  1. Cincinnati Bengals: Jacob Phillips, LB, LSU
The Bengals have the worst linebacking corps in the NFL, so they’ll need to make multiple upgrades to that area this offseason.

Jacob Phillips has been an extremely productive linebacker for LSU. The physical defender was a five-star recruit.

  2. New York Jets: Nick Harris, C, Washington
The Jets were so desperate at center that they brought in Ryan Kalil prior to the season. Kalil ended up being terrible, so the Jets will need to find a new center.

Nick Harris is a bit undersized and lacks length, but he’s a good player who could be a third-round pick.

  3. Washington Redskins: Troy Pride, CB, Notre Dame
Josh Norman’s play has completely fallen off, and he’s now one of the worst cornerbacks in the league. The Redskins will need someone new to start across from Quinton Dunbar.

Troy Pride is expected to run 4.3 at the combine.

  4. Miami Dolphins: Kendrick Rogers, WR, Texas A&M
I’m sure the Dolphins will use their team option on DeVante Parker this offseason, but I don’t know if they’ll re-sign him beyond 2020. Here’s a potential starting receiver for 2021 and beyond.

Kendrick Rogers has flashed some major upside, but he’ll need to show improved durability to be chosen in the first round.

  5. Detroit Lions: Dylan Moses, LB, Alabama
Matt Patricia needs a centerpiece for his defense, as the Lions have struggled to cover in space for quite a while.

Dylan Moses, a former five-star recruit, missed a chunk of his freshman campaign, but was very productive as a sophomore. Unfortunately, Moses tore his ACL early in 2019.

  6. Arizona Cardinals: Ashtyn Davis, S, California
The Cardinals have been atrocious versus tight ends this year, so they’ll need to acquire multiple players to help address this weakness.

  7. Jacksonville Jaguars: Shyheum Carter, CB, Alabama
Jacksonville’s secondary took a massive hit when the team traded Jalen Ramsey, so here’s a new potential starting cornerback.

  8. Atlanta Falcons: Jonathan Taylor, RB, Wisconsin
The Falcons can’t count on Devonta Freeman staying healthy, so they may want a better backup running back than the pedestrian Brian Hill.

  9. Denver Broncos: Marvin Wilson, DT, Florida State
Derek Wolfe always seems to get hurt, so the Broncos could take a defensive tackle in Rounds 2-4 of the 2020 NFL Draft.

  10. Carolina Panthers: Jordan Elliott, DT, Missouri
The Panthers will have some of their talented defensive tackles hitting free agency this offseason, so they might be searching for replacements at the position.

  11. New York Jets: Curtis Weaver, DE/OLB, Boise State
The Jets don’t have much of an edge rush, so they’ll need to find someone who can help them get after the quarterback.

  12. Los Angeles Chargers: Paddy Fisher, LB, Northwestern
The Chargers have a slow linebacking corps that has struggled in coverage this year, so they’ll need to bolster this area.

Paddy Fisher was unbelievably productive for Northwestern despite being a freshman. He’s become one of the top linebackers in the Big Ten.

  13. Indianapolis Colts: Tarik Black, WR, Michigan
The Colts still have major issues at receiver when T.Y. Hilton misses action. They’ll address this issue one of these years.

Tarik Black has great size (6-3, 215) and speed, but hasn’t been able to stay healthy.

  14. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU
The Buccaneers have endured issues at cornerback for years. Perhaps they’ll finally fix those problems this offseason. Kristian Fulton has first-round talent, but an extensive injury history could keep him out of the opening frame.

  15. Cleveland Browns: Collin Johnson, WR, Texas
Odell Beckham Jr. doesn’t seem to be too happy in Cleveland. Perhaps the Browns will draft some insurance.

Collin Johnson has great upside and athleticism for someone with his frame (6-6, 212).

  16. Philadelphia Eagles: Stephen Guidry, WR, Mississippi State
Considering the durability issues of the Eagles’ top receivers, it shouldn’t surprise anyone if they use multiple selections on the position.

Stephen Guidry has great size (6-4, 190) and nice upside.

  17. Las Vegas Raiders: David Reese, LB, Florida
The Raiders have maintained a poor linebacking corps for far too long. Perhaps this will be the offseason they finally fix this area.

  18. Las Vegas Raiders: Bryce Hall, CB, Virginia
The Raiders traded away Gareon Conley, so they’ll be in search for more cornerback help to aid their poor secondary. Bryce Hall is a tall (6-1, 200) and fast cornerback.

  19. Tennessee Titans: Marlon Davidson, DE/OLB, Auburn
Cameron Wake was great for the Titans prior to suffering a season-ending injury. He’s obviously not a long-term solution, however.

  20. Los Angeles Rams: Tommy Kraemer, G, Notre Dame
The Rams continue to bolster their offensive line, as they have the worst blocking unit in the NFL (excluding the Dolphins.)

  21. Dallas Cowboys: Lavert Hill, CB, Michigan
It wouldn’t hurt for the Cowboys to bolster their secondary, as they are weaker against the pass than the run.

  22. Denver Broncos: A.J. Green, CB, Oklahoma State
The Broncos’ corners haven’t been the same since losing Aqib Talib. There’s even talk that Chris Harris Jr. could be traded.

  23. Las Vegas Raiders: Erroll Thompson, LB, Mississippi State
The Raiders could add a second player to help their putrid linebacking corps.

Erroll Thompson projects as a two-down run defender.

  24. Minnesota Vikings: T.J. Carter, CB, Memphis
The Vikings have major issues stopping the pass, so they’ll need to upgrade their cornerbacks.

  25. Buffalo Bills: Eno Benjamin, RB, Arizona State
Frank Gore won’t be around much longer, so the Bills will need a viable backup behind Devin Singletary.

Eno Benjamin has shown better receiving ability, so he could be chosen in the second round.

  26. Kansas City Chiefs: Levi Onwuzurike, DT, Washington
The Chiefs need to do something to bolster their horrific run defense.

  27. Green Bay Packers: Marcus Norman, OT, South Florida
The Packers should find some depth on their offensive line and a possible successor for Bryan Bulaga.

Marcus Norman had a great 2018 season, as scouts have been impressed with his length and athleticism.

  28. Houston Texans: Calvin Throckmorton, OT/C, Oregon
The Texans need to continue to bolster their pedestrian offensive line.

  29. New England Patriots: Tyler Johnson, WR, Minnesota
The Patriots could aim to find some safety youth, as they have some older players at the position.

    Tyler Johnson is a sound receiver; he’s a good route-runner and is a sure-handed pass-catcher.

Pick change; previously Khaleke Hudson, S

  30. New Orleans Saints: Jared Pinkney, TE, Vanderbilt
Here’s another new weapon for Drew Brees (and eventually Taysom Hill), as Jared Cook is just a short-term solution.

  31. Baltimore Ravens: Travis Etienne, RB, Clemson
Justice Hill hasn’t show much, so I wonder if the Ravens will be interested in adding a new running back to eventually replace Mark Ingram.

Travis Etienne is coming off a huge year. He should work to become a better receiver.

  32. Denver Broncos: Tylan Wallace, WR, Oklahoma State
The Broncos really have nothing at receiver outside of Courtland Sutton, so they could double up at the position.
