It’s why Pat White is one of the greatest preseason quarterbacks of all time.

I don’t like much this week. There are so many new coaches, and some of the old ones we used to count on for wins/losses are no longer around. John Harbaugh is one of the winning coaches, as he loves to prevail in these meaningless games. He’s 13-1 in Week 1 preseason contests! It’s not ideal that we have to surrender the hook, but I like Baltimore.

Both coaches were 0-3 in the preseason last year, but there was a huge difference in how the teams performed. The Lions fought hard and nearly defeated two coaches who try hard in the preseason (Mike Tomlin, Sean McDermott), whereas the Falcons were blown out in each contest. Atlanta’s depth is arguably the worst in the NFL, so that doesn’t bode well for its chances in this game.
