  1. Cleveland Browns: Anthony Zettel, DE/DT, Penn State
    Randy Starks has been a disappointment for the Browns, who will probably spend a mid-round choice on a potential replacement.

  2. Tennessee Titans: Rashard Robinson, CB, LSU
    Here’s more much-needed help for Tennessee’s secondary. If the Titans had a slightly worse pick in the first round, they’d target Jalen Ramsey or Vernon Hargreaves.

  3. Dallas Cowboys: Shawn Oakman, DE/DT, Baylor
    The Cowboys didn’t have the greatest depth at defensive tackle this past season, so perhaps this is one area they’ll fix.

    It amazed me that some had Shawn Oakman as an early first-rounder a year ago. Teams had him as a day-three prospect at the time. Oakman is a freak athlete, but can’t play at all. However, a team like the Cowboys could take a chance on him in Round 4.

  4. San Diego Chargers: Hassan Ridgeway, NT, Texas
    The Chargers have to find a nose tackle to help them improve against the run. They’ve been a bottom-five team against the rush all year.



  5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Devontae Booker, RB, Utah
    The Jaguars weren’t pleased with how Denard Robinson performed behind T.J. Yeldon. I could see them targeting a running back in the middle rounds.

  6. Baltimore Ravens: Chris Jones, DE/DT, Mississippi State
    Chris Canty was clearly in regression mode, as he turned 33 in November. Baltimore will be looking for a new defensive lineman to go along with Brandon Williams and Timmy Jernigan.

  7. San Francisco 49ers: Max Tuerk, C, USC
    The 49ers have absolutely nothing at center, as Marcus Martin is completely worthless. They have to target the center position during the offseason.

  8. Chicago Bears: Rashard Higgins, WR, Colorado State
    The Bears currently have no one proven at receiver besides Alshon Jeffery, whose contract expires in March. Even if Jeffery is re-signed or franchised, Chicago will have to obtain another wideout.



  9. Miami Dolphins: Landon Turner, G, North Carolina
    The Dolphins are desperate at guard. Two upgrades are needed at the position to help Ryan Tannehill’s development.

  10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: KeiVarae Russell, CB, Notre Dame
    A second cornerback needs to be added, as the Buccaneers have a major weakness at the position.

  11. New York Giants: Karl Joseph, S, West Virginia
    The Giants’ pass defense has been atrocious this season. Their safety play has been horrific. This position could be addressed even earlier.

  12. Los Angeles Rams: Kevon Seymour, CB, USC
    Trumaine Johnson is an impending free agent, so the Rams could explore the cornerback position early in the 2016 NFL Draft.



  13. Detroit Lions: Aziz Shittu, DE, Stanford
    Here’s another defensive lineman for the Lions, as they’ll need someone to replace Jason Jones if he leaves via free agency.

  14. New Orleans Saints: Harlan Miller, CB, Southeast Louisiana
    The Saints have to bolster their secondary. They need to do everything in their power to get Brandon Browner off the field. Knowing Browner, he’ll still be penalized on the sidelines.

  15. Philadelphia Eagles: Thomas Duarte, WR, UCLA
    Jordan Matthews can’t stop dropping passes, while Nelson Agholor hasn’t done anything yet. The Eagles could add another receiver to the mix to help out their new quarterback.

  16. Oakland Raiders: Dominique Alexander, ILB, Oklahoma
    I’ve mocked Jaylon Smith to the Raiders on several occasions, but he may not be appealing now in the wake of his knee injury. Regardless, a linebacker upgrade is needed.

  17. Atlanta Falcons: Nate Sudfeld, QB, Indiana
    The Falcons should think about grooming a backup quarterback, as they don’t really have anything behind Matt Ryan.

  18. Indianapolis Colts: Yannick Ngakoue, DE/OLB, Maryland
    The Colts have several aging pass-rushers, so they should think about bringing in some young blood at the position.

  19. Buffalo Bills: Jerald Hawkins, OT, LSU
    The Bills have a couple of disappointing young linemen in guard John Miller and right tackle Cyrus Kouandjio. Both have struggled mightily thus far.

  20. New York Jets: Dak Prescott, QB, Mississippi State
    The Jets aren’t entirely satisfied with Bryce Petty and don’t believe he’s their long-term answer at quarterback. Here’s someone who could be.

  21. Houston Texans: Nick Vannett, TE, Ohio State
    Houston continues to bolster its anemic offense, as the tight end position will definitely need to be addressed.

  22. Washington Redskins: DeAndre Houston-Carson, S, William & Mary
    Here’s another potential upgrade for Washington’s woeful secondary. A couple of early picks in the 2016 NFL Draft could certainly be used on defensive backs.

  23. Minnesota Vikings: Nick Vigil, LB, Utah State
    Chad Greenway told the media that he wants to play one more year. His play has fallen off, so the Vikings couldn’t use him much longer as a starter anyway. Drafting a replacement this offseason would be a great idea, as Minnesota could groom that player to take over in 2017.

  24. Cincinnati Bengals: Deon Bush, S, Miami
    As with the cornerback position, the Bengals have some free agents at safety who will be replaced if they’re not retained.

  25. Pittsburgh Steelers: Kenyan Drake, RB, Alabama
    DeAngelo Williams has been a terrific backup for Le’Veon Bell. He’s nearing the end of his NFL career, however, so Pittsburgh will need a long-term No. 2 runner.

  26. Seattle Seahawks: Jonathan Williams, RB, Arkansas
    Marshawn Lynch won’t be around for much longer, if this season is any indication. Thomas Rawls has proven himself, but the Seahawks could add someone to play behind Rawls.

  27. Green Bay Packers: Joe Haeg, OT, North Dakota State
    The Packers have a solid first-string offensive line. The reason they struggled to block in 2015 was because they had zero depth to properly replace injured players. That needs to change.

  28. Kansas City Chiefs: Jordan Jenkins, DE/OLB, Georgia
    Tamba Hali’s contract is expiring. If the Chiefs let him go, allowing Dee Ford to step in, depth will be needed at outside linebacker.

  29. New England Patriots: Christian Westerman, G, Arizona State
    The Patriots have to address their offensive line, as Tom Brady’s health will be in jeopardy if this liability isn’t fixed.

  30. Arizona Cardinals: Kyle Murphy, OT, Stanford
    Someone to push D.J. Humphries, perhaps? It’s still early, but Humphries hasn’t looked like he can play in the NFL at all.

  31. Baltimore Ravens: Parker Ehinger, OT, Cincinnati
    The Ravens will have to look into acquiring tackle depth, given that Eugene Monroe can’t stay healthy.

  32. Carolina Panthers: Charone Peake, WR, Clemson
    The Panthers could stand to add receiving depth, just in case they sustain injuries to the position again next year.
