Florida State at Boston College.
Line: Florida State by 4.

Friday, 8:00 p.m.

I don’t understand why Florida State is favored on the road in this matchup. Boston College has played so well lately, thanks to its freshman quarterback. The Eagles took down Louisville and Virginia on the road, and they should be able to handle a disappointing Florida State squad at home.

College Football Pick: Boston College +4 (2 Units) — Correct; +$200

UCLA at Washington.
Line: Washington by 17.

Saturday, 3:30 p.m.

I’ve been calling Washington overrated all year, and I’m not ready to change my mind about that, especially after they lost to Arizona State. I think the Bruins should be able to cover this large spread.

College Football Pick: UCLA +17 -105 (2 Units) — Incorrect; -$210

Georgia vs. Florida.
Line: Georgia by 13.5.

Saturday, 3:30 p.m.

Florida has won the past three meetings between these teams, so it seems odd that Georgia is suddenly a two-touchdown favorite in this rivalry. I understand that the Bulldogs are better than the Gators this year, but still. This should be a tough, defensive matchup, so the points seem appealing. Taking the underdog is usually the way to go in these sorts of rivalries anyway.

College Football Pick: Florida +13.5 (2 Units) — Incorrect; -$220

N.C. State at Notre Dame.
Line: Notre Dame by 7.

Saturday, 7:15 p.m.

Notre Dame destroyed a bad USC team and is getting a ton of acclaim for it. I think the Irish are due for a letdown in this game. They better be completely focused, or they’ll lose outright. N.C. State is a very good team, and it is coming off a bye so it’ll be well prepared for this battle. This spread is available at +7 -105 at BetUS and +7.5 -115 at Bovada, and I’d rather have the former.

College Football Pick: N.C. State +7 -105 (3 Units) — Incorrect; -$315

Penn State at Ohio State.
Line: Ohio State by 6.

Saturday, 3:30 p.m.

The public is all over the Nittany Lions, and understandably so. How could they possibly be underdogs? They’re the second-best team in the country! Well, this is the second quality opponent Penn State is playing on the road this year, and the first contest involved a miraculous win against Iowa. Ohio State is much better than Iowa. The Buckeyes have destroyed everyone they’ve played since losing to Oklahoma. I think this spread says a lot about how the sportsbooks and sharps believe these two teams compare to each other.
