  1. Jacksonville Jaguars: Justyn Ross, WR, Clemson
Laviska Shenault and Marvin Jones have been major disappointments this year, so the Jaguars will want to find another receiver to pair with D.J. Chark.

Justyn Ross is a 6-4, 210-pound monster who catches everything. Alabama had no answer for him in the national championship. Unfortunately, he missed all of 2020 with an injury.

  2. Detroit Lions: Kyler Gordon, CB, Washington
Jeff Okudah looks like a bust thus far, but even if he pans out, the Lions still need cornerback help for their horrendous secondary.

Kyler Gordon is a solid cornerback, though he doesn’t get many turnovers.

  3. New York Giants: Trey McBride, TE, Colorado State
Evan Engram has been the subject of trade rumors, so the Giants will need to find a new tight end if Engram is moved.

Trey McBride doesn’t have much upside as an average athlete, but he’s a quality route runner.

  4. Houston Texans: Breece Hall, RB, Iowa State
Bill O’Brien may disagree, but it’s a sad state of affairs to have Rex Burkhead as your lead back. The Texans need someone new to complement their next franchise quarterback.

Breece Hall is a physical runner who has quality receiving skills.

  5. New York Jets: Brian Robinson Jr., RB, Alabama
Michael Carter looks like a solid running back, but I’m sure the Jets will want to find a better complement for him.

Brian Robinson runs with quickness and power to burst through tackles.

  6. Jacksonville Jaguars: Leon Chenal, LB, Wisconsin
The Jaguars really struggle to defend the middle of the field, so they need to find upgrades for their linebacking corps.

Leo Chenal is a hard-hitting, two-down run defender. Coverage could be a problem in the NFL.

  7. Chicago Bears: Troy Andersen, LB, Montana State
Danny Trevathan is an aging player who will need to be replaced soon.

Troy Andersen has terrific athleticism and was one of the winners at the combine.

  8. Seattle Seahawks: Cameron Thomas, DE, San Diego State
The Seahawks have no pass rush, so they’ll need to add defensive linemen to their roster this offseason.

Cameron Thomas is considered overrated by some of Charlie Campbell’s sources, citing that he’s not twitchy enough.

  9. Indianapolis Colts: Josh Jobe, CB, Alabama
Xavier Rhodes is not going to be around much longer, so a replacement will be needed soon.

Josh Jobe is a big, athletic cornerback with tremendous upside.

  10. Atlanta Falcons: Drake Jackson, DE, USC
The Falcons haven’t possessed a potent edge rusher in a long while. They can begin to bolster their defense by finding a couple in the 2022 NFL Draft.

  11. Denver Broncos: Akayleb Evans, CB, Tulsa
The Broncos will need a new slot cornerback if Bryce Callahan leaves via free agency this offseason.

Akayleb Evans has good speed and athleticism to go along with his 6-1 frame.

  12. Baltimore Ravens: Isaiah Spiller, RB, Texas A&M
We’ve learned that the Ravens don’t have the best depth at running back behind J.K. Dobbins.

Isaiah Spiller rushed for 1,036 yards and nine touchdowns in 2020. He did OK as a receiver out of the backfield.

  13. Minnesota Vikings: Amare Barno, DE, Virginia Tech
The Vikings have lost a number of talented edge rushers over the past few years.

NFL advance scouts were impressed with Amare Barno’s 2020 tape that saw him accumulate 6.5 sacks.

  14. Cleveland Browns: Josh Paschal, DE, Kentucky
The Browns need to improve their pass rush outside of Myles Garrett.

Josh Paschal is stout as a run defender, and he can also get some pressure on the quarterback.

  15. Los Angeles Chargers: Greg Dulcich, TE, UCLA
The Chargers need a long-term answer at tight end to replace Hunter Henry.

Greg Dulcich is an athletic tight end who ran very well at the combine.

  16. Houston Texans: David Bell, WR, Purdue
The Texans will need to find multiple new receivers soon, given their lack of talent at the position.

David Bell is a possession receiver with great size and plus route-running ability, but there are questions about how he’ll test at the combine.

  17. New York Giants: Chad Muma, LB, Wyoming
The Giants’ linebacking corps is starved for talent aside from Blake Martinez.

Chad Muma displayed superior athleticism at the combine.

  18. Indianapolis Colts: Tariq Woolen, CB, Texas-San Antonio
The Colts have a weak cornerback group, which will get much worse when Xavier Rhodes leaves. Indianapolis could definitely double up on cornerbacks in the third round.

Tariq Woolen would be a higher pick if he didn’t have medical and off-the-field concerns.

  19. Philadelphia Eagles: Tariq Castro-Fields, CB, Penn State
The Eagles could have addressed cornerback earlier in this mock draft, as Darius Slay doesn’t have much time left in the NFL.

Tariq Castro-Fields has drawn comparisons to Marlon Humphrey. He has great ball skills and happens to be very fast.

  20. Pittsburgh Steelers: Zakoby McClain, LB, Auburn
The Steelers need to add some defensive players who can help them stop the run.

Zakoby McClain is a tackling machine who needs to improve his pass coverage.

  21. New England Patriots: Zach Tom, OT/C, Wake Forest
Bill Belichick will be looking to add another offensive lineman, and he’s a fan of versatile players.

Zach Tom is a tough lineman who played tackle and center at Wake Forest.

  22. Las Vegas Raiders: Zamir White, RB, Georgia
The Raiders’ new regime is not married to Josh Jacobs, so they could look for a new running back for when Jacobs’ contract expires.

Zamir White has been an impressive back in Georgia’s committee this year.

  23. Arizona Cardinals: Alontae Taylor, CB, Tennessee
Think of all the talented receivers in the NFC West. With the Cardinals tasked to cover Cooper Kupp, Odell Beckham, Robert Woods, D.K. Metcalf, Tyler Lockett, Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk twice per year, they may double up on cornerbacks.

The speedy Alontae Taylor has put together some great tape as a corner in the SEC.

  24. Dallas Cowboys: Myles Jones, CB, Texas A&M
Dallas’ secondary looked weak in the Thanksgiving loss to the Raiders.

Myles Jones is a 6-3 cornerback, but needs to pack on some muscle onto his frame.

  25. Buffalo Bills: Jalen Wydermyer, TE, Texas A&M
The Bills will be looking to add another tight end to pair with Dawson Knox.

Jalen Wydermyer had a big sophomore campaign. He’s a big tight end (6-5, 260) and has terrific receiving ability.

  26. Tennessee Titans: Nick Bonitto, DE/OLB, Oklahoma
The Titans could stand to add another edge rusher to make their pass rush even more potent.

Nick Bonitto is a tweener, but can serve as an edge-rushing specialist in a 3-4 system.

  27. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: James Cook, RB, Georgia
Leonard Fournette and Ronald Jones are set to hit free agency.

Brother of Dalvin Cook, James is an excellent reciever out of the backfield.

  28. Green Bay Packers: Jeremiah Moon, LB, Florida
The Packers could stand to upgrade the middle of the field with a mid-round selection on a linebacker.

Jeremiah Moon compiled some impressive testing numbers at the combine, showing off his excellent athleticism.

  29. Miami Dolphins: Mario Goodrich, CB, Clemson
Xavien Howard always seems to be the subject of trade rumors, so the Dolphins could obtain a cornerback early in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Mario Goodrich has plus quickness and athleticism.

  30. Kansas City Chiefs: Perrion Winfrey, DT, Oklahoma
The Chiefs could stand to add some talent on the defensive line to put pressure on all the talented quarterbacks in the AFC.

Perrion Winfrey dominated the trenches in 2020, especially late in the season.

  31. Cincinnati Bengals: Josh Thompson, CB, Texas
The Bengals could stand to add some talent at cornerback to defend the gifted recievers in the AFC North.

Josh Thompson doesn’t have great ball skills, but he covers well.

  32. Denver Broncos: Boye Mafe, DE, Minnesota
The Broncos may get Von Miller back, but they’ll need a long-term solution across from Bradley Chubb.
