  1. Cincinnati Bengals: Jordan Fuller, S, Ohio State
Cincinnati’s secondary was a train wreck last year, so multipule upgrades are needed in the defensive backfield.

  2. Washington Redskins: Kendrick Rogers, WR, Texas A&M
The Redsins could stand to add another receiver to go along with Terry McLaurin and Steven Sims Jr.

Kendrick Rogers has flashed some major upside, but he’ll need to show improved durability to be chosen in the first round.

  3. Detroit Lions: James Morgan, QB, Florida International
The Lions could stand to add a young quarterback to groom behind Matthew Stafford.

James Morgan has made a name for himself by being the best quarterback at the East-West Shrine, by far.

  4. New York Giants: J.R. Reed, S, Georgia
The Giants endured some horrible play from their secondary last year, so that’s an area that must improve.

  5. Houston Texans: Marcelino Ball, S, Indiana
The Texans are another team that needs to improve its secondary, so here’s someone to help defend the pass.

  6. Los Angeles Chargers: Collin Johnson, WR, Texas
The Chargers gave far too many snaps to someone named Andre Patton last year. Patton may have been the least efficient NFL receiver I’ve ever seen in my life.

Collin Johnson has great upside and athleticism for someone with his frame (6-6, 212).

  7. Carolina Panthers: Tarik Black, WR, Michigan
The Panthers could stand to add another receiver to their corps, which has just two viable players at the position.

Tarik Black has great size (6-3, 215) and speed, but hasn’t been able to stay healthy.

  8. Arizona Cardinals: Willie Gay Jr., LB, Mississippi State
The Cardinals need to continue to add to their linebacking corps and secondary so that they’re not so atrocious against the pass next year.

  9. Cleveland Browns: Erroll Thompson, LB, Mississippi State
The Browns had issues at linebacker last year, aside from Joe Schobert, who happens to be an impending free agent.

Erroll Thompson projects as a two-down run defender.

  10. Jacksonville Jaguars: Hunter Bryant, TE, Washington
Nick Foles loved throwing to his tight ends when he was with the Eagles. He doesn’t have that luxury in Jacksonville.

  11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Tyler Johnson, WR, Minnesota
Breshad Perriman is an impending free agent, so the Buccaneers may want to add a third receiver if the late bloomer departs.

    Tyler Johnson is a sound receiver; he’s a good route-runner and is a sure-handed pass-catcher.

  12. Denver Broncos: Bryan Edwards, WR, South Carolina
I could see the Broncos doubling up on receivers, given the lack of talent they have at the position.

  13. Atlanta Falcons: Neville Gallimore, DT, Oklahoma
Here’s yet another defensive lineman, as the Falcons must finally beef up their defensive front.

  14. New York Jets: Michael Pittman Jr., WR, USC
The Jets are already hurting at receiver, and yet they may lose Robby Anderson to free agency. They’ll need to add some talent to the position.

  15. Las Vegas Raiders: Chase Claypool, WR, Notre Dame
The Raiders’ offensive plans were derailed when Antonio Brown went crazy. It’ll take more than one receiver to replace Brown’s expected production.

  16. Indianapolis Colts: Larrell Murchison, DT, N.C. State
The Colts could use another body up front in their defensive line rotation, so the middle rounds is when they can address that slight need.

  17. Dallas Cowboys: Van Jefferson, WR, Florida
If the Cowboys aren’t confident they can sign Amari Cooper to a long-term deal, perhaps they’ll target a receiver with upside in the middle rounds.

Van Jefferson was one of the winners at the Senior Bowl. He has added value as a great special-teamer.

  18. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jalen Hurts, QB, Oklahoma
Mason Rudolph was so bad that he was benched. The Steelers will be looking for a new successor for Ben Roethlisberger unless Duck Hodges continues to play well.

Jalen Hurts has the obvious limitations, plus he’s a one-read quarterback, which will result in plenty of sacks.

  19. New England Patriots: Adam Trautman, TE, Dayton
Here’s another weapon for Tom Brady or his successor. Tight end was a huge hole last year.

Level of competition is a question mark, but Adam Trautman has nice size (6-6, 251) and good hands.

  20. Los Angeles Rams: James Lynch, DE/DT, Baylor
The Rams haven’t replaced Ndamukong Suh yet, so here’s their opportunity to potentially do so.

  21. Philadelphia Eagles: Cesar Ruiz, C, Michigan
There have been rumblings about a Jason Kelce retirement, so the Eagles may want to protect themselves in the middle rounds.

  22. Buffalo Bills: Josh Uche, DE/LB, Michigan
Lorenzo Alexander is retiring, so the Bills should add another player who can generate pressure on opposing quarterbacks.

Josh Uche is an undersized player, but he’s fast and talented.

  23. New England Patriots: Quartney Davis, WR, Texas A&M
It shouldn’t surprise anyone if the Patriots double up on receivers in the 2020 NFL Draft.

  24. New Orleans Saints: Stephen Guidry, WR, Mississippi State
The Saints have needed a second receiver as an upgrade over Ted Ginn for a couple of years. Perhaps they’ll finally fix that this offseason by using multiple picks on the position. Stephen Guidry has great size (6-4, 190) and nice upside.

  25. Houston Texans: Lamical Perine, RB, Florida
The Texans would be crazy to go into 2020 with Lamar Miller and Carlos Hyde as their primary backs.

Lamical Perine is a 218-pound running back who gets lots of yards after contact.

  26. Minnesota Vikings: Trishton Jackson, WR, Syracuse
The Vikings could stand to add another receiver to go along with Stefon Diggs and Adam Thielen. Finding someone to play on the outside so that Thielen could move back to the slot would be ideal.

  27. Seattle Seahawks: Steven Montez, QB, Colorado
The Seahawks lack a developmental quarterback behind Russell Wilson, so they could find one in the middle rounds of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Steven Montez’s accuracy isn’t great, but he has great upside as a quarterback prospect.

  28. Baltimore Ravens: Scottie Phillips, RB, Ole Miss
Here’s another offensive weapon to make Lamar Jackson even more potent.

Scottie Phillips has some questions about being a three-down runner, but he has a good combination of power and quickness.

  29. Pittsburgh Steelers: Nick Harris, C, Washington
Maurkice Pouncey has declined in recent years, so the Steelers could think about finding a successor for him.

Nick Harris is a bit undersized and lacks length, but he’s a good player who could be a third-round pick.

  30. Green Bay Packers: Marlon Davidson, DE/DT, Auburn
The Packers must do something about their putrid run defense.

  31. Denver Broncos: Casey Toohill, LB, Stanford
The Broncos could stand to add another linebacker to play alongside the emerging Alexander Johnson.

Casey Toohill is a one-year wonder, but he played extremely well in 2019.

  32. Kansas City Chiefs: Khalid Kareem, DE, Notre Dame
Terrell Suggs was a nice, short-term solution, but the Chiefs have to find an answer for the long haul across from Frank Clark.

Khaleed Kareem generated lots of pressure for the Irish in their strong start last season. He has a nice frame (6-4, 265) with great upside.
