented player. Here’s a potential replacement.



  25. Cincinnati Bengals: Obum Gwacham, DE, Oregon State
    The Bengals never properly replaced Michael Johnson, so perhaps they’ll do that next offseason.

  26. San Diego Chargers: Austin Hill, WR, Arizona
    Malcom Floyd will be entering his contract year in 2015, but the Chargers may decide that they want a new No. 2 receiver anyway.

  27. Green Bay Packers: Zach Hodges, DE/OLB, Harvard
    Julius Peppers has played well for the Packers thus far, but at 34, he’s not going to be around much longer.

  28. New Orleans Saints: Jeremy Langford, RB, Michigan State
    Mark Ingram will be hitting free agency this March. The Saints may opt to spend a mid-round pick on a running back if they don’t retain their former No. 1 selection.

  29. New England Patriots: Leon Orr, DE/DT, Florida
    Bill Belichick loves his Florida players. He’s also a big fan of scheme-versatile prospects.

  30. San Francisco 49ers: Charles Gaines, CB, Louisville
    San Francisco’s greatest weakness is its secondary. Help at cornerback is especially needed.

  31. Denver Broncos: Cody Riggs, CB, Notre Dame
    The Broncos just spent a first-round pick on a cornerback, but they’ll have to deal with Chris Harris’ impending free agency this March.

  32. Seattle Seahawks: Tyeler Davison, DT, Fresno State
    Jordan Hill has not panned out thus far, so the Seahawks will need long-term help at defensive tackle once Kevin Williams retires.
