Northwestern at Purdue.
Line: Northwestern by 1.
Saturday, 12:00 p.m.
Last week I talked about Northwestern being a good team to fade. We’ll do that again this week. Purdue is 1-6, but they’ve played some tough opponents lately. They also nearly beat Illinois, so I like their chances in this game.

Minnesota at Illinois.
Line: Minnesota by 2.5.
Saturday, 12:00 p.m.
Minnesota has been on a roll lately, beating USC and UCLA, and then clobbering Maryland. They should continue to win against a wounded Illinois team that will be missing top receiver Pat Bryant.

Arizona at UCF.
Line: UCF by 6.
Saturday, 3:30 p.m.
Both teams have similar records, but Central Florida has done much better than Arizona in the common opponents they’ve faced. I know this spread has been juiced up, but I still like central Florida at this price.

Louisville at Clemson.
Line: Clemson by 11.
Saturday, 7:30 p.m.
Clemson has dominated this rivalry, covering the previous six meetings. And speaking of covering, that’s something Louisville has not done in their past five games. They’ve been overvalued by the public, so let’s fade them by betting the Tigers, who have been on a tear since their opening-week loss to Georgia.

Texas A&M at South Carolina.
Line: Texas A&M by 2.5.
Saturday, 7:30 p.m.
Everyone is tripping over themselves to bet Texas A&M at this low number after seeing them destroy LSU in the second half last week. This is an obvious letdown spot for the Aggies. South Carolina has been solid this year with near-upsets of Alabama and LSU, so I could easily see them winning this game.
