*** This mock draft will be updated at least once per week (Tuesday afternoons and other times for important events.). Check out old versions of this 2015 NFL Mock Draft in the archived mock draft section. Follow @walterfootball for updates. ***

  1. Minnesota Vikings: Josh Robinson, RB, Mississippi State
The Vikings could address the running back position much earlier than this if Adrian Peterson leaves. They need to find someone to complement Jerrick McKinnon.

    Follow @walterfootball for updates.

  2. Tennessee Titans: Cam Thomas, CB, Western Kentucky
I could see the Titans adding another cornerback to really fortify their need there.

  3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Robert Myers, G/OT, Tennessee State
The Jaguars addressed the tackle position in free agency with Jermey Parnell. They’ll have to bolster the guard position as well.

Pick change; previously Shaquille Mason, G

  4. Oakland Raiders: Senquez Golson, CB, Ole Miss
The Raiders had a couple of cornerbacks hit free agency, so they could use some depth at the position.

  5. Washington Redskins: Joey Mbu, NT, Houston
The Redskins signed Terrance Knighton recently, but that was just a 1-year pact. Here’s some insurance in case he doesn’t pan out.

Pick change; previously Jamil Douglas, G

  6. Chicago Bears: Xavier Williams, NT, Northern Iowa
The Bears have a big hole at the nose tackle position in their new 3-4, so this is yet another position they’ll need to address.

Pick change; previously Ellis McCarthy, NT

  7. Denver Broncos: Jesse James, TE, Penn State
The Broncos lost Julius Thomas to the Jaguars, so here’s a replacement at tight end.

Pick change; previously Clive Walford, TE

  8. New York Giants: Tyeler Davison, DT, Fresno State
Johnathan Hankins was a stud this past season, but he had very little help next to him. Mike Patterson looked done, so the Giants will have to address this position via the draft.

  9. Philadelphia Eagles: Ty Montgomery, WR, Stanford
Here’s another receiver for the Eagles. Perhaps Chip Kelly would take someone he’s familiar with.

  10. Atlanta Falcons: Ty Sambrailo, OT, Colorado State
The Atlanta tackles played well going down the stretch, but the team could still add depth to the position. The Falcons will need insurance in case injuries strike again.

  11. Cleveland Browns: Ramik Wilson, ILB, Georgia
The Browns can add an inside linebacker to go along with the beautiful new logo they’ve introduced. They’ll need a future starter at the position with Karlos Dansby turning 34 in the middle of the 2015 season.

  12. New Orleans Saints: Lynden Trail, DE/DT, Norfolk State
The Saints have so many picks now. They could stand to add some depth up front.

  13. Miami Dolphins: Kaleb Eulls, DT, Mississippi State
The Dolphins signed Ndamukong Suh, but lost Randy Starks and Jared Odrick, so they could stand to add a defensive tackle.

  14. Miami Dolphins: Andy Gallik, C, Boston College
The center position has to be upgraded. Samson Satele did not play well at all last year.

Pick change; previously B.J. Finney, C

  15. San Francisco 49ers: Tony Washington, DE/OLB, Oregon
Aldon Smith is someone who hasn’t left the 49ers this offseason, but he won’t be around much longer if he gets into trouble again. Here’s some depth at outside linebacker.

Pick change; previously Robert Myers, G/OT

  16. Houston Texans: Cody Riggs, CB, Notre Dame
The Texans could use some depth at corner, as they were in trouble last year when some of their starters went down.

  17. San Diego Chargers: Marcus Hardison, DE/DT, Arizona State
The Chargers could use some depth on the defensive line, given their issues at the position last year.

Pick change; previously Jarvis Harrison, G

  18. New Orleans Saints: Clayton Geathers, S, Central Florida
The Saints need to think about adding some insurance at safety, just in case Jairus Byrd and Kenny Vaccaro never play up to potential.

  19. Buffalo Bills: Zach Hodges, DE/OLB, Harvard
The Bills managed to keep Jerry Hughes, but they still need an edge rusher for depth purposes.

  20. Philadelphia Eagles: Troy Hill, CB, Oregon
Surpruse, surprise, another Oregon player for Chip Kelly. More secondary help is welcome.

  21. Cincinnati Bengals: Taiwan Jones, LB, Michigan State
The Bengals brought in A.J. Hawk for linebacking depth, but he’s obviously not much more than a short-term option, if that.

Pick change; previously Taiwan Jones, LB

  22. Baltimore Ravens: Josh Shaw, CB, USC
The Ravens need to address the cornerback position, and they could definitely do this before this selection.

Pick change; previously Xavier Cooper, DE/DT

  23. Arizona Cardinals: Deontay Greenberry, WR, Houston
Larry Fitzgerald will remain in Arizona for one more season, but he won’t be around much longer after that. The Cardinals may want to spend a mid-round pick on a potential starter or tertiary option down the road.

  24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Andrew Donnal, OT, Iowa
The Steelers signed Marcus Gilbert to a deal recently, but he hasn’t lived up to it. The front office could look for someone in the middle rounds to push him.

  25. Carolina Panthers: Ben Heeney, LB, Kansas
Luke Kuechly and Thomas Davis are studs, but Carolina could stand to find a third linebacker to complement the two Pro Bowlers.

Pick change; previously Taiwan Jones, LB

  26. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Grady Jarrett, DT, Clemson
The Buccaneers signed Henry Melton, but it wouldn’t surprise me if they spent a mid-round choice on a potential long-term No. 3 defensive tackle.

  27. Dallas Cowboys: Lorenzo Doss, CB, Tulane
The Cowboys addressed both defensive back positions earlier in this mock draft, but they could stand to add more to their secondary.

  28. Denver Broncos: Jalston Fowler, FB, Alabama
The Broncos are looking to bring in a new fullback this offseason. They have two fifth-round selections, so perhaps they’ll use one on a lead blocker.

  29. Indianapolis Colts: David Cobb, RB, Minnesota
The Colts just signed Frank Gore – check out my grade in the NFL Free Agent Signing Grades page – but he’s just a short-term solution. A long-term option is needed.

  30. Green Bay Packers: Geneo Grissom, DE/OLB, Oklahoma
Julius Peppers was a great addition to the Packers, but a long-term backup is needed behind Clay Matthews and Nick Perry is needed once Peppers moves on.

Pick change; previously Austin Shepherd, OT

  31. Seattle Seahawks: Justin Cox, CB, Mississippi State
Byron Maxwell signed with the Eagles, while Tharold Simon was atrocious in the Super Bowl when he had to replace Jeremy Lane.

  32. New England Patriots: Josh Harper, WR, Fresno State
The Patriots may spend an early-round pick on a receiver, but there’s definitely a good chance they’ll take a wideout here.

Pick change; previously Tyler Kroft, TE

  33. Carolina Panthers: JaCorey Shepherd, CB, Kansas
Some of Carolina’s young defensive backs played well down the stretch last year. The Panthers now need depth behind those players.

  34. Seattle Seahawks: Chris Conley, WR, Georgia
The Seahawks traded for Jimmy Graham, but they could still stand to add another play-maker, as their receiving corps doesn’t have much talent.

  35. Baltimore Ravens: Austin Hill, WR, Arizona
I have the Ravens picking a receiver in the first round, but they can definitely double up on the position in the wake of Torrey Smith’s departure.

  36. Kansas City Chiefs: B.J. Finney, C, Kansas State
Here’s a potential replacement for Rodney Hudson, who signed with the Raiders this offseason.

  37. Kansas City Chiefs: Brandon Bridge, QB, South Alabama
The Chiefs could stand to add a young quarterback to groom behind Alex Smith.

  38. Houston Texans: Xzavier Dixon, DE/OLB, Alabama
The Texans could target an edge rusher early on in the 2015 NFL Draft. If one falls to No. 16, Houston will consider addressing the position. It’s more likely, however, that the Texans take one in Rounds 2-5.

  39. Baltimore Ravens: Shane Carden, QB, East Carolina
The Ravens lost Tyrod Taylor this offseason, so they could add competition for the No. 2 quarterback position.
